I met this lady sometime in December and we got dating in march this year. She's really nice, her parents are well to do so she doesn't really bugs me for anything although we go on dates occasionally and gift each other stuffs.
the thing is I have some reservations about everything due to some reasons.

I had the same thought about my former landlord's place.
He was renting one room for N100k per year and he had 4 rooms which is N400,000 per year.
Divided by 12 months it means he makes about N33,000 Monthly.

tensazangetsu20: I actually had to research this to be sure. It was 40 million since the company's inception in 2017. That is revenue though what is net profit after all expenditures have been removed. He said hes looking for profit margin between 30 percent and 52 percent. So I would assume the profit margin is less than 30 percent but I will leave it at 30 percent. 30 percent of 40 million is 12 million and this is spread across 5 years so practically 3 million per year. Comes down to around 250 to 280k in profit per month.
BItt: I must say this year has been better and much brighter compared to the previous year. But one thing i have been worried about is my saving culture or is it that what i earn isn't high/sufficient enough to cater for bills like transportation, feeding, housing, electricity and other miscellaneous bills.

Am a serving corps member with one company serving.
At first, I usually carry my boss bag from the office to his car whenever we close (in the evening) but in a recent time he promoted my kind gesture to always call me from the office to pick his bag in the morning not minding whether am busy or not which has being getting me infuriated before now, but I keeps being calm.
The last stroke that broke the camel's back happened today. Now, my concerns is that, am I being foolish trying to be nice and at the same time being humble to always doing that for him willingly because I started it which he took it to be daily routine,?
