There is no clause in a tenancy agreement which supersedes the statutory position. It is not even negotiable.

You just sounded irresponsible and careless. This guy is complaining he has issues. Meanwhile a yearly tenant is entitled to 6months notice and at the expiration of that notice the landlord has no right to enter his property and remove his roof. He should be able to get injunctive reliefs in court and also sue for exemplary damages. Dont even start arguing with me, your type shouldn't be making comments in the public space.
