Harddiskng:Just learnt “Battle Field 3” can be played on it; which is wonderful news. In fact there is a very long list of games playable on it. I doubt if our two can finish them in 200yrs even if we join our life together ![]() https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005562/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-4th-generation-intel-processors.html http://www.tomsguide.com/answers/id-2695829/games-play-intel-4600.html |
mexzony:Intel HD Graphics 4600. Adapter RAM - 1gb [confirm from picture posted above] This Spec is still very relevant. You can play almost any regular game (One Piece, Need for Speed...) but its not a gaming laptop per se. Its a rugged business notebook with confirm specs to withstand harsh hard working conditions. If you need a dedicated gaming laptop you should be looking out for a NVIDIA graphic card but i’m sure you know the laptop’s price would be much more further away from price i intended to sell this one ![]() |

...it’s relatively easy to identify a hoe. They have long wooden handles and a blade. Features so distinct, you can’t miss it ![]()

lebete3000:MicoStar i haven't heard of them would check it they are cheaper on my next order. I have bought personal stuffs worth over 350k through MallForAfrica this year though. Their app is user friendly, i wanted to try ShopToMyDoor one time. Omo i was confused. Yes they fit delay small, but if they no deliver las las they usually return my money. I dey para for them well well, they sabi me for their office ![]() Alright boss, would send an email. |
lebete3000:Hehehe you are on your way to becoming an Importer, Exporter ![]() Its almost the same price as Jumia plus you are directly buying from the source. Check if you can get a better deal in the stores around you (this i doubt though). If you can be wait patiently for a month for delivery go for it. (sometimes the delivery dey fast mehn; 2 weeks e don land) Left to me, i would go with it. Plus they have a pick-up centre in Kano. This way i am very sure there wont be any deviation in terms of spec. Cuz small details can differ depending on its country of origin (eg UK, US, Dubai). |
lebete3000:Shipping n tins can add a good 40k on the price though. Download the Mallforafrica app and run the simulation to know how much you need to pay to the last kobo and still check stores around your location. My fear is Jumia allows every Tom, dick and harry to sell without minding the authenticity of what they sell. If the product is bad, their return policy is a big headache for me. you would fight and drag with Jumia and the seller. Quick story Last three weeks ago, i bought toner from them for the printer i use at home; Hp P2035 printer. The despatch rider landed with it, as i open am na so ink start to pour for my body #RefurbishedCatridgeOfLife. I had already given the rider the bulk of the money, i went in to get N200 change to complete the money, my mind just said i should test it. Na so i come out changed to the ink-man thanks to the fake product. I dragged with the rider for 2hours, baba said i should follow the return policy. Snap the product and wait for their reply after God knows when. Trust me i no allow the okada man move. For 2 hours we called the seller, his Oga, his oga’s oga until he gave me my money and left. They no need tell me again before i use leg waka to better store to buy my toner. |
lebete3000:Gadgets are more expensive in other parts of Nigeria than Lagos no doubt about that. Yes, you can check out stores. When you get there tell the sales attendant to get off your back scrutinize the Specs of the desired laptop for as long as possible. If there is any defect you can always stroll into the same store, shouting “Where is the manager!!” ![]() Second option, this is what I usually do. Found out the lowest price in Naija and the cost of product plus shipping after conversion. If it favors you ship it. Depending on the foreign site you buying from, wait patiently for promo periods (eg 50% off). Get the desired laptop from the official site if you can using “Mall for Africa” or any shipping partner you trust. Option two has become a sort of habit for me, even upto socks and inner wear, i ship am lol.

lebete3000:I would never say “No wonder” again. Please avoid buying from Jumia, the risk is high ![]() |
lebete3000:This is the path to enlightenment, we admit when we are wrong, learn a new thing and move on to greater things. For the record, all i have typed on this trend is true. I apologize once again for any perceived insult. |
lebete3000:There was no damage done. Its all in your mind lol. Why you are emphasizing the state is beyond me but I support your assertion Please find it in your heart to accept my apology. God bless you. |
lebete3000:You and i would agree the laptop i posted here wasn't a rip-off. I don’t sell gadgets mind you, i opened this moniker to sell a Harddisk I bought for a friend because we ended up not needing it. I love the moniker so i stuck with it. By the grace of God i am very much more comfortable than you think I didn’t post any insult regarding you living in Kano sir. If you took it the wrong way, i am sorry. My bad. I see no reason for ill intent on social media, its not necessary. Please have a good day. |
lebete3000:Lol it doesn’t have “keyboard backlight” sir. Keyboard backlight is when your keyboard has lights underneath to laminate the characters in the dark. That description is referring to the screen Sir not the keyboard. If you see a laptop with atleast an intel core i3 and a “keyboard backlight” for less than 200k. Please let me know, i would be interested too
|
lebete3000:No wonder, i rest my case. I had a fun time ranting on your trend though. Goodluck |
lebete3000:Oga you are quoting prices from Acer and Dell site. Shipping and Custom duty is not free sir. The dell doesn’t have keyboard backlight, paste a direct link to the product on Jumia website here. And its a big YES!, some sellers pass refurbished as brand new on Jumia that why i stop buying from them cuz it was too rampant for my liking. Quote me anywhere. I would advise you to open your two eyes if you have to buy from there. The best option is letting your two legs carry you to a verified store sir. You don’t have to take my advise, after all its your money. |
lebete3000:You know nothing sir lol. With 2k you can respray the whole laptop its the paint that is worn-out, get a professional to give you a new coat of paint and you would be screaming “Wawu”.The Full HD is truly bright, but the screen of mine is not glossy though. I still like it, whether its me playing me “one-piece” or watching a movie, the rich colors are noticeable. Touchscreen? Expect you are the careful type. For me I usually stay away from things that are too sensitive. |
lebete3000:Hehehe your mind is still wavering like the sea. Take this approach instead, i listed everything i wanted to see and was specific starting with the highest priority. for me; keyboard backlight, intel Core i3 processor, 1TB HD were top of the list.. down to the connection ports. Be sure you write everything you need. Secondly, what is your budget. With combination of Specs and price you should get the product you would settle with. I bought my laptop in February this year. There was dollar crisis, so prices were hijacked. It was expensive then btw 245 -270k. My budget was 200k but i still bought it. How did i do it?, you can send me a PM for details. I succeeded in cutting about 40k off the lowest price in Naija It doesn’t always work but its not a bad option to consider. |
lebete3000:

I understand your skepticism, i’m ready to take an escrow arrangement. The product is what i say it is and it is fully functional. If it wasn’t I would have gone with guys that keep offering btw 55-70k but i know 80k is a fantastic deal for its Specs. Confession: I have tried selling it in Computer Village before, after assessment the guy agreed 75k. I told him to bring cash, na so me and the guy dey waka-waka from shop to shop that he want to see some people lol. That experience deterred me from Computer Village boys. Apparently they just clean it, repackage and sell for about 145k. Business laptops are quite expensive, you can check if you have evidence otherwise please don’t hesitate to come here and shame me. |
lebete3000:Apparently i didn’t know know that keyboard backlight was classified as high-end tins oo. Na the keyboard backlight hijack the price. |
samadex2007:Lol you see me dey reject 60k for up, you dey call 55k. Na wa to you. Even if i sell part-by-part i would make more than 80k, the only problem is getting buyer for the individual parts. Please come up higher, asking price 80k ![]() |
BoboKush:Hmm brand new for 100k? Please lets know the product and spec, you finally settle for. Just an advise though, you have the final say; we are in 2017 don't buy a Celeron with a merger 1.6Ghz processor. |
lebete3000:Hmm for 100? Can you recommend any product you have found for this price. I know how searching your a laptop can be. I got a new laptop this year Acer's Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM. Mehn the struggle was real, i searched for over a month. I was just looking for an affordable laptop with keyboard backlight and good specs, omo i couldn’t get any with sensible specs for anything less than 240k. Anyways i also share your bias regarding fairly used laptops but its better and safer if you know the history of the laptop eg buying from the initial owner directly instead of Computer village boys. Remember once you buy a brand new laptop immediately you pay for it, 50% of the value you paid for it is lost automatically. You don’t even have to wait 3 months lol. |
BoboKush:You would be interested in this https://www.nairaland.com/4106680/hp-probook-640-g1 Trust me, its in perfect working condition. I am selling cuz i got a new laptop. PM/send sms/call, we would talk better. Its worth it. |
ruggedised:Lool this will never happen Nigerians are vast in the use of propaganda; religion (christian vs muslim), tribe (hausa vs igbo vs yoruba), sex (male vs female), finance status (poor vs rich) etc. We simply draw the sword of propaganda that best fits our battle but at the very base of all we have fought for, fighting for and would ever fight for is a single course reoccurring decimal; Self-interest ![]() |
Still available |
Promxy94:Please you have to come up higher, i have offers like this already but i know its worth far far far more than the 80k i am asking for. Its a fully functional laptop with Intel core i5, 1TB hard-disk, a business laptop for that matter (efficient and rugged). You can hit the PM or send me a message for further discussion. |
