#fact Are you close to government? That he doesn't make noise doesn't make less powerful I can tell you authoritatively he's the backbone of buhari and this administration. |

Fridelly: There is nothing like the * right person* in marriage. You can never get what you can't give. So, if you keep saying you haven't found the right person as a reason for any form of delay then, you need to work on yourself too. If there isn't someone for you,why don't we just see any women and marry them? For me once you dear God,truely year God....that's the right woman for me. |

Truth is it's good to marry as early as possible and it's also good to marry the right person but anyday you wake up n say am doing this is your right time. How do you find the right person? That's entirely between you and God but get this no one is perfect,so it boils down to what you can take and what you can't take. You have to make sacrifices but never let go of your standards cuz of someone by standards I mean moral standards....Am not going to marry a Muslim or someone who doesn't believe in God and fear God,if you find a woman that truely fear God your problem is solved and that's the right person. |

bankyman: I don't think we have ever had heavy crude oil in this country so how can kaduna refinery refine heavy crude.... Sometimes we need to look deep at articles before we jump into unnecessary conclusions. What is refined in kaduna is called bonny light or Blco and it's not a heavy crude. I advise people until you grow to a certain point in life where you make unbias analysis you are still immature,so people are all about emotions and seniments. For instance I don't support APC shouting gej gej every time, we voted them in cuz we knew that one wasn't fit to rule that's why we chased him out for a change not fuel scarcity you still say blame Jonathan. |

Career › Re: Working In Abuja Vs Lagos by henryhemon(m): 3:22pm On Dec 21, 2015 |
Guyman02: Good advise. Abuja is good ONLY if you have a high paying job, because the cost of living is very high in Abuja. I was transferred from Abuja to a State capital and that was when I was able to save some money like you are doing in Lagos now to set up a business in Abuja. For now you are now spending on rent and thats a good saving because the least rent for a one bedroom flat in Abuja city center or surrounding decent areas if N500K above except if you are living in Masaka or Madala. The propensity to start up a business in Lagos is higher than in Abuja You lied man,I got a cute bedroom flat in Abuja close to suncity at 350k/ year, You can get cheaper houses at airport road-lugbe,kuje,kuchika,ido,kubwa,durumi,mpape,karu,kurudu you must not fake live ofcourse if you can afford conveniently fine and I guess he knows his way round. you make sound like there are no high paying areas in Lagos too. Guy men hussle hard here and are making it big. |

Guyman02: Good advise. Abuja is good ONLY if you have a high paying job, because the cost of living is very high in Abuja. People have bad notions about Abuja, the only thing pretty expensive in Abuja is housing then again there are areas that you can get housing at a cheaper rate forget those living fake lives. Food is probably same as in Lagos and other cities. You are starting small and you go and stay in wuse,Asokoro, maitaima e.t.c when there are places like Nyanya, airport road, gwagwalada e.t.c? |

chccho: Hello peeps, I just wanted to share a Little bit of what my experience has been so far.
I was based in Abj for a while and stayed there for about 5yrs until I got tired and frustrated with my job and resigned last year. I was supposed to get paid my final entitlements which was a large chunk of money unfortunately till now as i speak the company didnt pay. My plan was to use the the proceeds from my final entitlement to start up my own biz Then I came back to lag, started hustling again, had to move back to family house and live with my parents again..its was really rough .till this year when I was lucky to get another job here in Lagos.. I can't lie the job has been ok, very close to my house and we are not really busy so I just they chill and collect my pay.
But my problem is I still miss Abj like mad, compared to Lagos wahala,I miss my privacy as a bachelor..Am so confused I feel like going back to Abj and starting all over again cos so far living with my parents after being alone for a long while has been hell..I also want to start a Lil biz of my own and I feel it will do well in Abj..As I speak I have been offered another job again by the grace of God and am thankful to God for it all, because e no easy to get job for this naija..but am still confused, am not happy probably because by now my plan was to be a bizman,am not happy living with my parents and I have to move out ASAP...I just don't know what to do am confused and I don't want to make another mistake.
Please I would appreciate wise and matured comments only In as much I will admit there are lots of opportunities in Lagos my sincere advise is nothing beats a serene environment it offers you the opportunity to do much more than a chaotic environment which lagos has come to signify and like someone said raising family in lagos cannot be compared to raising a family in Abuja though the have their disadvantages. My sincere advise depending who you are ,the kind of life style you are used to, I prefer Abuja anyday anytime only a very high paying job from 350k monthly upwards can take me out of Abuja. |

Specialbaby: you are wrong dear, money is paramount but not the ultimate.
Have you ever wondered why a comfortable women,i mean moneywise still go ahead to cheat on the husband?
It not because the money is not there but because there is no love, attention, bond and all in the affair.
For a relationship to pass the test of time other factors must be involved.
That makes her right.
Merry xmas in advance. That's cuz she has seen the money and realize it wasn't just about the money but those who haven't seen it will do anything to get it. |

Oliviaarims: I agree with what the OP has listed, but in my opinion what's really basic is love and compatibility. There's nothing as sweet as most often being on the same page with that person u love... Sharing the same views nd perceptions on most things.
A listening ear is also very important. Not listening because u feel u should listen.. But listening because u care and u want her to know that. To comfort her nd help if need be. And then, a sense of security. I value this very much. Not deliberately making her feel that she has competition or that u can dump her ass whenever u please. A lady feels secure knowing u truly love and appreciate her.. Nd letting her know this.
And then there are those little things that count. Accepting her friends... rememberi9 those little details of the things she told u, birthdays nd other anniversaries .. Cooking for her once in a while.. Showing real concern when she's sick nd being there for her.. Being supportive... Kind words.. Concerned about her family.. Etc Be proud of her... Show her off to ur friends.. Male nd female.
Do these for her and she'll stick with u through thick nd thin. Are you a Nigerian? All you mentioned doesn't work for women these days, you can give them all these and they will never be satisfied. Its money that matters to them even then they are not satisfied, they always want more. |

The biggest problem we have is our youths....most of them are clueless, lack discipline and don't know what's going on around more than hearsay. As for the issue of fuel scarcity,we should man our refineries work and produce to fill capacity that way cabals won't hold us to ransom, exchange rate will hardly affect it and we won't have to refine products outside here then go ahead and remove subsidy then can we have respite from all we 're going through concerning fuel scarcity. |

Plus10: It is crystal clear now that this present government is birate of ideas. That is why we keep saying that as a leader you have to be an all rounder which Buhari as a leader does not posses .As it seems buhari only idea is how to fight corruption and jail whoever that may seem as threat to his government. Ok. I wish you are being objective but its clear you are a pained man cuz the last government lost out. Stop wailing and be objective by suggesting solutions. The clueless one gej was an all rounder and naija is still in this deep shit or you want to claim is this government that brought us here?
