We have over 20 of Mmm-like that websites.. so what's you people's point? People getting paid everyday with them fully understanding the risks, They know the risks, they do what they want. Stop all the balderdash with MMM, it's totally stupid Kill MMM, there are 20 others. If you can't help Nigerians with recession, quit all the stupidity I think this is too harsh. I believe there are better ways to convey your message. |

I am not a participant of MMM (in fact, I campaigned against it) but I think the lies about the scheme is becoming senseless and infantile.
How can someone just sit down and compose an incoherent story full of lies just because you want to attract traffic?
Even if MMM has crashed as widely believed, is that a reason to make mockery of those who may have lost money? What a wickedness!
If you think you can laugh at someone's misfortune, just wait because you will be laughed at, in no distant time. |

Akshow: Politely talk to them about it, if they refuse report to the police. How can people be disturbing others in the name of their religion. Churches are the most troublesome group of people when you talk about disregarding the existence of others in their religious activities. The way they shout as if nobody else lives in the same environment or as if God won't hear them if they reduce their voice, is sickening. If you complain, you are automatically labelled evil who their prayers are tormenting. I advice the Op to approach the nearest court and get an injunction. |

DoctorAlien: A deist does not believe in GOD: certainly not the true GOD, Jehovah.
Beside Him, is there any other GOD? This kind of assertion that without your God there is no other God is responsible for most religious conflicts and killings because it's annoying. Most people believe and know that there is a supreme being called God, Allah, Dei, Brama etc. There are over 4,200 ways (religions) in the world through which people relate with this supreme being. Different people and cultures have different considerations on what is right or wrong. What is immoral in Nigeria may not be immoral in China. People should stop claiming that their religion and doctrine is the best or only right way. |

But one confusing part of the story, and I want those in the know to help me out here. Is James Ibori not a British Citizen? I am about 98% sure he is,via marriage to his wife who is British by birth and they both lived in England for years as a couple.
So,can the Nigerian Government force the British Government to send Ibori back to Nigeria?considering the fact he is British too? Ibori has dual citizenship and therefore he is also answerable to the Nigerian state. Nevertheless, the crime was committed in Nigeria. The British Government is only trying Ibori because there are certain things that shouldn't be associated with their image. |

MY APPEAL ABOUT MMM PARTICIPANTS.
Almost all of us have friends or family members who are MMM participants, no doubt. I had personally and consistently advised against patronizing the Ponzi scheme based on my experience, investment analysis, security checks and facts available to me, and my position is still unchanged.
The foregoing notwithstanding, I want to appeal to most of us who were/are against the scheme, to avoid making derogatory remarks about MMM participants irrespective of what we think about the scheme, especially at this time of it's "TEMPORARY" suspension.
First, because I think it's too early to draw conclusions and more so, because even if it's eventually confirmed to have crashed as widely believed, making mockery of the "recalcitrant" victims won't change anything but create more problems that could even precipitate dangerous and undesired ends like HBP, Suicide etc.
The level of outward confidence and optimism expressed--although with glaring trepidation---by most participants (especially promoters/guiders) amidst disheartening rumours and discomforting signals is incredible.
However, I think we need to pray for and support them because truly, it requires FAITH at the face of imminent dangers to navigate through certain challenges that are beyond our immediate control in life. The sudden suspension of withdrawals at this time of the year when everyone needed money for the long awaited festivities is already a serious challenge--let's not add to the pain.
Most of us (including me) have been/are involved in dealings that makes us look more daft than participating in MMM. It may not be named MMM but it doesn't make you any smarter, believe me.
I am making this appeal as a guide to regulate our conduct now and in future irrespective of the outcome of MMM in January 2017. There is always a learning point for every human being and regardless of the outcome, I think valuable lessons are learnt already---Let's not add to the pain.
IF WE CAN'T SOLVE A PROBLEM, LET'S NOT ADD TO IT.
Yours Sincerely, His-Temple |

If MMM Nigeria are as smart as I think they are, this is not final. It will come back January, restore confidence, then crash big time.
— Elnathan John (@elnathan_john) December 13, 2016 The person to whom this statement is credited to, is not smart. If MMM comes back most people will get their money back and stop, believe me. For the scheme to be suspended at this time when everybody needs money for the festivities, shows it was a premeditated calculation. |

TunezMedia: 2016 came with a huge leap in the fashion industry, people got more daring and the designs better. Tho it had its low point, there are others who stood out most of the time with their unique style in the Nigeria Entertainment industry. TunezMedia brings to you the top 20 most stylish Nigerian celebrities in 2016, based on their sense of fashion both on and off the red carpet.. Leggoo
20. Mo'cheddah;
Everyone has always known that the 26-year-old singer, Mo'cheddah was a sucker for good sexy outfits but this year she turned up with her own, fashion line and razzle dazzled in her own unique designs. During the 2016 AMVCA in March, Mocheddah showed off her unique style when she slayed the red carpet in her pink peplon top and pant which were just awesome.
19. Bolinto
No red carpet event seems to be complete in the country without the presence of Bolanle Olukanni to fire away with her odd questions. Tho she got criticised for some of her daring fashion statements, the ace Tv presenter was a stunner at the 2016 MAMA were she was arguably one of the best dressed at the event.
18. Adesua Etomi
Sweet looking Imo born star, Tolulope Adesua Etomi hit it big this year in the movie industry and made a huge fashion statement with her classy outfits on the red carpet. Like the custom green gown from April by Kunbi which she rocked to the AMVCA's or the stunning yellow gown she rocked to TIFF for 'The Wedding Party' movie premiere, she always manage to slay every single time.
17. IK Ogbonna
Word is that his wife always makes him look beautiful, but you still can't take the charm from Nollywood actor and model, IK Ogbonna who has a way of making suits look sexy. From award shows to movie premieres, IK Ogbonna always has a way off lighting up the red carpet with his colourful suits

littlewonders: How will i send my ward to school and be surprise he/she came top of the class.
This expectation you've embedded for our falcons, may it be the same result you all in this present government shall expect from your wards. Amen!!!
Its crystal clear APC don't believe in future of the youths which is why they can never plan well for us but rather feed us with unscrupulous excuses.
Confused government.
As for 2019 elections: we all should join hands and vote anybody of good interest not above 35 for president.
We can call our party 'Nairaland party'. The only sensible thing you said here was the rhetoric question in your first paragraph. I am not a member of APC and will never be, but this has nothing to do with APC, the Government or even Buhari. This is a case of having a daft human being in leadership position. |

ojun50: Abeg befor dis man become minister na where him first they befor Na prison oh! It's so painful. These people makes us ashamed to say we are Nigerians when discussing with friends. A finance minister once told the world that recession is just a word in the dictionary. As if that was not enough, the Agric minister said the reason rice is expensive is because Nigerians eat too much rice. In the same vein, the Information minister suggested how the "masquerade industry" can create jobs. This same former prison officer turned lawyer (Solomon Dalung) had told international sports journalists in RIO, that athletes don't need to train before they can win medals. There is nothing left to hear again. |
