ModCaller:
This is the exact number that doesn't add up. Palm trees do not produce sap everyday, all year round. They usually run dry after being tapped for few days.
Palm trees produce sap all year round. The number of months where the quantity produced by the palm trees drop to a few cups per day is about 3 to 4 months around Ogbadibo in Benue and Udenu in Enugu states respectively. However, the spike in price of palm wine around these months would compensate for the reduced production quantity.

This is a lie. Any mathematically sound person can easily run the numbers.

It's a lie. He should tell you people where he got 25 million to raise that duplex to that level and 15 million to buy that Benz there.

40 million my ass. Only in Nigeria
If he taps 57 palm trees 3 times a day, the numbers add up.

adioolayi:
Seyi Makinde's own is worse.

Anyways..my point is the PDP will still not get the full backing of G-5 ..even if they reluctantly agreed to openly be at presidential rally.
Their backing is only important if they hold the structure of the party in their states in their hands. I can assure you that none of them have the structure of pdp in their state. None.

Only Wike is trying to build a new structure because he has the resources, hence the appointment of over 200k assistants.

The G-5 tried hard to grow their ranks but failed. The effect of their rebellion, most likely, will not be significant. If it were in a democracy where illiteracy and hunger wasn’t pervasive, probably they would have sunk Atiku’s chances with some of the allegations they peddle whether they were true or not. But in naija, it is the more you see or hear, the less things change.

adioolayi:
You may think it's a stalemate...I don't think so.

I think PDP/Atiku's Presidential chances have been bruised and will suffer a bloody nose at those States being controlled by the G-5 because, the Governors will not mobilise necessary support for Atiku.

I agree, Atiku will still benefit from the Senators and House of representatives PDP's candidates efforts to winning their respective elections, since the election is on the same day...but, it can't be like getting the full backing of the Governors.

Out of the G-5 Governors, only Seyi Makinde seems not to be in control of the entire PDP structure in his state, because, he has some veteran PDP Politicians he cannot dictate for, like Wole Oyelese, Akinjide and the likes. These veterans are for Atiku, so, he just have to close ranks with them, especially because of his own Second Term elections.

Nigeria's politics is full of surprises...Let's wait and see how things play out.
And you think Ortom is in charge of PDP in Benue state?

My brother we need a President Nigerians can shout at and he listens not a President that feels he is above all Nigerians because of stolen wealth he amassed for years.
You do not need a president that you can shout at. That is not how democracy works. Only your representative can hold him accountable while he is in office. That is why the constitution empowers your representatives to decide how the president spends your money. But in Nigeria, we elect a president and pay no attention to who we elect to keep that same president in check.

There is no serious democracy in the world where the president can be held accountable while in office by the people on the street. Only through the congress. The man on the street can only determine who becomes president and who represents him in congress to keep the president in check.

The president does not listen to the congress because he is a listening president; he listens because the constitution empowers the congress to compel him to listen.

The president Nigeria needs right now is one that is competent, prepared, and has plenty of political clout.

PoliticsRe: 2023: Vote Candidates That Will Heal Southern Kaduna – Christian Leaders by HitRun(m):
Jonathan was a good man, but he learned on the job...or better still, he did not have the political clout to lead the nation. Effect: wolves devoured our common patrimony.

Buhari is the incorruptible messiah, but he lacked physical capacity, a tad incompetent, and surrounded himself with unbelievably incompetent people. Effect: Wolves devouring left, right, and center. Insecurity everywhere, and woeful economy.

Tinubu is not fit! For sane people, this option shouldn't even be considered beyond this point.

Now, people are clamoring for Obi blindly just like they did for Buhari in 2015. The question is, does he have the capacity to lead Nigeria? He will not steal! He will not steal! Did Jonathan steal? When a patient is in crises, the first thing the hospital does is to stabilize that patient. This requires the most experienced personnel for higher chances of success. Nigeria needs to be stabilized right now. Does Obi have the political clout to stabilize the nation? I doubt. We cannot afford a president that will not be respected across the country. Who in Sokoto or Zamfara can Obi implore to help in the insecurity bedeviling the northwest for example? Because it is clear military alone can't solve that problem.

Obi's capacity to lead Nigeria at a time when we need a president with towering political clout is unfortunately not enough.

Kwankwaso does not have the spread. He most likely will behave like Buhari in running a nepotistic government. Although he should not be as bad a Buhari.

Despite his corruption tag baggage, I am afraid Atiku is the most suitable candidate amongst all the candidates at this time.

Atiku:
I pray he wins for the sake of the very poor amongst us who have been subjected to the most inhumane conditions in life.
I pray he wins so that Nigeria can be unshackled from the stranglehold of insecurity, and she can breathe again.
I pray he wins so that this country can be restructured for the true potentials in every nook and crony of Nigeria to begin to manifest.
I pray he wins!
But let the will of God prevail through the PVC and nothing else.

jlinkd78:
This then makes Peter Obi an exceptionally sought after presidential material even being a candidate way before ratification of membership
When d Obitsunami started they said he was structureless but all of a sudden every other political party is suddenly seeing Obi as d real threat and that everything must be thrown into d ring to pull him down. This case is dead on arrival cos Obi's name was transmitted to INEC by Labour Party and d lack of locus by any applicant will ease it's throwing out.
Your logic that the case is dead on arrival because Labour Party submitted Obi’s name is not correct because even in football, a team who fields an illegible player, if they win, loses all three points to the opposing team if it is determined afterwards that the said player was indeed illegible to play the said match. The fact that the team fielded the player is immaterial.

That LP has a membership waiver is also immaterial as the rules of engagement is determined by the electoral act 2022 as amended and not just by political parties constitutions.

The simple question to be asked is that when Obi was officially picked as the LP presidential candidate, was he a member of the party? If the answer is Yes, then no case. If the answer is No, it is now left for the courts to determine if the electoral act 2022 as amended was violated.

I was close to the airport 3 days ago for about 8 hours.
I witnessed more than 200 incoming flights to the Lagos airport.

195 out of the 200 incoming flights were all AIR PEACE airline.

I HAVE A QUESTION TO ASK IS IT ONLY AIR PEACE OPERATING IN NIGERIA?
Very stupid lie.

Based on your useless lie, let us just peg the incoming flights to 200 even though you said more than 200, it means a flight landed every 2.4 minutes.
