Chances are I would, that's why I keep hitting on the point of evangelism. If I were a Muslim, then the highest possible reason would be because I was born into a Muslim family, not because anyone preached to me.

Being a Christian on the other hand is not completely reliant upon my being born in a Christian home. I can be born a Christian, go to church and partake in religious activities and still not be an actual Christian in the heart, meaning I do not actually believe, I could even be an atheist while living in a Christian home. This is why Christians preach to other Christians and this stresses the importance of evangelism.

Let me ask you a question. How many times have you heard that a Christian converted to a Muslim and vice versa?

There are thousands of doors, each door represents a god. Only 1 out of all thousands of doors leads to a safe location. All other doors leads to fire. What are the odds that you don't go through the wrong door? Pretty slim right?
So if there are maybe 100 religions and by default I'm going to hell for not believing, 99 out of the 100 still ends up with me in hell. so what are the chances you're in the right one since you're probably a Christian because your parents were Christians?
Besides, a true god will still send you to hell for using pascal's wager as a yardstick, because it'll know you're only trying to be on the safe side and not because you actually believe. It's like a blind bet lol. So you're still not safe. I'm done repeating myself, thank you.

To add to what I said before, coming from a Christian home doesn't take away my exclusive right to believe what I want. If at the end of the day I try to rationalize my belief and I do not disagree, then I count myself highly favored in that respect. So in the end, I do not get judged because I was born into a Christian home, I get judged because I made the decision to believe. There are people who were born into Christian homes but they never truly believed in the religion.

All the analysis I made was with respect to the context of our discussion, that does not mean I'm employing Pascal's wager as a yardstick. My belief in Christianity doesn't take away my ability to reason logically. I speak to a baby with the language of a baby, and I speak to an adult with the language and understanding of an adult. I had to speak to you in the "language" you understand [human logic]. Hence, Pascal's wager is suitable for discussions like this.

Based on the paragraph before this, the chances of being on a safe side by believing in any at all is much higher than the other who doesn't believe at all, whether there are 1000 religions or just 2. If I was born in a Muslim country or family, chances are I'd be a Muslim but that doesn't take away my right to believe what I want. Also, chances are I'd have been approached by a Christian who would give me a reason to question what I believe in and weigh it against theirs. Their readiness to make me believe what they believe should give me something to think about.

I don't need to prove anything to someone who doesn't show any sign of open mindedness but is consumed by preconceived bias for reasons best known to him. The existence of God is everywhere and if you can't see it, it's neither God's fault nor mine.

In the Bible, God mandated Christian evangelism because He wants no one to be without excuse and say no one preached to them. That will be a yardstick for God's judgement on them. He is a just judge.

Your point is I shouldn't feel safe because other religions have their own rendering on what would likely come after death, but which of them talks about evangelism? How would people know if no one tells them? Now my point is it is wise to consider the religion which stresses on the need to tell people about it, so I will not be without excuse if I reject it. Unlike the Koran, the Bible implores believers to go into the world and preach to people to repent from their sins through the redemptive work of Christ and learn about the love of God for mankind and also how He'll judge the world in the end. You see Christians preaching about these things on every network available in different ways. Some even risk their lives and go to out-of-bound areas to preach this gospel. Why would anyone do that if they're not sure of what they believe in?

Now this should trigger a sense of emergency and seriousness when you see Christians doing this on various platforms. So why on earth should I take the other one and other thousands of gods and religions seriously when nobody preaches to me about them?
