omehia was removed now, and amechi replace him
Oh, that one...I thought it is the Abe/Cole saga...Ameachi just found God's favour...his case was probably handled by incorruptible judges...with the corrupt judges we have now, it will be difficult to win a primary election case...d process tedious and torturous...those u are fighting will use the State resources to counter u.

What an irony. Yet he won the senatorial ticket under APC. He ought to be expelled from the party and not suspended. Greed for power and succession shouldn't be a do or die affair. Your party's decision ought to be final.
Even when 95% of those in your camp are cheated...what kind of leader will you be; abandoning your people midway into a struggle...do u even know what happened during the primaries...not hearsay, the full gist?

The desperation of Amosun to install his anointed candidate is already becoming sickening.

If truly he was cheated during the primaries, why couldn't he have considered the Amechi option by going to court to reclaim his mandate.

Thing is he has the backing of the Presidency.
And what has Ameachi gained from the courts?

Brave man...Owu people can't be cowed...once they believe in a project, they follow it to the latter... grin

When an Owu man feels cheated; he doesn't accept defeat and back-out, he comes straight for the jugular...he really doesn't care if his candidate wins or not, but he's going all out to stop Tinubu from expanding his political empire to Ogun...this is Amoson's last local fight, per-adventure he fails, he will still come back to haunt the Tinubu camp in the future.

If care is not taking .....APC will not last beyond Buhari tenure bcs of Tinubu and his power mongers partners.....oshiomole, aregbesola etc

They started politics of 2023 in 2018.......Fighting every governors for powers.....ambode, amosun, okorocha, akeredolu etc

If buhari has been doing DAT since 2003, i imagine if he would have still been able to av so much followers as we see in 2019

Am sure dey must av noticed DAT in just concluded presidential election..... Sw states DAT dey always win heavily bcm wot dey struggle to win narrowly with manipulations in some. Infact, dey lost Oyo and Ondo

Tinubu is power drunk
You have said it all...how Tinubu thinks that Northerners would give him the Presidency in 2019 is beyond... grin

Smart Wike, he made sure he bulldozed his main competitions outta the way like tsunami through the courts...At 1st, it was Cole, then Brigge raised his head and Wike used d court to crush him too...Now, Wike is coasting home to victory unopposed on March 9th. grin

U don't need to permutate too far
Haven't u noticed that when police stops u on d highway. They'll be harassing u & insisting u go to station, as though a bribe of 1k will not make him release u n forget all ya crimes.

Tinubu doesn't need to promise akala any ministerial slot. He just needs some cash n contracts from tinubu n he'll be singing a new song as he's doing now.

Once a police always a police!
grin grin grin grin grin grin

But on a more serious note, can a former Gov stoop that low?

What am i even saying sef, Oshiomole who governed Edo State for 8 years and is still running the State through proxy, stooped low to collect bribe from candidates in return for APC tickets across d country, so who's Akala... grin
Politics › Re: Why I’ll Work For Adelabu In Oyo, By Akala by humberjade:
This one has sold his party...by supporting the APC at the guber election, his party, ADP will struggle to win a seat on March 9th...most voters are not as enlightened as that in this part of the country...in elections that would be held on the same day; ADP House Assembly candidates have been sacrificed on the alter of Alao Akala's Ministerial ambition. grin

Best play from him though...PDP have close to nothing to offer him, but he can take his chances with APC.

But on the contrary, depending on Tinubu to get u a Fed appointment, is a huge gamble; someone whose ministerial list was shoved up his butt the last time out...his men were dumped for Shittu in Oyo, Adeosun in Ogun and Fashola in Lagos...so it is that kind of a person that is promising to fix Alao Akala up at d Fed level...imagine o, someone who still doesn't know what the cabal have in stock for him, is promising someone appointment... grin

The best Akala can get is to be given Commissionership slots...I don't see Buhari giving him an important role in his govt...if u know, u know... grin
Politics › Re: APC NWC officially Suspends Rochas Okorocha, Amosun by humberjade: 4:47pm On Mar 01, 2019
Oshiomole who should be hiding his ugly face in shame is suspending people...A party Chairman who couldn't even deliver his State...watch as he will be dealt with along with Tinubu in the coming months.

This suspension is inconsequential, what will be, will be...As for those who are saying Amosun will become irrelevant; what more does a person need to remain relevant than being a Senator and at the same time having free access to the highest corridor of power?
Politics › Re: APC NWC officially Suspends Rochas Okorocha, Amosun by humberjade:
The shrinking Tinubu is sha trying all within his power to render weak all his potential stumbling block against his 2023 ambition...if he thinks the Northerners will give him power, he's on a long thing...the sidelining Buhari and the cabals gave after 2015 elections will be a child's play to what he will face now...they are just waiting for the election dust to settle first and National Assembly leaders elected.

I just dont understand,, is Jimi Agbaje short on funds or just dont want to campaign, you will never see him going to markets and gathering to campaign, something he did 2015,
Also Ashiru Kudan in Kaduna state is not campaigning, the PDP guys in Ogun and Oyo are not campaigning.

The PDP guys in southeast are campaigning despite these election been almost like a walkover for them.

You won't see Agbajes twitter campaign or even on AIT
These guys are just not serious.
When reality stares at u in the face, u refrain from spending on a lost cause...Buruji and Agbaje stands no chance in both Ogun and Lagos respectively...PDP would have bn in a good position in Ogun if Ladi Adebutu had emerged as their flag-bearer, but Buruji Kashamu has a lot of dirt on his person to make any impact whatsoever.

The Slovakian women are gradually coming back into the game

2-3

I have said and i would repeat it...Denerby or whatever his name is, is a misfit for this team...maybe he's not technically sound, or he lacks knowledge of Nigerian players or he's just he's a lazy coach who is not ready to search for fresh payers and build a new team...there are a lot of tired legs in this team, and i am afraid that France 2019 might end up recording our worst performance at the Women World Cup.

It is an eyesore watching this team i swear...we should just revert to our local coaches for the Super Falcons after the World Cup abeg...it seems this oyinbo man just came to scam us... grin

I never expected Atiku to concede; even when the peace pact was signed...someone who has desperately changed political platforms like cloth over the years and spent a fortune to get to that coveted seat, it would have taken God himself to force him to concede...and considering those he has surrounded himself with, and what is at stake for them (oil wells, political relevance and treasury looting)...it is going to be a long battle.

But i must commend him for not listening to that parrot called Fani Kayode...though that might still be their last resort when they eventually lose out at d supreme court... grin

So it was INEC that told them to remain indoors eating Isi Ewu and sipping palm wine while the Northerners were under the scorching sun to vote massively for their man... grin

Dave Umahi said and i quote

“Our people are good in social media but will never go to get their voter cards and will be announcing results,” he said. He enjoined journalists to vote in the elections to enshrine good governance despite their election monitoring schedules. “I expect 90 per cent success in the elections of March 9 and I want you to ask me question on this, that day. “All the prophecies made on this election failed and you (journalists) were the ones propagating these prophecies. “People will just wake up and declare: thus says the lord and this is unfortunate,” he said.

So the combination of Sowore, Durotoye and Kingsley Moghalu couldn't even garner 100,000...this one strong o grin

So even the 150M Sowore raised was only able to get him 4k plus votes in his home State and 33,953 votes overall...so sad.

I have said it repeatedly that for the younger generation to produce a President in this country, we need to flood the National and State Assemblies to come up with policies that would restructure this country as a whole, and d electoral process in particular...But as far as d status quo still remains, nobody outside the current cliques of political gladiators can break the ranks.

You don't just rise up and become President...look at all d young leaders in our contemporary world, rarely will u see anyone without a solid political background or solid prior public service to his/her nation.
