njikoka:It is better said than done, nobody has immunity against sins. Note, all kinds of sins, especially in the ten commandments are the same in the presence of God, no small or big sins before Him. And very few people can boost of being perfect in each category. |
Trust is like an egg in a relationship, once it is dropped, if it doesn't shatter, it is left with cracks. It is better you confess to your God, ask Him for forgiveness and make sure you remain loyal to your partner afterwards. Tell him or her, and your relationship might never remain the same again. Any innocent lateness or action relating to adultery would be viewed as such by the said partner. My opinion though. Just stumbled on this few minutes ago. A vivid example of what to expect after opening up https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/boyfriend-cheating-relationship-reddit-b2124350.html?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1657999432 |
Our politicians are just too greedy and wicked. I don't know the kinda spirit that takes over their lives once in govt o, but I know they can still steal and deliver the dividends of democracy excellently. But no, they would want to steal the money for their next 10 generations. I am glad Nigerians are waking up, gradually the people will take back their country. We can't keep allowing a few selected greedy men to be taking us for granted |
A hearty congratulations to the winner, I hope he uses the victory to better the lots of the good people of Osun. Although as an outsider, I am far from convinced this man will deliver anything worthwhile, considering his interviews and performance at the debate the last time out, he sounded shallow in his knowledge about governance and politics. More reason he should put round pegs in rounds holes to compensate for and cover his deficiencies. I forsee a majorly 'stomach infrastructure' based govt. I pray I am wrong though. Congrats to the Osun people, they have made their choice. And kudos to INEC, for a job well done. Democracy wins again |
FuckAllTheMODs:Still in bed bro, eyes never clear ![]() |
Anyways, this election seem to be won and lost, a house divided against itself will not stand. Aretola made a big blunder by ousting Aregbe and his guys, thinking Omisore would come in to fill the gap. A former governor is a former governor, and most former governors of Aregba's stature commands 40 to 50k votes or even more. As close as the election was in 2018, I'd expected Oretola to work on places where the party performed woefully by spoiling them with the dividends of democracy, win more political bigwigs, instead, they lost a gigantic one and won a featherweight politician in return. I guess the arrogance runs in the family. If Tinubu doesn't control his emotions and watch his utterances and actions, they will hurt him badly come 2023. |
NwaMamaIwota:You are calling people mad and wishing them dead, and you no know nah curse? Stop feigning ignorance abeg, stand by your words or apologise. |
naija4life247:And how far with the health of the emilokan he supposedly betrayed ? ![]() |
Acidosis:No doubt, but except a party dominates a state, govt houses polling booths are known to go either way, and most times to the main opposition |
Don't know about anywhere else, but most ruling parties lose the government house on election days in the SW (with the exception of Lagos though). Maybe because the attention of the movers and shakers of the party are major directed at their local bases. However, this doesn't determine where the pendulum swings. All I know is that whoever wins will do so with less than 5000 votes; a bigger margin than the last one. |
bennybuhari:Meaning, Osibanjo was never his preferred candidate |
8stargeneral:No wahala, you fit delete your number now, i will get in touch with you tomorrow abeg, man pikin don enter bed. |
8stargeneral:Likewise...you fit drop your number if you think it is safe |
8stargeneral:I am a Yoruba man |
8stargeneral:Why do you ask? ![]() I am a Nigerian, which region are you from? ![]() |
8stargeneral:Yeah, but I have not being in contact with them for some time now. I know someone who is traveling there on a student visa late August or early Sept |
Na so. Lose guard for any global city, dem go do you strong thing. Especially with all these displaced Ukrainian people wey dey waka about. Every valuable thing nah for my front pockets o, perform magic nah. ![]() |
8stargeneral:UK sef make sense, although I have my reservations about it (especially in raising kids and teens in some areas), but it is a lovely place to relocate to altogether. Best wishes |
luminouz:I can't see your message bro, I only got a notification |
8stargeneral:Germany |
Lonepair1:Germany bro, I for one would never relocate to the US. I don't just fancy the country for many obvious and personal reasons. |
luminouz:Please do, and let me know once you are done sending it |
8stargeneral:Amen! I wish you same |
luminouz:Help comes in so many ways my brother. If nah to show you the way to enter and establish yourself, why not. I follow in the footsteps of those who helped me settle down by helping others too in my own little ways. I prayed that God use me for people too, and He did recently with the people that migrated from Ukraine. I am not where I want to be, but I believe I am on the right track and I bless God for that. So it depends on how you want me to help you, if it is something within my power, why not. If nah, Information, I fit share the one I get, and source for more, and if nah to help you settle down, God go do am. I have a lot of job connections, but housing is a very big problem here sha. I don accommodate two people for my bunk already, but we fit still arrange. But again, you still won't really have accommodation issue if you enter say through a student visa sha |
Make sure you have enough proof before you confront her, and you must do so in the presence of the family. Try as much as possible to get her arrested, make her write a statement that harm will never come near you, get her bailed and cut your ties with her forever. Such a sister can orchestrate your kidnap to force money out of you. Go far away from such a person, nah real enemy from within. But try not to have her jailed. Between, hope you are not this very stingy type sha, who is wealthy but doesn't show your family love, if you are, she might not be the only person you need to worry about. Note: I am not justifying her crime, just trying to figure the root cause of her move. |
fredoooooo:You are right, but the insecurity back home is something else, you can return home wealthy, and then get kidnapped, pay ransom, back to square one. Businesses are falling apart. In Nigeria now, except you are providing services, as a business person, nah God hands you dey. I don't discourage people from relocating back to Nigeria after so many years o, but this isn't the time, these are very precarious times in the history of Nigeria. |
Never for once have I experienced power failure, shey na better health care we wan mention, or as I walk freely anytime of the day without fear (leave home for work 3am fearlessly), no police harassment, no banditry or armed robbery. Although you can't rule out pockets of these crimes, but it has never happened to me. So in all ramifications, living abroad (better countries o) outweighs living in naija right now. But sha, there is no place like home, nah naija you fit truly flex your wealth wey you gather abroad. Whenever you move, just make sure it is done legitimately. Bro, you don't want to end up as an illegal immigrant (i.e, over staying). I would suggest you move to whatever country you want to move to as a student; that's the easiest way to migrate these days, others are tedious and expensive. Except of course you are in the medical line. Just be sure to have some sellable skills, preferably IT related, or basic skills like manicure and pedicure, barbing and hair dressing (just that all my female friends dey rock low cut now ). Don't travel empty without a skill. And pray for divine favour too. Now, those who are discouraging you have their different reasons for doing so. For example, on the streets of Berlin for example, I daily run into some of our African people on different stages of madness. While some are making it, some aren't so fortunate, and when one succumbs to the frustration, insanity sets in. Whichever country you enter, make sure you are legit, pray that God directs your path to meet people that would direct your path (show you the way), don't get carried away, hustle when you still have strength in your bones, find time to blow off steam at interval, and with God on your side, it will be all smiles down the road. I was fortunate to land in the hands of kind people, who despite what they went through before settling down, welcomed me with both arms and showed me the way. Without them, it would have been hell. And I also met people who didn't want to help, one even said he went through hell, as such, we too should follow the same process, imagine! ![]() I wish you the very best in your quest to relocate abroad. Don't be discouraged. ![]() |
garfield1:If Osun should fall, same might happen at the Presidential, as a result, surrounding States might follow. |
Make we see how Osun go go first. ![]() If APC loses Osun, na Domino's Theory go follow |
ChinagoChiBoy:Nah massacre o ![]() France nko? ![]() |
Amayabor1:The Super Falcons played one of their best football while a former Nigerian international coached them. Progressed to the knockout stage at the World Cup, and mercilessly massacred African teams at the WAFCON. Amaju Pinnick is just using his greed to hurt football in Nigeria |
Amayabor1:I am optimistic too, but we will have to take our chances against the Moroccans. Those ones always have the ref as their 13th player after the fans. Their weapons are set pieces, counter that and they are finished. |
