Lagos problem is as a result of bad drainage system and many canals have been landfilled and built upon.

Floods happen everywhere, especially uf the city is sorrounded by water like Lagos. It's not rocket science.

The local problem is a major factor here...if the sea starts rising, I bet u no house would be spared in Lekki area because those areas were green-cum water fronts areas Marssland) before it was built upon.

If u don't solve the local factors,u can't take care of the larger problem which may likely arise from the global problem.

Flooding is a global phenomenal now, it happens everywhere, US, Canada, Asia, even worse than this. yes Lagos still remains the best in Nigeria.

Lagos matter is a different thing.
After all,it's not an island like Bonny Kingdom and water isn't coming from the sea to peoples corridor.
Go to Okota and ilasamaja area...and see what I am saying. In fact,it is canal that divided these two areas but go there now...those canals have been built up,hence the new normal now.

If I live Nigeria now that I will turn 40 next year,then who will help us to fight the wicked govt in power...I mean,my children's future is as stake here,so I can't leave Nigeria to an unknown land for now.

Baba-Ahmed please allow them to keep consoling themselves that social media won't vote in 2023.

They know many people have done the Continuous Voters Registration while some have dusted their PVC because of the social media campaign...

They were banking on the bloc votes from northerners. But with the obvious fact that Atiku, Tinibu and Kwankwaso will all scamper for northern votes, the reality is becoming clearer to them.

Not forgetting that Baba-Ahmed as a northern Muslim will still influence a little number of votes there (Yes, even one vote is very important in this quest).

Now the biggest hit is the Pluralistic religious nature of Nigeria considering that northern Nigeria houses reasonable number of Christians whom majority of them will vote for Obi/Baba-Ahmed.

They have already done these permutations and understood that Obi/Baba Ahmed stand a great chance, that is why they now resort to attacking a rookie, structureless Labour Party.

Nigeria is fast sinking and it is our obligation to save the nation...Put aside religious and ethnic bias, Obi/Baba-Ahmed appears to be the ticket that can rescue the nation.

I am your kind of person, it's what I have done from childhood, had two very much younger siblings got so used to those house chores that I don't even see it as anything, the issue now is to find that woman that will compliment and do what is right and not one that will take all those lifestyle as one being a fool. I grew up seeing my Dad do some on the regular, especially sweeping and his own laundry, when he sweeps outside and we are just looking at him, some people will be saying we cannot collect broom from our father but we know him more than they know him.
