MorataFC:Real estate price can often be priced in square metre terms and that area is over £20k per square metre. So if you want your neighbours to pack out so you can expand , that can give you a rough idea of the cost to purchase their properties and knock it down. Whereas teams like Man City inhabit one of the most deprived area of Manchester, if they wanted their neighbours to pack out they would pay less on average. Their area is about £2.5k per square metre Then the Fulham Broadway underground train station close to the stadium has a small capacity also so they might need to expand it. I think Chelsea was offered an option to expand the station in the 1970s but they declined it.

raumdeuter:Jogginghoe was getting pummeled in many matches, losing 4-0 against Bournemouth amongst many others in that period and getting bullied by teams. You would know by watching which matches are due to midfield collapse and which are due to opponents quickly exploiting others. City match, by 13 mins is enough to establish the midfield being overwhelmed. In this match, Pedro Porto was quickly isolated in the 1st minute, then Porro was isolated again the 6th minute, Lloris chopped a 35 yard shot 3 minutes later, and the rest is history. Besides Hojberg was very far from the DM, Sarr and Skipp are DM, academy players. Hojberg got his assist, as the most forward central midfielder. |
Itsrm:Once you see a team score on 2 mins and 6 mins, just know there was no midfield battle as the team that conceded early will throw all tactics out the window and overcommit men forward When I saw that Newcastle scored early, I suspected they've exploited quick long balls over Pedro Porro to score early, and I was not disappointed when I saw the highlights. After that there would be nothing like midfield battle. And besides Hojberg was not playing DM, he was actually AM while academy youngsters Skipp and Sarr hold.

popizaino:Yes |
A001:We need a DM anyway cos Enzo proved he is potentially a world class CM and we need to utilize him there |
A001:It is wise to let Kante go (contract is expiring). I would even sell James who Madrid are chasing. You can't be paying these niggas £250k to £300k per week for them to only be available one week out of three. They are worth that salary if fully fit but they hardly are. That money they earn is based on receiving a utility from them every week. I will keep Kovacic if he extends, but with one year left, he calls the shots. Broja, RLC, Odoi, Gallagher and Mount will go since they are pure accounting profit (they have no carrying value) so the amount you get for them is the profit you declare on the books for that year. Same with James. Boehly will need all these to balance the books for FFP. Everyone else that we sell apart from Kovacic and Havertz will lead to an accounting loss (their sale price will be less than their carrying value) and will not actually help Boehly meet his FFP limits. Forget selling Cucurella, he will be the biggest accounting loss as his carrying value will be £50m in the accounts but we can't get more than £30m for him, leading to £20m accounting loss toward FFP. To understand what I am saying, ignoring salaries, if a player is bought for £50m on 5 year contract, each year he spends amortises his carrying value by £10m (£50m/5). After one year, his carrying value will be £40m. If you sell him for £30m, you declare immediate £10m loss in your account for that year. Homegrown players have no carrying value so any amount you sell them for us pure accounting profit. |
iamoyindamola:Government cares very well, the problem is beyond them. Which Governor wants to be known for insecurity? Does Benue government not care, they are Christians. Even Buhari can't sleep well in Daura, all his kinsmen are being killed. That is Muslim on Muslim. It is simply beyond his capability. |
BlueRayDick:You can't self help against an enemy that comes and disappears while you are a sitting duck in a static location. Security solution is beyond any Nigerian Governor or the local community. |
Amoto94:Oluwa make it happen please I'm also hearing of Barca interest in Auba and Kante |
Enzo5:Stamford Bridge is the most difficult stadium in the world to develop, probably on par with Monaco stadium The train station into there does not carry enough people to service a 60k capacity stadium and every square meter of space in that area costs £20k. Every single neighbour is a multimillionaire and just to displace them to expand the footprint of the stadium and the train station will probably eat £1bln to £1.5bln |
Another one for you clowns. Russian GDP 11th straight month of decline Figures are directly from Russian Central bank Clowns who rather type plenty words instead of looking at data The question is not whether Russian economy is hurting but how long it will take for Russia to deplete it's reserves to the point the Govt can longer bridge the gap with reserves it saved before the war. This is a war of time. The West will hope Russia runs out of reserves by the end of this year, while Russia will hope it can last for 2 years.

Badassniggga:There's something called spot price for commodities which is available on exchanges you doofus. Like I said, most Putards have very low IQ. Are you suggesting the Russian budget deficit is a NATO propaganda? Maybe you need TASS itself to confirm the deficit. Instead of you to actually look up the finances of the country, you rather read propaganda as the financial illiterate you are. Every figure I've used here originates either from commodity exchanges, the Russian finance Ministry or Russian central bank. https://tass.com/economy/1598147

BlaqFaze:Commodity exchanges and commodity boards are pretty common in trade, Yam can't carry last. |
Michaeltreasure:This particular Putard I'm debating with is not worthy of much civility. Although all Putards are subhuman, I do try to be civil. |
A001:It's almost impossible for Chelsea to finish lower than 15th even if we lose every game. It's simple Maths. The clubs in the bottom half represent 50% of the league, and we sit at the halfway point. There are 6 games left, 7 for some. Let's call it 6 across the board for simplicity. Without looking at fixtures, by probability, they will face 3 teams from the top half and 3 teams from the bottom half (amongst themselves) Let's be extremely generous and award them all 9 points in the 3 games they will each play against the top half teams. Now let's assume in the 3 games they play against the bottom half teams (amongst themselves), it ends in 1W, 1D, 1L each. That's 4 points If on average they take maximum points from the top half and share the points from the bottom half equally, that's 9 plus 4 which is 13 points All of them would have to satisfy this criteria of beating all the top half teams and sharing points among themselves for us to relegate. This is almost impossible. Now let's take the team on relegation spot (Everton) that is 11 points behind us. Do you think if Everton make up the 12 points needed to overtake us, they won't do so by taking points off one of Leicester, Leeds, West Ham, Bournemouth, Wolves or Palace who would now be one game behind in their quest to catch us? By probability I already know it's likely they face one of those teams - and infact I just checked and they have 3 of those teams to play. I'm sure if you actually run the fixtures though an algorithm, we are already mathematically safe. As a physicist, I would expect you to just look at the table and know the probability of relegation is negligent because it involves variables that all interact with each other, and is not a straight line race between Chelsea and Everton/Forest. If Everton or Forest go on an amazing run, they will do so at the expense of multiple clubs who will now pose a smaller Mathematical threat to us.

monerozi5590:It's a simple thing, what percentage of a regions population is below poverty line as opposed to other regions. That proves the fact of what he said or disproves it. Wetin carry square metres enter? Are you doing apportionment of rent or pricing real Estate? In civilised countries, the poorer regions like to shout how poor they are so Govt will allocate them more resources. In UK here, the Govt has Northern Powerhouse drive to bring the North up to the economic level of the South, and the Northerners will take every opportunity to remind them of the economic disparity so they can do more. It's only in Naija that poor man will be raising shoulder instead of using the opportunity to collect. |
monerozi5590:That means you are being disingenuous to drive home a point which is even worse Why use disingenuous stat to push back on Obi. Intellectual dishonesty is the death of a nation. |
GloriousGbola: ![]() Nnewi does not have more billionaires per square metre than Lagos Anything per square metre, Lagos is King whether no of poor, rich, old, senile, healthy, gays, heterosexual etc It even has more Muslims per square metre than Kano |
monerozi5590:Actually you should be apologising for falling sucker for a stat that any Primary 3 student who has learned numerator and denominator will immediately throw in the bin. For the same reason, SE has the highest number of rich people per square mile and the highest population density - the denominator (square miles) is too small comparative to other regions Either that or you are being deliberately disingenuous I blame Seun for employing poorly educated mods who send absolute drivel to front page. |

Russian budget deficit since pricecap in December Anywhere you see Putards typing much without referring to published economic data, just know say lamba done enter. Appleyard, what oil price precipitated this deficit? I thought $40 has it covered?
|
Appleyard:Too much words of a foolish putard. Numbers don't lie. Assignment for you. 1. Give us price of Urals in October 2022, then give us price in March 2023 - impact of pricecap. 2. Give us Russia oil Revenues in March 2023 Vs March 2022, let us see if everything is Uhuru 3. Give us Russian budget deficit for 2023 to date Vs Budget deficit of 2022 to date 4. Give us Dollar to Ruble price in November 2022, (just before the pricecap) Vs Dollar to Ruble today These are numbers very easy to Google search, and cuts through your foolish Putard propaganda which is full of words but no numbers. I have done No1 for you below. Pull up the answers to question 2 to 4 and slap yourself
|
Appleyard:Mumu, after all this to confirm that Urals is trading at massive discount. Urals and Brent were trading within the same price range until the price cap. That is fact. Pricecap has knocked $20 off each barrel. That is fact. As to your last paragraph, please help me with Russias budget deficit YTD if Russian budget is based on $40. Russia is already on $29bln deficit for the year, over 70% of the deficit target it set for 2023 already exceeded in Q1. Google is your friend. The price of production of each barrel is around $40 so anything sold at $40 yields zero to the Government. I don't know where you got that budget is based on $40, and if so why is budget at massive deficit while trading between $49 and $60? After googling, then Google the Ruble to dollar price and explain why the Urals selling so low has no effect when Ruble has backslid 30% since the pricecap. Maybe because Russian forex reserves which they used to manipulate the Ruble have been impacted by the pricecap? |
Ballzproblemm:This could be lamba to make the players believe he is the chosen one and give him authority in their eyes But they did look at him after Tuchel was sacked and went for Potter 🤦 |
Women's UCL semi Vs Barca today Make una update result. After the 4-0 wey dem flog us last time, we go need Skimpledawg prayers today |
lol. Brain problem Maybe na 1 billion Iranian Rials wey Mr Eazi collect, it can't be dollars |
Kholiwe:So tampon and Viagra is a Government responsibility? Every single unemployed person in UK receives free housing and a biweekly cheque of £170 from which they can take care of their personal responsibility. People in England and Wales aren't painting the street red with their periods, why is Scotland special? BTW, you can't be homeless in this country for more than a month without being on drugs or alcoholic. On your last point, that's how Scottish National Party made manifesto to abolish UKs only nuclear deterrent in Scotland until Putin shock them last year. Now dem done dey gather sense. |
They also have the highest number of rich people per square mile All this stat tells us is they don't have many square miles. |
