nateevs: To be fair to him on this one, he might not be wrong.
There was a report released some weeks ago about running stats for all PL teams. It pointed out that we were either the team with the least collective distance covered or one of the worst, at best.
It pointed to a relaxed team training regime over several months (perhaps also from pre-season preparation), with severe lack of running during training, resulting in sub-optimal fitness for what should be an elite team. I read it at the time and ignored.
If this is resurfacing, then it means that the story was indeed true. It also means that if the story is true, then Lampard is correct and truly, he cannot fix it. Tuchel complained that the preseason tour to America was disorganised and did not allow him to build the players fitness. That much was seen in our 4-0 hammering to Arsenal in preseason and the 3-0 loss to Leeds in August Last time we had such a disjointed preseason tour was 2015/16, the players were clearly unfit and Mourinho tried to fit preseason into 2 weeks |

It's the same Atleti that Diegoal Costa and Griezmann were firing goals using the very same format. Although the team is solid, they play for their main forward, they don't share the goals around. And their main forward always score goals, until Felix came to pour sand in their garri, never hitting more than 8 league goals in a season Felix has 2 goals in 14 matches at Chelsea. Top scorer ni. In that same time, Griezmann has popped 6 goals taking his place, showing what he should have been doing there |

Since Joao Felix left Atleti, they have outscored everyone and collected most points behind only Barcelona
It's very clear who has been holding them back because despite being a defensively solid team, the Atleti attacking focal point has always been productive from Aguero to Diego Costa to Griezmann. . . .until João Felix came to pour sand in their garri, and blame everyone else for his weakness

Itsrm: This small thing wey you put here is why many Nigerian marriages crash. The man doesn't work or earns little, the woman works and pays the bills, the man sits at home all day long and won't lift a finger. The woman comes back from her daily hustle to start washing and cooking.
Eventually she starts wondering if she even needs a man in her life, attitude kicks in and before you know it, divorce.
I always tell men, if you stay at home and don't work, the least you can do is support with domestic chores. It won't kill you nor take anything away from you.
Having said that, I can't marry a woman who does not know not how to cook. All these employ a cook thing is nonsense and is exactly why a lot of men run from marriages these days.
The argument they make is, If I have to employ a maid to wash, employ a cook to cook and I can get a baby mama, why do I need marriage? I only know of one woman that doesn't cook, and she earns seven figures In most families, both know how to cook, and most women do Everything na matter of time, same reason the likes of Mark Zuckerberg wear grey shirt everyday because he no get time to dey style himself If a woman's time is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars per hour, by all means she should employ chef If her time ain't worth that, she should cook |

benalvino3: really, in 2014 what happened? what was the US doing in Ukraine? why were they removing an elected president? EU will not even accept turkey it is ukraine they will accept? you use the word russian troll farms like it helps you make a point.
Ukraine has a long history of seeking to join NATO, you said they did nothing but attempt to join the EU. the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, a military alliance of democratic countries. Ukraine's relations with NATO started in 1991 - wiki
after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Ukraine applied to integrate with a NATO Membership Action Plan (MAP) in 2008, but this was blocked by some NATO members who feared provoking Russia. - so they know the outcome of their actions
Ukraine renewed its interest in NATO membership after the 2014 - this was when American was actively organizing a coup in the country. you say it is how they bring democracy to countries - the Irony Ukrainian revolution and the Russian annexation of Crimea. In 2019, Ukraine amended its constitution to declare NATO membership as a strategic goal. - what do you expect? Russia should just accept and let Natos war machines on their border?
The Cuban missile crisis was a major confrontation in October 1962 that brought the United States and the Soviet Union close to nuclear war over the Soviet installation of nuclear-armed missiles in Cuba, 90 miles from U.S. shores. The U.S. demanded that the Soviets halt the construction and remove the missiles, and enacted a naval blockade around Cuba. The crisis was resolved when the U.S. agreed not to invade Cuba in exchange for the Soviet withdrawal of the missiles and other offensive weapons Man shut up Ukraine had a deal from the EU, their parliament voted to approve it The President unilaterally ripped it up in order to sign a deal with Russia and was chased out Ukraine was then invaded by Russia and separatists were armed in their East Ukraine's only sin is wanting to make money with EU. They amended their constitution to put NATO as a goal after being invaded and suffering aggression for 5 years That's why any former Eastern bloc country that joins EU immediately joins NATO. They use NATO to protect their EU status because Mother Russia throws a fit anytime one of its neighbours join EU Joining EU is their gateway from turning from the most wretched country in Europe into a 1st world country, like all their neighbours have done. Their only sin is trying to escape poverty |

benalvino3: is not like they don't know what will happen. they keep pushing for expansion into russia's border even if they know war is the only outcome. You should be there subscribing to the propaganda they have entertained you with and not recognize that this problem is preventable from the get go. Again, It is the EU that is supposed to be at the forefront with Ukraine matter, not the US.
from 2013 they have been trying to destabilize the Region, they even use coup they remove the Ukrainian elected president. they haven't stopped since then.
Hillary and Dems campaigned on war with Russia.
While Russia is wrong to invade Ukraine, what has the US been doing that made this happen? Ukraine did nothing but attempt to join the EU and better themselves. Russian troll farms have got to you |

benalvino3: Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has said that the United States should stop “encouraging” the war in Ukraine. Endless war.
Base on Hollywood movies, some people here think that anywhere the united states introduce war to, it is for democracy and good. Ibime, Budaatum and some people here have this childish notion.
the first casualty of any war is truth.
leaked documents proves what i have been saying. this tactic they employ is to keep war going for eternity. See Syria, despite weapons sent, as soon as russia backs up Syria, everything crumble. the same is the case for Ukraine. they will throw billions into a war that will yield no result. Ukraine is being used as a proxy to fight russia. they could have just let Ukraine be Ukraine and not try to influence them. I mean, that is more of the EU's problem, it is their duty to solve issues around the region not the United states.
The EU is a leach of a union that is there to suck the US dry. watch how some will wash their hands off if anything serious happens... we are seeing France who is still angry because Australia canceled submarine deal with them and went to the US instead. Man shut up Incase you need reminder that Russia was the one that invaded, Russian troll farms have hammered this mumu brain into thinking Russia is the one that wants peace and Ukraine is the one that doesn't |

DeadPresidents: Marriage in the West is a two-edged sword. E get why Ibime and Nihilist are married whilst living in Europe. For example, you typically pay lower taxes when you’re married as your wife’s income is part of the tax returns equation. I don't know about the above, unless you work as a consultant and put your earnings through a company, and your wife doesn't work, then you can reduce your tax bracket by making her a PAYE of the company. DeadPresidents: Omo, this thing na just to find woman with better earning power so if e set, you’re safe financially. Even if you and your wife are equal earners, rest assured if you divorce, you will be the one to leave the house. What may happen is the judge may grant you a percent of the house equity but you will still pay child support, or your part of equity may not be realisable till the kids leave the house. It is what it is. It's all part of being a man. I don't worry about such things, infact I transfer all savings to my wife each month and she administers the savings account and gives account. A001: When Aston Villa was in a crisis, if they had considered their remaining matches as deadrubber games, they won't occupy the sixth spot on the table now.
We can all see what Emery is doing at the club within such a short time with the club extending their unbeaten run today.
The remaining matches for us are not deadrubber games. I beg to disagree.
If we finish the season below no. 10 on the table, we would find it hard to attract good players for the key positions we need quality signings for.
Appointing Lampard was a big mistake, and Boli is wrecking this club with his series of blunders and rash decisions. There is no difference for us between 10th and 15th in terms of attracting players Emery has been at Villa since October Today is April 15th, season ends on May 28th It was Lampard or Bruno Saltor because their main target Nagelsmann wants a break. Managers don't usually get sacked one week and take a job the next week, they try to have a break first, and Bruno Saltor is seeking his exit And let me tell you this, Lampard may not be elite, but he is not useless. When Lampard was leading Chelsea to top4, Unai Emery was being sacked at Arsenal When Lampard was at Chelsea, Arteta was never once ahead of him in the league. Even on the day Lampard was sacked, Arteta was behind us in the league table We have a demotivated squad mad at Boehly for oversigning players and rendering most of them obsolete from one week to the next. Let them take out their frustration on the interim and let the new manager start afresh. What do you think the likes of Sterling, Pulisic, Madueke, ChukwuEmeka and co are saying to their agents right now. Mudryk has barely walked through the door and Felix has taken his place. Aubameyang, Madueke and ChukwuEmeka have never even put their foot in the door and been rendered obsolete. Is that who you want to motivate to end the season, they may crash a new manager before he even starts. So take a chill pill, write off the season and don't trouble me when I point out Kepas continued drinking of long range shots which has been happening since 2018. |

A001: Of what use is Lampard's apointment if he can't win just a match in any of the games he'll manage for us?
I don't see how Lampard's Chelsea can defeat or get a draw against any of the remaining teams we're playing this season in CL and EPL.
He actually has no business in coaching. That's not my business. I have already made peace with the season and looking forward to next season I can criticise Kepa being a basket at long range shot without someone disturbing me about Lampard Two truths can coexist and I can choose which one I want to focus on, and I choose to focus on the one that will still be a problem in September. |
