May your Soul rest in perfect peace Sir. May HIS(GOD's) Glory and wall of fire(Zech2:5) never depart from your family you left behind in JESUS name Amen. |
Rev3:18;I COUNSEL YOU TO BUY FROM ME GOLD REFINED IN FIRE,SO YOU CAN BECOME RICH;AND WHITE CLOTHES TO WEAR,SO YOU CAN COVER YOUR SHAMEFUL unclothedness;AND SALVE TO PUT ON YOUR EYES,SO YOU CAN SEE. @op, Revelation comes with a price tag. |
Happy birthday sir! |
The Gospel message is THE KINGDOM OF GOD simple! @snowwy,you have said it all. |
Roms8:28-30;And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him,who have been called according to His purpose.for those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the LIKENESS of HIS SON,that He might be the first born among many BROTHERS.and those He predestined,He also called;those He called,He also justified;those He Justified,He also glorified. The purpose of the Gospel is for sonship. God desire is for sons/daughters in His own likeness,that will rule(Gen1:26). And be His kingdom and priests(not just in Heaven) serving Him and reigning here on earth.(Rev5:10). |
THE REMOVAL OF HINDRANCES(2:15). Verse 15 says"Take us the foxes,the little foxes,that spoil the vines:for our vines have tender grapes". The "us"here is the same as the "our" in 2:12."Take us the foxes" is in imperative mood.the foxes always take away the fruit,whereas "the little foxes" break the branches whenever they can.the foxes only want the fruit and there is still a possibility of fruit-bearing.but the little foxes make it impossible to bear fruit.if she don't pay attention to the matters of life of the Cross before Resurrection and the experience of Ascension after Resurrection,everything will be spoiled by the little foxes. "For our vines have tender grapes" this means that the state of perfection has not been reached.the manifestation of Resurrection is just the begining,and the experience of Ascension is just begining.if she is not careful,the foxes can come and spoil them. "the little foxes" are her natural habits and introspection.they may not be big sins.but a little folly can spoil wisdom and honor(Eccl10:1).the little foxes are hiding behind the vines.if she's not careful,the vines will be destroyed. These little foxes can hinder her from bearing fruit.if the Resurrection life is not well established,there is need to guard against the little foxes. She can't deal with the small problems(the little foxes) alone.neither can they be dealt with by the Lord alone. They have to be dealt with through her cooperation with the Lord. |
@op great idea,my take is that Genesis might take you a year at least.when are you starting. |
THE CALL OF THE CROSS(2:14). Verse 14 says,"O my dove,that art in the cleft of the rock,in the secret places of the stairs,let me see thy countenance,let me hear thy voice;for sweet is thy voice,and thy countenance is comely." formerly she was only described as having the eyes of a dove.now she is describe as a "dove" itself.the Lord calls her according to the position she's about to attain.if she hides "in the cleft of the rock and in the secret places of the stairs"she will truly live in the Spirit. "the cleft of the rock"signifies the Cross.the line of thought here indicates that she has not understood the Cross deeply enough.the Lord is speaking to her again in a poetic way,that the power and riches in Resurrection that have been describe must be lived out through a pattern.first there is the power of Resurrection,then there is the conformation to His death. Phlippns3:10says:"i want to know Christ and the power of His Resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings,becoming like Him in His death."which matches the Song of songs 2:8-14.the Cross that is describe here is subjective and experimental. "Let me see thy countenance,let me here thy voice"the countenance is what man sees,the voice is what he hears.both countenance and voice are found in the cleft of the rock and the secret places of the stairs.the emphasis here is on oneness(union)with the Cross.for the Cross of Christ to become her Cross. She should pass through the Cross so that the Lord's Cross will becomes her Cross.but inorder for the Cross of Christ to be all that others see and hear from her,there is a need for her to first know the Resurrection of Christ.only that which passes through the the Cross constitutes Resurrection. "For sweet is thy voice,and thy countenance is comely"the voice denotes prayer as well as praise(Mal3:16). These does not refer to the natural sweetness and comeliness of her voice and countenance.rather,it describe the sweetness and comeliness that she has when she is in the cleft of the rock and the secret places of the stairs. "the secret places" indicates complete enclosure,hence,it signifies completion. "The secret places of the stairs" should be refer to the place of ascension,(Col3:3-4,says;for you died,and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.when Christ,who is your life appears,then you also will appear with Him in glory.). As She is being dealt with daily by the Cross and,at the same time,she is giving up the Adamic elements in her,by not striving for the Resurrection life;rather,by losing more of her Adamic life.she have everything that issues from the Resurrection life already.but at the same time,she still have many things belonging to Adam.hence,the matter today is not how much she gain,but how much she LOSE. |
THE RICHES OF RESURRECTION(2:12-13). Verses 12 and 13 says,"The flowers appear on the earth;the time of the singing of birds is come,and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;the fig tree putteth forth her green figs,and the vines with the grape give a good smell.Arise,my love,my fair one,and come away". The Lord wants her to stand on the ground of Resurrection.after a time of death,spring,the time of Resurrection,is here.these verses tells her that she should understand her position in Resurrection.both verses describe the condition of Resurrection;they speak of spring after winter.if spring is mentioned without first mentioning winter,it means that there is only life without Resurrection.but when spring is mentioned after winter,it indicates Resurrection.the Lord shows her all the things that are in Resurrection,so that she will no longer pay attention to the dead,cold,dry,and wilted winter. "Flowers" signify the adornment of beauty,and "birds" signify the sound of singing.the flower are manifested on the earth,and the birds sing in the air.flowers speak of art,and birds speak of music.according to Matthew 6,both flowers and birds are under God's special care.God cares for them so much that they can sing and show forth their beauty. "The voice of the turtle" is the sound of praise and love-call in the land. "The fig tree putteth forth, "these figs are winter figs they signify fruit that still remain after passing through death.this fruit has passed through the Cross and has been test,,but it still remains. "The vines are in blossom;they give forth fragrance"(RSV)the vine are just blossoming;this is in the present tense.this means the situation is full of the hope of fruit-bearing and that the fruit-bearing is certain.no one see vine blossoms;before the flowers have time to exhibit themselves,they have turned into fruit already.other blossoms may not consummate in fruit.but when the vine blossoms,it will surely bring forth fruit.(Jhn15:5).this is the position of Resurrection.everything that is dead is over,and the future is full of assurance. The Lord uses the Riches of Resurrection to persuade her to come forth.she should not care just for the happiness in her feelings;she should experience the power of Resurrection.this is not the time to be passive;this is the time to be aggressive,to come forth,and to show forth His life to the World!. |
THE RICHES OF RESURRECTION(2:10-11). Verse 10th says"My beloved spake,and said unto me,Rise up,my love,my fair one,and come away". Verse 11 says,"For,Lo,the winter is past,the rain is over and gone". The Lord speaks very clearly here;He wants her to "Rise up"and "Come away".this does not mean that inward experiences are wrong.if they are wrong He would not have given them to her.but if she continued in this way,she would not be able to contact the outside;the minute she contacted the outside,she would seem to lose her peace.Therefore,she has to seek for His mountain-leaping,hill-skipping presence.Madame Guyon said,"Once His presence was a question of time and place,when we can trust that the Lord's presence is within us wherever we are,we will not be deceived by our inward feelings". Since the Lord is calling her to come away with Him,He speaks of His past experiences and the present facts."the winter is past",winter is a time of dryness,coolness,lack of growth,and testing.during the first part of her experience,the Lord brought her through these things.it seems as if the Lord has clearly brought her out of all the testings,coldness,dryness and apparent deafness.with His undeniable presence,the Lord has driven "WINTER" away without her even being conscious of it. "The rain" is not the spring rain,but the winter rain.it is the rain that chills and turns into snow.the winter rain keeps her inside the house and stops her from doing anymore.Hence,the rain refers to trials(Gen6-7,Matt7:25-27).the Lord tells her that many trials are behind her as a result of His presence.the passing of the winter rain indicates two things(1)the presence crosses,that is,the trials,are over,and (2)the Lord's Cross is over,that is,the work of His Cross is accomplished,and she should not dwell constantly on His death,for He has risen. |
Children born of natural descent,of human decision and the will of a man. |
Amen. |
The Dividic Covenant foreshadows the New Covenant. For David typifies Christ. |
THE POWER OF RESURRECTION(2:9). Verse9,says"My beloved is like a roe or a young hart:behold,He standeth behind our wall,He looketh forth at the windows,showing Himself through the lattice" Both Darby's translation and the margin of American Standard V.render "roe" as "gazelle",and Darby's New Translation use "a young hart" The Lord is associated with a hart in the heading to psalm22,where there is the expression "the hind of the dawn"(RSV) or "the hind of the morning"(ASV,margin). Which refers to the morning of the first day of the week,when Christ resurrected.Morning is the begining of another day,while Resurrection is the begining of a new day.it is the starting point of a person's spiritual life,which is signified by a new day. "behold He standeth behind our wall" a "wall" exists between her and the Lord.the wall encloses her,and keeps the Lord out.yet,she does not see anything wrong with the wall.as a result,she does'nt say "my wall" but "our wall".she intends for that wall to enclose herself and the Lord and keep the World and everything else out.then she would have fellowship with the Lord and rest in Him and live happily within the wall.she would be able to find the Lord within her heart all the time,and she could ignore circumstances,persons,brethre,her daily duties and many trials.she only knows the sweetness of fellowship,but does'nt know the power of work and the fierceness of warfare.there is only the thought of making three tents on the mountain(Matt17:4),and no thought is given to the mass of sinners at the base of the mountain. She needs to learn to let go of the Lord within and allow Him to lead her out.she should not try to hold on the Lord with her own strenght,but she should allow Him to lead her on.she should learn to trust in the Lord's Word and to follow by exercising her Faith to leap over the mountains and skip over the hills.she should learn to live by something other than just feeling of the Lord's presence. The "wall" is the wall of her introspection.it causes her to miss the Lord.but Thank the Lord,for He has set apart "windows" and "lattices" for Himself for her to see through. The Lord is trying to deliver her out of this condition,He is teaching her to realize that His presence can be found under any circumstance;there is no need to look for Him only within herself.she should learn to know Christ more from the environment than from within.for He is omnipresent. |
THE POWER OF RESURRECTION(2:8-9). Verse8 says,"The voice of my belove!behold,He cometh leaping upon the mountains,skipping upon the hills". "The voice of my belove" she rejoices at the Voice of her beloved,because she loves the joy of His presence.since she already has an intimate relationship with the Lord,it becomes easy for her to recognize His Voice;MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE AND I KNOW THEM,AND THEY FOLLOW ME(JHN10:27).in the Bible both mountains and hills refer to barriers."He cometh leaping upon the mountains,skipping upon the hills"meaning that nothing is too high or too great to stop Him. Her Lord is the Lord of Resurrection.Christ has Resurrected;He has overcome all difficulties and barriers.difficulties and barriers are things of yesterday.He is living in the next day.the mintute He leaps all difficulties and barriers are beneath His feet.in verse 8, the Lord manifests His Resurrection power,and speaks to her in a living way.she didn't know of such things in her previous experience with the Lord.she ran before,but she did not know what it was like to leap upon the mountains and skip upon the hills.in order to teach her the lesson,the Lord calls her.since she can easliy recognize His voice. |
@op Who told you they(the children of God)are poor? Are the children of your president/governors poor?. Please always try and get your assertion right next time. |
@numo86 The sender "GOD",His message "WORD" and the messenger "Jesus Christ" are the same(Jhn1:1,14). So by worshipping the messenger we are directly worshipping the sender.cheers |

@God2man well spoken!!!. |
@staggerman my brother,it's a great error to consider the flesh(our body) eradicated from us and to conclude that the nature of sin that brought in the curse is completely annihilated when one becomes born again.such teaching leads people astray.Regenerated life does not alter the flesh;co-crucifixion does not extinguish the flesh;the indwell Holy spirit does not render it impossible to walk by the flesh.the flesh with its fleshly nature abides perpetually in a believer.whenever opportunity is provided for its operation,it at once will spring into action.until we(Christains) are freed physically from the BODY we shall not be able to be so delivered from the flesh that no more possibility of its activity exists.whatever IS BORN OF FLESH IS FLESH(JHN3:6). There is absolutely no eradication of it until our body corrupted from Adam is transformed.OUR BODY IS NOT YET REDEEMED(ROMS8:23);it awaits for Redemption at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ(1Cor15:22-23,51-56,Phil3:20-21). Paul says in 2Cor10:3"though we walk in the flesh,we do not war according to the flesh"since he(Paul) still possesses a body he walks in the flesh.yet because the nature of the flesh is so corrupt he does not war according to the flesh,HE WALKS IN THE FLESH,"YES",BUT HE DOES NOT WALK BY THE FLESH(ROMNS8:4).until we are set free from the physical body we are not entirely free from the flesh. Any assumption that we are completely sanctified and has no more flesh,leads us into a life of pretension and indolence void of watchfulness. Though we are a new creature in Christ,we have never fully recover in this life the position Adam had before the fall.for our body still await full Redemption(Romns8:23). The Bible informs us in many places that whatsoever has been begotten of God and is filled with God has no tendency towards sin. This though does not mean there is categorically no possibility of the sinful desires.let me illustrate.Wood floats-it doesn't have the tendency to sink;but surely its sinkable.if the wood is soaked sufficiently enough in water it will sink of its own accord.nevertheless the nature of a piece of wood clearly is not to sink.Similarly,GOD HAS SAVED US TO THE EXTENT OF NOT HAVING THE TENDENCY TO SIN,BUT,HE HAS NOT SAVED US TO THE EXTENT OF OUR BEING UNABLE TO SIN. Naturally a believer should understand that in Christ he is a new creation,allowing the indwell Spirit to administer the Cross upon his flesh,putting to death the sinful desires of our flesh continually.it is only when we yield our body completely to the Lord(Rom6:13)that is it possible for us not to be under the dominion of the flesh but under His dominion.if we follow the Holy Spirit and maintain an attitude of not letting sin reign over our body(Roms6:12),we will experience sustained victory.far from it being an once for all event.we must maintain throughout our life here on earth an affirmative attitude towards God and a negative response towards the flesh.no believer today can arrive at the point of being beyond temptation. The scripture says "If by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live"(Romns8:13b),the entire relationship expressed in this verse hangs upon that word"IF"God has done all that is necessary;He cant do anything more.it is up to us to take a stand,applying His finished work on our body by the leading of His Spirit in us.our flesh(body) is still corrupt beyond repair by the curse and it must DIE daily. @obyphy The Deliverance and Prosperity ministry is no fraud |

@staggerman Rev12:10bsays"For the Accuser of our brethren is cast down,which accused them before our God day and night" since Christains have been redeemed from the curse and are now a new creature in Christ Jesus which is a fact,what ground do Satan have to accuse us before our God day and night? |
@staggerman brother,all the scriptures you quoted are correct.like what goshen360 said lets learn from each other. In your first post you said"OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO ENFORCE JESUS VICTORY"my question is how does a Christain Enforces Christ victory after he has been redeemed from the curse of the law.what is there for him to enforce since he has been redeemed? |
^^^@goshen360. These is the verse you quoted above,2Cor5:17 says"Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature;old things are pass away:behold,all things are become new" the verse only talks about when we are IN CHRIST,it didn't say anything about when Christ is in US. In Romans chapter7, and 8 talks mainly on when Christ dwelleth in us. In John15:4,Christ said"Abide in Me,and I in you." Verse7,says"If ye abide in Me and My words abide in you," when Christ is in us and we in Christ are two different realms that are connected.when we are in Christ there's no problem,but,when Christ is in us thats when problem start.(all hell break lose)thats what Paul was saying in Romans7,and8. |
@goshen360. Death is a curse in our body that originated from sin/disobedience in the garden of Eden,any man born of human descent(of a man's will, of a man,of blood,) inherited it. |
Gen2:7 says "the Lord God formed the man from the DUST of the GROUND, GEN3:17, "Curse is the Ground because of you;through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. Verse19 says"By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food,since from it you were taken;for Dust you are and to Dust you will return. Man was never created to die,assuming Adam had eaten from the the of Life,he would have been conformed to the likeness of the Son of God and lived forever(Roms8:29) Any man born of natural descent,of human decision and of the will of a man(John1:13) inherited the Adamic nature.for we are all in him the garden of Eden, |
@goshen360 his body. |
John3:8 says"The wind blows wherever it please.you can hear its sound,but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going.so it is with everyone born of the Spirit" in the above verse "the wind" typifies the Holy Spirit"in the life of a believer andHe's incharge of that life,the believer can "hear" His "sound"or voice,but he's unable to predict or dictate when the Holy Spirit will speak or gives him directives,"but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going"he have to wait upon Him for direction in every expect of his life. |
@goshen360 The flesh(our physical body) in a saint(believer) is the same as that in a sinner(unbeliever).in regeneration the flesh is not transformed.new birth exerts no good influence on the flesh.it remains as it is.God does not impart His Life to us to educate and train the flesh.Rather,it is given to OVERCOME the flesh. In the life of a believer(whether he's a pastor,bishop or a prophet)God still looks upon his flesh as utterly corrupt.even the Holy Spirit by thriving against the flesh cannot render it unfleshly(Gen6:3).why is that,its because man is born of the flesh,a man is fleshly because he is born of blood,of the will of the flesh,and of the will of man(Jhn1:13).due to its exceeding coruption,God warns His saints to hate "even the garment spotted by the flesh"(Jude23).any believer who attempts to repair it(his flesh)by acts of self-abatement/severity to the body shall fail utterly.God recognizes the impossibility of the flesh to be changed,improved or bettered.in saving us(imparting His uncreated Life in us).He gave us a new life inorder to help us overcome the corruption and bondage of the flesh. Its a life time experience. |
@INFO70 The same process used in RAISING ,ESTABLISHING and SEALING a family covenant,is also the way used in breaking such a covenant.a family covenant that is raised and sealed with blood(animal or man) cant be broken by merely the use of anointing oil.though it(anointing oil)have it use in family covenant. In Judges6:25-26) God told Gideon to"TEAR DOWN his father's alter to baal and CUT DOWN the Asherah pole(Baal and Asherah pole represent his family convenant) beside it with a BULL seven year old and he should Then BUILD a proper kind of alter to the Lord with another bull". Most family covenant are established and sealed with blood and can only be broken by blood. In Revelation5:1-10).the only worthy one to BREAK The seven seal and open the book is our Lord Jesus because of His blood he shed at the alter of calvary. Like God2man said its not a day job.try and find out the kind of idols your family worshipped in the past and presently with that information you can look for a man of God who is vest in that line of ministry.it takes time even our Lord Jesus Christ spent 3days in hell.more details will come later. |
@goshen360. The concept of regeneration speaks of the process of passing out of death into life.a man's spirit before regeneration is far away from God and is considered dead,for death is dissociation from God who is the fountain of life.death is hence separation from God.when God created man,He created him in His own image(Gen1:27).God put the man whom He had made in the Garden of Eden.He only forbade man to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil,in other words,He was implying that the fruit from the tree of life should be eaten.according to the scriptures the tree of life denotes God(Pslm36:9,John1:4;11:25;14:6,1Jhn5:12).if man had eaten the fruit from the tree of life,he would have have life,and God would have entered into man.but he eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and become alienated from God who gave life and is unable to commune with Him.the result is either his soul controls him and plunges him into a life of ideas and imaginations,or the lusts and habits of his body stimulate him and reduce his soul to servitude. Its man's spirit that needs to be quickened because it is born dead.the new birth which our Lord Jesus Christ spoke about to Nicodemus is the new birth of the spirit.it certainly is not a physical birth as Nicodemus suspected,not is it a soulical one.the new birth imparts God's life to the spirit of a man.inasmuch as Christ has atoned for our soul and destroyed the principle of the flesh,so we are who are join to Him participate in His Resurrection life.we have been united with him in His death;consequently it is in our spirit that we first reap the realization of His Resurrection life.new birth is something which happens entirely within the spirit,it has no relation to soul or body. At regeneration man recieves God's own life into his spirit(Eze36:26)and is born of God. As a consequence,the Holy Spirit now rules man's spirit which in turn is equipped to regain control over the soul and the soul,to govern the body.because the Holy Spirit becomes the life of man's spirit,the latter becomes the life of man's whole being.the spirit,soul and body are restored to God's original intention in every born again person. These new birth is the starting point of a christain walk in spiritual growth.though the life recieve is perfect,it waits to be matured.it like a fruit newly formed the life is perfect but its still unripe.there is therefore boundless possibility for growth.the Holy Spirit is able to bring the person into complete victory over his body and soul. It takes time. Apostle Paul said in Romans7:23 that another law is at war in his body making him a PRISONER in his own body. He also groan inwardly waiting to be fully adopted and his body completely redeemed(Roms8:23) . Will discuss about covenant later,God bless you |
@goshen360. psalm11:3 says "if the foundation be destroyed,what can the RIGHTEOUS DO?" Roms8:19-23 says "For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the son's of God.for the creature was made SUBJECT to VANITY,NOT WILLINGLY,but by the reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope. For the creature itself also shall be DELIVERED from the BONDAGE of CORRUPTION into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creature GROANETH and TRAVAILETH in pain together untill now. And not only they but OURSELVES also,which have the FIRSTFRUITS of the SPIRIT,even we OURSELVES GROAN WITHIN OURSELVES WAITING FOR THE ADAPTATION,TO WIT,THE REDEMPTION OF OUR BODY. If we(christains) are a new creature in Christ and old things are past away, Why would Apostle Paul Groaneth within himself,waiting for the adoption and the redemption of his body. Since he's a new creature in Christ Jesus? |
