Well, we need to find a way to communicate to the NFF because we gonna need that guy at the World Cup. And moreover, he would be easier to convince than the likes of Tammy Abrahams ... he knows or ought to know that his chances of breaking into the loaded Germany side is close to zero. For sure, the 4 countries I would really want to avoid, at all cost, at group stages in Russia are - in this particular order: Brazil Germany Argentina France
And there are a couple of other tough teams but I think we can navigate our ways through most of the other teams if we are well prepared. O pari Famocious: They have the French and Brazilians to contend with..
Look at the depth of variable formations available to the French team |

Joebie, any news on whether the NFF has made any contacts with Jordan Torunarigha? O pari Joebie: Russia 2018 Full Back Contenders

Left Back ONLY Options Jordan Torunarigha (CB also) Elderson Echiejile Stanley Amuzie
Left&Right Back Options Ola Aina Tyronne Ebuehi Musa Muhammed (surprisingly LB all current season)

You made a good point! If I am advising Rohr for the World Cup, I will ask him to play Mikel and Ndidi (Onazi) as DMs and play Iwobi in AM. This would help solidify our defence, while unleashing the creative ability of Alex Iwobi. But to play this formation successfully, we'll have to deploy a 3-4-3 formation (with two adventurous wingbacks). I am not sure that we currently have them. O pari Mujtahida: Goodjoe isn't it better Iwobi plays for us through the middle as an AM? He is too intelligent for us to play him from the wings. With Mikel and Onazi/Ndidi behind him that guy can make a beast out of your Nacho (although I still insist he's no CF as such) |

But is Dominic Iorfa really good enough? Is he good enough to displace Shehu or Ola Aina? But I know that he can play CB as well. He may probably deputize Ekong and Balogun at CB if we get him but I just don't know his current quality. I mean, he played well the few times I had watched him but I can't understand why Wolves loaned him out to lowly Ipswich. O pari komekn: Moses is out of the equation he has not recovered and has been overtaken by huge margin by the best RB in the championship Ola Aina.
Dominic Iorfa is ready to play for Nigeria we just need to stop inviting him on the pages of newspapers and make a formal invitation.
I will add to that Seyi Ojo Liverpool player on loan at Derby. I willl remind you that a £10 million transfer fee was rejected by Liverpool fc from Newcastle fc. Left sided winger who has blistering pace could easily play left wing back. |

Ambode should STFU there!
VAT is a tax. It isn't like resource control because VAT is a tax paid by citizens. Lagos generates a substantial amount of VAT by virtue of it being the former capital and the commercial capital of the country. They should not lay claim to VAT generated in Lagos because the city was developed by Federal money.

Bro, not me! As for me, 99.9% of the blame belongs to Pinnick. I even tweeted him a few times on twitter (along with that naija BBC reporter) to keep his moves on the down low....we don't wanna alert the English FA so they go ahead and cap him right away. But he ignored me because he needs his photo ops. And as for the Oluwashina Okeleji somebody (the BBC reporter), I got into a twitter shouting match with him sef. But he kept on doing his thing because he wanted to report his scoop. That being selfish! That's unpatriotic! O pari Joebie: We never blame Pinnick, who I believe is more than 50 years for that mishap, na 19 year old who acted more professionally? na wa o Tammy's response was professional. Well, let's hope that he would learn from his mistakes. But I am not holding my breath. When I tried to take him to task over the issue, on twitter, his defenders descended me on like a ton of bricks. O pari Joebie: Pinnick did not beg him before. If we make another move then that will amount to begging. I don't see it as humiliation. If anything, Pinnick should be the one to regret putting everything out in public. The boy was pressured to make a statement in public. Something that would have been kept in private. Pinnick has to remember his mistakes, when he make future approaches. |
