Is urs a burden?please share . . .
Marriage as far as i know aint no burden/stressful .Life itself demands something . . .oscillation,energy(potential and kinetic) and dedication.Waking up daily and getting out of bed is work on its own,so also is marriage.It goes up,comes down,gets low and high but with dedication and decision to make it work . . .the ups and high moments wud be a recurring decimal.
I love being married,i have decided Im gonna stay married.

@Topic,If the parents of the girl could afford to pay her fees why then did they send her out,trade her for money?
Sincerely,who gets a new house-help and within 1 month of her arrival,takes her right into school ?. . .Wont he/she wait for atleast 3 mths to observe and decide if the girl is even worth the stress?
Im not in support of child labour though.

I had a similar encounter last year on Ore to Benin road. The police officer was trying to extort money from our bus driver and I looked at him scornfully. Unfortunately, his colleague saw me and confronted me as to why I "insulted the Nigeria police" with my looks. They threatened to arrest me and ensure I was jailed. One even threatened to kill me and label me armed robber.

When I was that none of the co-passenger in the bus was ready to stand up for me, I had to apply wisdom and denied any wrong doing while apologizing fro any unintentional message my alleged look passed across. The officer then warned me to mind my business and never mess with any police again.

The Nigeria police are always trigger happy on innocent citizen while they either avoid the criminals or even help them in their nefarious activities. May God deliver this country.
