In situations like this, Chinedu Okoro an Ogba stops being Ogba in the eyes of Nigerians and starts being Igbo.
And funny enough, you will not see his Ogba people come here to claim him. They will all maintain tactical silence and let Ndiigbo bear the brunt.

...........Ndoki's name is simply, "Ndi Oki".
.......... No need for complications
.........The Ndo- suffix is all over Igbo land. in the same Abias, there are villages called, "Ndochina", "Ndokereke".
......Oki is an ancient word for oldest/eldest siblings
....... Many dialects still use it today, instead of Ochie, they say Oki or Okii. Go to Oratta for example.
........ The alternative ancient name for Ndoki is Okwa/Ukwa
...... ChinenyeN is a shameless Ijaw expansionist
Okay.
This is even better.
Thanks.
I have heard of Ndioki story before.

Everything is not by name , some ikwere people don't have igbo name but they speak igbo.
Even some people from ebonyi which is igbo region, when u heard their name sef u will wonder if they are really igbo untill they speak igbo.
U may say burn boy is not igbo I'm not here to drag that with u becoz Eastern part of Nigeria what disintegrated by obasanjo and some other past leaders.

Check the screenshot below about where burna is from.. they speak ekpeye is is also igboid.
Igbo was big and vast until it was disintegrated
Ekpeye is Igboid and some Ekpeye leaders like Chibudom Nwuche remain proudly Igbo and do relate with Ohanaeze Ndiigbo.
But Burna boy is not Ekpeye.
He is Engenni ( a distinct Edoid speaking group). Engenni are not Ijaws as their language is Edoid and has no relationship with Ijaw.
But Ijaw has taken it upon themselves to annex any riverine community in Rivers and Akwaibom into their Political franchise. So Engenni identify politically as Ijaw.
But are not Ijaw.

Ekpeye people who are Igboid own Ahoada East LGA alone. But they share Ahoada West LGA with Engennis.
So not everyone from Ahoada West is Ekpeye (Igboid). Burna boy for example is from Ahoada West, but is from Engenni (Edoid) and not Ekpeye (Igboid).
I hope I have made this thing clearer for you.

Secondarily.
If for any reason the secession clause was not removed before 1960.
It wouldn't have survived Gowon and Awolowo greed in 1967.
I mean Awolowo that backed and suggested the dissolution of the regions to create useless 12 states as a means to cripple BIAFRA to Gowon, and also helped Gowon remove the 50-50 sharing formula between regions and FG.
The same Awolowo that greedily facilitated the movement of oil companies headquarters from PH to Lagos.
This Awolowo wouldn't have let the Secession clause survive if it still existed when Gowon and Awolowo came to power.

So this whole secession clause thing is brainless, st.upid and redundant argument.
It has no basis.

You guys are only good in business. Focus on your business and leave politics/governance for those who know how to use their heads.
You are mad.
You claimed Zik stopped Awo from adding secession clause.
I asked you how Zik was able to achieve that? Did he have gun pointed at Awo? Did he have super power to get Awo and Balewa to agree to such.
You claimed Zik used the British. And I was wondering how Zik a single Individual could use the almighty British.
So I wondered maybe Awo declared Secession of Yorubaland and Zik galvanized army to invade Yorubaland.
But we know no such thing happened.

So basically, you are talking nonsense.

Zik a single man with no army to command, couldn't have forced Awo and Balewa to accept no Secession clause!

The least you can say is that he persuaded them on why it should be removed. Yet Awo and Balewa still had the option to decline.
If they accepted Zik opinion after persuasion by Zik, then they are responsible for their own actions as adults. ie they are as guilty as Zik in the clause removal because they agreed to it!

In essence, you actually have no talk. You are just a frustrated Yoruba man desperate to force Unity with Ndiigbo while making up illogical lies.

Flaathead, go and read history. Zik was part of the representatives when Nigeria's constitution was being formed and he represented the entire eastern region.

Awolowo, representing the western region said people should be allowed to leave Nigeria if they want to, but Zik opposed him. Zik even said anyone who attempts to leave should be termed a traitor and the British backed him up since such an arrangement suits them.

It's strange I have to tell you all this. Do you read history at all? No?

Most major step the so called ingenious tribe has taken resulted in near destruction of the nation and hardship that has transcended generations.

(1) Azikiwe abolished regions and eliminated the secession clause from our constitution.

(2) Ironsi introduced coup into the mindset of the millitary which set the nation back for decades.

(3) Ojukwu dragged the nation into a civil war.

(4) Importation which they excel in is actually the biggest killer of manufacturing and the economy in Nigeria, thus weakening our currency.

If say na better tins dem dey import, e for better. Fakest and lowest quality of everything down to fake pharmaceutical drugs for sick and dying people (Collect their money, even if it means killing the sick)........ well, at least they deal in the best quality hard drugs.
When and how did Zik abolish the regions and secession clause?
Zik argued for removal of secession clause, Awo and Balewa agreed.
Zik never pointed gun at them, neither did he have an army to command that would have brought Awo and Yorubas back to Nigeria if they seceded!
Actually,it was Awo who helped Gowon abolish the regions and created the 12 dysfunctional states that marked the death of NIGERIA as a progressive entity.
The 12 states was Awo advice alongside other actors. In their evil attempt to cripple Biafra, they put a nail in Nigeria's coffin and now their people are shamelessly looking for who to pin their actions on!

2. The first coup Don in Nigeria was by Awolowo.
He was tried by Cooker commision and found guilty of treasonable felony and embezzlement of public funds.
Many still believe that Awo was behind Nzeogwu coup. Awo would seal his reputation as a chronic coup planner when he attempted another coup against IBB and was exposed by Jakande who ratted him to IBB. IBB gave him the option to go on exile or go to jail.
Awo chose to take the easy way out by taking his own life.

3. Ojukwu left your dead Useless country for you and declared Biafra for us.
We left your Lagos and North for you and all retreated home to Biafra to build a functional nation.
Gowon and Awolowo declared war on Biafra. You invaded Biafra through Gakem in Northern Cross River and Nsukka area.
Ojukwu never declared war on NIGERIA. Unless saying we don't want to share a country with you lots again means declaring war on you.

4. Nope. NIGERIA economy died when Awolowo after economically crippling the Igbo during the war and post civil war, rushed to advice Gowon to declare indigenization policy.
You guys through this inherited all the foremost colonial companies in Nigeria which you ended up mismanaging and running to the ground.
Nigerian economy died when Awo out of greed made Gowon take away the 50-50 sharing formula between the region and FG on resources, so that you all could suck the defunct Eastern region oil dry.
The end result is that you all gave up on your coacoa and the North gave up on her Groundnut and you all went to drink crude oil.
Now the country is mono economic and heavily dependent on Crude oil.
And here you are blaming Ndiigbo.
For your failure since 1970 till today.

We also need to be aware that the Ijaw had a nasty habit of giving their own names to communities that already existed, and having those names (in many cases) displace the name that the community themselves originally went by.

The name Okoloma has mostly been displaced by Beni/Ibeni (now Ibani/Ubani).
The name Khana has mostly been displaced by Igoni (now Ogoni).
The name Obolo has mostly been displaced by Idoni (now Andoni).
The name Umueze has mostly been displaced by A Dokiari (now Ndoki).

This is something the Ijaw were known to do as they more and more expanded into the eastern delta region. The trend is clear and obvious to see here.

Prior it was unsettled because there was no need to live there until the arrival of europeans as it proved to be a valuable access route to markets of the west through slavery, ivory and oil trade. Before the opening of the atlantic, there was nobody to trade with in that area
Don't create unnecessary ambiguity.
