Mama G. I think you should do your research properly before opening new topics ! Lisa Marie Presley is Elvis Presly's only child ? Do you even know Elvis Presley is ? He was more sucssesful than MJ could ever have dreamt of
Lisa Presley is worth millions, and was probably richer than Jackson then, and definately richer than him now ( considering the fact that he died in debt over 400 million dollars).

I will advice you to always get your facts right before spewing gibberish on a public forum. Silly thing!!

FYI, most Americans are in debt, starting from the average street guy to their top billionnaires. sad sad

Just of recent, MJ's Music catologue which he owns with Sony is extimated to worth more than  2 billion dollars. And that alone should make you to
understand the reason why his creditors do not hesitate to give him any amount of loan he demands. He has already out sold Elvis .

@ KOBO

For the upteenth time, why cant you and your people leave the igbos to go. To run a business together should be a case of mutual

understanding and not by force. You always sound as if you are pitying the igbos, please do that for the northern brothers.

Are you OK? Where in any of my posts have I claimed it is difficult for me to leave you to your way? I don't care if you chose to move your own family to hell. That is your business and your life.

Am definitely Ok.  Having read your previous posts on threads concerning the igbos, it's not a rocket science for me to deduce your intentions.
FYI, leaving Nigeria for any other place is better because she is already HELL of a place. You are even enjoying in another man's land.

I am more concerned about the problem you intend to leave behind for innocent Nigerians who are yet again trying to live and make the best of their life in the country, should you push for more commotion in that country in your bid to escape to your Shangri-la a second time around.

So you expect them to keep on striving ad infinetum till they all are dead. You even stressed further to call  Biafra a shangri-la, but mind you that

Nigeria have not achieved what they did within 3yrs.

Have you not learned from the first attempt that this is more than just you and those who think as you do? We are over 40 years into this and you want to bring this upon your children again? I don't think you are worth the Walhalla to the innocents who might be forced to spend years dealing with the consequences of your action. Millions of my generations have been dealing with the consequences of the Biafra-n war to date, but for a second time around, you intend for us to have to go through the same for you?

The problem is that you guys are always blindfolded with your dependency on the igbos. Listen my friend, the soviet union separated with out a

Single gun shot. Hence, why cant the Nigerian government leave Biafra to secede peacefully.

Am I not allowed to object? Oh Wait, I don't have a say because I am not FOR Biafra and so I must not matter. lol

This is one of most silly questions I have see on Nairaland. Ijawman, So you are insinuating that all these naija politicians that bought properties

PoliticsNiger Delta Funds Also Used To Restore Chairman's Manhood by IGWEUSA(op): 10:52am On Jul 03, 2009
A herbalist, Matthew Sonoma, yesterday told a federal high court sitting in Abuja, that the suspended Chairman of the Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Ambassador Sam Edem, paid about one billion Naira to regain his manhood.

In his statement to the police, which was tendered  before Justice Gabriel Kolawole, Sonoma said he assisted Edem to restore his potency after he  complained about having problem with his manhood.

Edem, however, denied  Sonoma's claim, saying  he had never at anytime lost his manhood.

"My manhood has never gone down and I have never asked anybody to assist me in restoring it. My manhood never failed at anytime. It has always been functioning. My manhood has never stopped working, I repeat, it has never stopped working," Edem said.

Under cross-examination by Sonoma's counsel, Chief Albert Akpomudje, SAN, Edem told the court  how the herbalist was introduced to him by a youth leader of one of the organisations in the Niger-Delta.

He  also denied asking the herbalist to curry favour from the governor of Akwa-Ibom State as alleged, saying  the governor  never visited him in his house.

"This man never did any juju for me. He was introduced to me as a pastor. I did not know that he has plans to blackmail me. He did not do anything for me to warrant payment. He was praying for other politicians."

Justice Kolawole warned that if the police fail to produce the witness at the next date, he would strike out the charge against the accused.

The Police last year, arrested Edem and Sonoma and arraigned them before Justice Olasumbo Goodluck, of an Abuja high court  on a 15-count charge. They were granted bail by the court.

Sonoma was later arraigned before the federal high court sitting in Abuja and Edem was turned to a witness in the case.

Sonoma was accused of fraudulently obtaining about N700million from  Edem. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Everything boils down to the couples involved. If your hubby wants you to be a house wife and you the wife finds it reasonable for the

betterment of your family, then fine. On the otherhand, if you dont want it that way and he insists, then you can opt out of the marriage and be

the independent/career women that is more important to you. Simple and short.

FYI, there are lots of well educated women who are ready to be stay at home mums anytime any day for the good of her

EducationRe: What Are Your Experiences Of Hostel Accommodation/life? by IGWEUSA(m): 11:24am On Jun 12, 2009
I have perused 2ru most of the replies so far and discovered that non of my fellow nlanders have similar experience with me.

Any way, i started living in the hostel right from primary 5 in Gaius Benton Primary school Oko, owned by Alex Ekwueme. I was
considered as a stuborn and playfull child both at school and at home. I guess some of my behaviours prompted my parents to explore many options and finally decided to send me to a boarding school.

Mehn, as 9yr old boy, it was a horrible experience. i started to feel the impact of my new environment, tears started to roll down my
eyez as my mom was leaving the school gate. I still remember the last word she told me, "I will visit you in the next  three days to know how u are  coping." But she fulfilled her promise after one week.
As my mom left, the School "Matron" as we call the lady in charge of the students, introduced me to my new friends, around 40 of them within the age range of  4 to 14, including boys and girls. They took me around the boarding house and showed me all  the places that i have to know. The boys and girls room dont call it hostel  have a linking door, hence boyz/girls can freely go into each others room. It was the first time i saw a bunk ie double bed. Throught out my stay in the skool, i always chose the top bed so as to  avoid being baptised with pee  shocked( ie students we dey urinate 4 bed)

In less than two weeks in d skool, i began to realize the actual reason why I was brought to the school. Every thing has time, prep time, siesta time, dinning time etc, and they were all compulsory. They force you to eat all your food, whether you like it or not, you must close ur eye during siesta time, even if u are feeling sleepy or not, we study 2gether every night in the same hall, we pray 2gether every night b4 going to bed and every morning b4 leaving for classes, you cant go home unless ur parents came to pick U up. To worsen d situation, i have never gone home for mid term breaks. In fact, its a looooong story,
Also, they wash and iron our uniforms every day. The quantity of food per meal was pretty good, but sometimes the taste is horrible. As i said earlier, you must finish your food even if you have hunderd sets of provision  ( milk, milo, cabin, corn flakes, cerelac ete) in the store. All students are equal, there was nothing like seniority.
In a nut shell, my experience in this school made me a stronger man in all ramification,  academically, physically or other wise.

Graduating from primary 6, i passed my federal entrance n got into a Federal Government boarding skool  As my fellow Jss1 students were still crying, trying to adapt to their new environment, I was the one consoling them. i taught some of them how to avoid being SUCKED huh by Seniors.
But life was hell in  FGC ,  when compared to my primary skool experience. The food was hell, the toilets were no go area. Infact, I replaced my skool properties every term, but i stopped when i learnt how to replace them in the same skool ie tapping shocked

Graduating from secondary skool, i said    "Aure voir to hostel/ boarding house life".  It has been a long time, I need a little privacy in university.
Boyz have grown into Men.  huh

How are you sure these robbers are not mostly ex-bakassi boys? Once you show people that wealth can lie at the barrel of a gun, they will pursue it to an ominous end, as happened to many ex-PDP thugs now masquerading as militiants in the Niger Delta.
@ ibime
Ok, if you are the chief security officer of the state, how would you tackle the problem? Even the police couldnt withstand the fire power of these hoodlums.
PoliticsRe: Terror in Anambra State by IGWEUSA(m): 10:12am On Jun 07, 2009
Men , i cant believe that this could be happening in Awka. These hoodlums had turned the city into   juarez[mexico} or to say the kidnapping  capital of Nigeria.
Once again, this shows that Nigerians can only be controlled with iron hand, and i believe that the only way to stop this menace is to re-organize the BAKASSI boys.  angry  .Its obvious that the police cant check the situation neither do nigeria have the technological resource to deal with it.
