If ministers aren't important as you are trying to claim,then the govts of the world shouldn't have a need for them.

Price skyrocketed not because of late appointment of ministers. It was largely due to govt policies on Forex and restrictions on importation.

Does anyone have 2015 data as regards palm oil prices. I want to co-relate and see how this idea of Buhari not appointing ministers early can affect the palm oil industry. I need to know if the prices fluctuated as of 2015 the way it did last yr(2018) or if it kept increasing in an upward trend.
