Your best bet is MHIS it is stated on their website. They encourage VBAC. When are u due and when do u intend to go to the USA

nadee: Hello all,
Please does anyone have info on any doctor in the usa who is able to carry out a VBAC? This is for women who have given birth via C-Section before and want to try natural birth for subsequent deliveries.

The doctors i've contacted so far are not willing to take on such cases but only offer a repeat CS.

Pls any information on this from someone who has or knows someone who has gone this route before will be appreciated as i am seriously trying to avoid a repeat CS.

Please assist, thank you all.

tteam: hi house
good to know everyone is doing great.
i traveled to Houston on the 5t of October ad wast let in.
Even after showing my payments to west Houston and declaring how much i had.
Their reason was that i lied i was not pregnant during my visa interview.
had the most horrifying experience ever.
i am back in Nigeria now, thank God i and baby are safe.
apart fro me, two other 9ja ladies were set back too.

learning point: state preg stats when applying for visa, if u already have a visa then by all means avoid Houston. there are devils there searching out for black preg women.
wishing everyone goodluck wit their plans

what of pension retirement funds cAN dat be proof of funds too?

solomonwis:

Required proof of funds for a family of 4 is $20,654CAD. please note that your car and properties does not qualify for proof of funds as proof of funds can only come in the form of
•cash
•documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.) or
•documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders).

Yes you've got to write the IELTS test and get your educational qualifications assessed by an authorised body. Both can be done at about the same time.

hello solomon have u filled your application and what occupation are u going for?

Nancy1888: hi everyone,

i want to go to the us to have my baby as well this year but very scared of what i have been hearing and reading from different people, it seems alot of people who go to the us to have there baby between 2011 and 2013 are having a hard time re entrying the country even though they pay all there medical bills.

some one was telling me she was send back at the point of arrival, this really scares me because i don't think it worth it to loose the chance of going there at all, as you might want to go there to study, visit family or just for tourism in the future.

Your theory not true

Im sorry, I would rather not endorse any whom I have not received service from and Im still undecided but have narrowed it down to 2. My total cost at Maricoma was just a little over $8100US (normal childbirth not cesarean). No complications, no extra days in hospital which is stll a very reasonable price, just unexpected.

What is there if u give us the 2 you narrowed down to so that others can see if it is what they ve in mind too, giving that you have one experience already?
Also what month are u looking at travelling? When r u due?
Travel / Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by imadebaby: 11:11am On Jul 16, 2013
Sta8narrow: Hello all, after reading through every page here i came across another member that states the same thing about Maricopa in Phoenix, so it seems Im not the only one to bring this issue up. To answer the question, my delivery was comepletely normal without any complications so I was bery surprised when the bill came out completely different. I do not want to side with and birthing place because I think it is extremely important that everybody do their own research but have checked out a few of the places mentioned here and it seems as one place seems like the obvious choice which i was able to verify does include the the services not included in Maricoma.

So where will u suggest after your research?

earthgreeners: As of the dates below, citizens of these countries and territory will have to give their biometrics (fingerprints and photograph) when they apply for a visitor visa, study permit, or work permit.

September 4, 2013:

* Colombia
* Haiti
* Jamaica

October 23, 2013:

* Albania
* Algeria
* Democratic Republic of Congo
* Eritrea
* Libya
* Nigeria
* Saudi Arabia
* Somalia
* South Sudan
* Sudan
* Tunisia

December 11, 2013:

* Afghanistan
* Bangladesh
* Burma (Myanmar)
* Cambodia
* Egypt
* Iran
* Iraq
* Jordan
* Laos
* Lebanon
* Pakistan
* Sri Lanka
* Syria
* Vietnam
* Yemen
* Palestinian Authority

Pay the biometric fee

If you apply for a visitor visa, study permit or work permit, you will have to pay an application fee. You will also need to pay a biometric fee of $85 CAD per person. Families applying together for a visitor visa will pay a maximum biometric fee of up to $170 CAD.

You can pay both your application fee and the biometric fee the same way. The website of the visa office that serves the country or region you are applying from will have more information on fees, including how to pay them.

Make sure you pay all the correct fees when you submit your application to avoid any delays in processing.

Visa application centre (VAC) application services included in the biometric fee:

If you apply in person at a visa application centre (VAC), the biometric fee covers the cost of collecting your biometrics and handling your application. This includes making sure your application is complete, sending it to the visa office and telling you when your passport or travel documents have been sent back.
Go to a visa application centre (VAC)

If you apply online:

* CIC will send you a biometric instruction letter by email when we receive your application. Read this letter, print a copy and bring it, along with your passport or other travel document, to a visa application centre (VAC) to give your biometrics.

If you submit a paper application by mail or in person to a visa application centre (VAC):

* You must give your biometrics at the same VAC where you apply. VAC staff will check that your application is complete and will confirm that you have paid the correct fees before you can give your biometrics.
* The VAC will also send your paper application to the visa office. See the types of services VACs offer.

If you submit a paper application to a visa office (VO):

* When the visa office gets your application, it will send you a biometric instruction letter. Read this letter and then bring it, along with your passport or other travel document, to a visa application centre (VAC) to give your biometrics.

Give your fingerprints and photograph

Giving your fingerprints and photograph is a safe, fast, and clean process that only takes about five minutes to complete. An operator will take a digital photograph of your face and ask you to put your fingers on a glass screen to be scanned.
