God is not a respecter of persons as the OP has said. In matters of salvation and judgement or justice, we are all with equal rights and opportunity in the sight of God. God would not give you salvation or deny you salvation because He loves you more or less. God will not overlook your sin too because you are Moses or even Jesus. In matters of reward, we are not all and cannot all be equal. You are rewarded according to your work or someone around you's work or God's mercy. That's what may sometimes seem confusing to some as favoritism. i cannot give you or treat you in the same way as my child or as the better person in the exam. Your initial question asks if all diseases were promised to be healed while now you are saying there are conditions necessary to be fulfilled for the healing to take place.

Yes, God did not promise you to heal all sicknesses. We've also reviewed where you think that He said so and showed that neither He nor those He spoke to think(s) that He said so. It is not just what i am NOW saying, it is written in the Bible. Good Bible students rightly divide the Word of truth, others just make whatever the want of it. The answer to your question is in Revelation 21v1,4.

It has many conditions and experience attached. Matthew 18 that you quoted, if you read the whole chapter, you would see the promise was premised on things like unity and forgiveness and verse 35 was very specific about what happens to those who do not forgive, they don't get their desires for example. The John that you quoted came with his brother and mother to worship and desire whatsoever from Jesus, they did not get it. Thank God that they got to know that it doesn't work the way you feel. If you choose to, you can stay stumped on where you are and never get anything done. It is your choice. The scriptures clearly teach those who study it that God is not a button, He is God. Ask Paul, and Epaphroditus, and Peter and Timothy, and James. Read the fine print before running, it's got lots.

Lol, now you are absolving our doctors. Maybe they were wrong right? Maybe there was no sickle cell all along, or maybe the eyes were perfectly fine, or just maybe we were all daydreaming about the shorter leg and the fibroid, or maybe the newborn baby was just joking or testing us by playing dead. Like you've opined, maybe measles just resolves in hours from time to time, stroke just decides to completely leave from time to time.
