Razorr:Its a "giant killing" away form. . . .mighty teams like S.Bucharest and Sheffield Utd and some dodgy team in the Euro qualifiers People actually don't know that the Sheffield Utd team was also Utd's reserve side that played.Robson said his priority is the League and not the League Cup so he had to play his reserves. While others are winning at the Mestalla,Villa(biggest away win of the season) and Goodson Park. . . .Gayners are talking of Bucharest and Sheffield ![]() |
Jackal:Its a step up from his bedroom gymnastics with MC Obo Meanwhile . . . . . .did u catch the police raids on football hooligans in south london this morning.Probably Gayners engaging in Pedophile activities in honor of Chief Pedo,Wenger's 100th European game. The players didn't have respect for the man. . . .putting up such a stinker in Prague for his anniversary. |
@Jackal Saha is already a minus,we can't officially count as him as a Utd footballer.3 strikers will do to maintain harmony.Teddy was okay with staying on the bench since he was already in his 30s. . .Ole was a special case. How do you keep 4 world class strikers happy? Berbatov is notoriously moody. . . .from way way back at CSKA Sofia. If he is not playing,he is a destabilising influence.Hasn't played for a top club though,he might be content with warming Utd's bench as sitting on our bench should be regarded as an honour ![]() |
Hypocrisy. . . .when Raz was on Loyika's dick,he was saying we should give her a break snce she is a Lady! The man is jealous that he has only Jergens hand cream to make do with in Razorr's absence Wetin Hova get to do with Man U thread? I have given up on Hip Hop after Kanye outsold 50 Cent, even Young Jeezy went platinum faster than Game. @Jack The Ripper What do you make of the Berbatov rumors?Do you think we should exchange him for Saha?I think that would be a good deal to do with Spurs.I also heard the rumors about the Gk,Ochoa,Telegraph said Utd are considering a £7 million bid |
RichyBlacK:@Richy"Relativist Values" Black. You are an slowpoke. Why don't you "point your internet guns" and blow me to smithereens. At once Bush is responsible for all that is bad with America and is not responsible for any good. One wonders why he got re-elected not only as Gov of Texas, with 69% of the votes, but as President .One also wonders why his popularity was high with investors and there were stock market gains when it was announced he won in 2004.Maybe the impotent rants of Richy "Macroeconomic data" Black didn't get to them. |
Richy "Finesse of Macroeconomics" Black mangles logic the way a hungry dog mangles his food.By his logic, all those Americans who knock America or Bush are unpatriotic citizens. |
davidylan: Maybe he is frustrated that despite his "intelligence",less intelligent people like Bush get to the high echelons of power while he is stuck with making impotent comments about the US from his Benin beer parlour. |
RichyBlacK:This guy's imbecillity seems reflexive. He wonders why the thread can't stay on point, but he was the one who introduced budget deficits plus charts to boot to a thread titled,Some Memorable Quotes Of George Bush and proceeded to debate same budget issue. The mind of the stupid works in bewildering ways ![]() |
Tornadoz:By the same logic, why do you focus on Bush, are you a tax paying American resident/citizen? If the fact that Nigeria generates less electricity than Iraq is irrelevant to a Nigerian, how does Bush affect a slowpoke living in Benin ? What is a Benin based slowpoke's concern with the Israeli/Palestinian conflict?Do you work for the UN? 2)Whats your contribution apart from emigrating to a safe country and pouring scorn on your motherland? What's your contribution apart from impotent rants from Benin? 3)Why do you and your cohorts think its our duty to make Nigeria a great nation? How dumb do you have to be to think that asking Nigerians to put things in perspective is akin to insisting that it is their duty to make Nigeria a great nation? How dumb is Tornadoz? ![]() |
davidylan:@Davidylan Seriously,if you read RichyBlack's "magnum opus" carefully, you will notice the shocking lack of substance. In order to sound credible,he drops in vacuous terms-absolute,relative values, finesse in macroeconomics, macroeconomic understanding- An amazing tour de force of idiocy. . . .its hard to be believe someone can put so much effort into producing so much drivel. No need to bother confronting this idiocy anymore.I think deep inside,he knows he is spewing utter twaddle but self-pride demands he continues mounting a "defence". @RichyBlack Its obvious you are less intelligent than GWB.Given that GWB is an idiot, imagine where that leaves you ![]() |
I was thinking, who is the best striker in the Premiership? Most people's response will be the usual suspects-Drogba,RVP,Torres,McCarthy,e.t.c but the reality is that the best striker is Robbie Keane-Think of it,31 goals in his last 35 club appearances. . .that is fantastic and I can't think of any other striker with a better record in the Premiership Since he doesn't play for any of the top 4 clubs, his feat has escaped most people's notice |
@Jackal Is Ronaldo now the leading scorer in the Champions League? He was joint leading scorer at 3 going into the game. Good professional performance. . . probably should have scored more.I don't think people have noticed how many assists Nani provides,he has the highest number of assists for any Utd player.I won't mind benching Giggs in favor of Nani We still have a selection problem in midfield, who starts alongside Hargo-Carrick or Anderson. For me Carrick edges it by virtue of his experience. . .but only just. This is probably the best squad Utd have had for ages. I heard Ramos made some comments about allowing Berbatov leave in January if Berbatov indicates he is not happy at the club.Fergie could be looking at that situation although having Berbatov is probably overkill. How many quality attacking players can you have in one team? A player swap-Saha for Berbatov-would be sensible. . . . if Spurs were stupid enough to sign Bent for £16 million,we might convince them to swap Saha for Berbatov |
Why aren't Gunners celebrating another "heroic" draw, the 3rd in a row? Would think only the result matters.Arsenal are looking more impressive with each passing game Countdown to the "Russian Winter" I predicted is beginning. ![]() |
I was just going through an article online that mentioned the fact that power generation in Nigeria has dropped to just about 2,500MW. Considering that Naija's major and almost only source of revenue is this depleting oil, and the same revenue is being spirited away to the western countries by corrupt Leeches we call Leaders, I just beg to ask the question again: WHO IS THE REAL slowpoke?!
This is precisely the point that some have been raising.Think of this carefully,Nigeria's power output amounts to 2,500MW,Iraq,I repeat,Iraq is generating about 5,000 MW,an article I saw in August 2007 put it at 5,437MW. Iraq,a war torn country, has been able to improve its power output since the fall of Saddam while Nigeria, unaffected by conflict, has seen power generation diminish.Iraq's population is about 26 million,Nigeria's about 140 million. This should put things into perspective when discussing whatever we see on CNN .As Tayo D asked,WHO IS THE REAL slowpoke? |
My perennial problem on Champion's League nites is deciding what game to watch Normally,if Utd are playing,I always watch them but with the quality of the opposition,I have a strong incentive to watch other games.Barca v Rangers looks particularly alluring. There has been a lot of chest thumping in the British media over Rangers' exploits.Would love to see how they fare |
While I don't see the point of the NYSC program, however,as long it exists, anybody putting himself forward for such a high profile position must comply with the neccessary requirements. If you have a "dodgy" NYSC background, then you shouldn't be running for Speaker |
@Jackal You remember what happened last season against FC Copenhagen? We rested players and paid for it.Anyway, this is a home game so hopefully it will be different.D.Kiev have lost 8 of their last 10 games in Europe and drawn the other 2. I thought he would have started Saha instead of Rooney.Does Anderson need a rest? The boy needs more games to improve on his stamina. This could be a nice game to introduce Dong Fanghzou ![]() |
What's Fergie playing at?.Simpson is starting,it seems he wants to rest a few players Van der Saar,Simpson,Pique,Vidic,Evra,Fletcher,Carrick,Nani,Ronaldo,Tevez Rooney |
Yes,most men are intimidated by women who are financially independent and successful in their career. However, the cliched strong, independent Black woman is not the mot juste for the above but rather,an expression that is usually applied to aggressive,malcontent,bone-headed women who have no achievements to speak of in life but whose "strenght" lie in a need to play up to the exaggerated stereotype of a no-nonsense modern chick . |
debosky:Bent for £16 million. . . . someone needs to feel the bumps on Commolli's head.I remember Ballack went to B.Munich for £6 million from Bayern Leverkusen. . . . if he was English. . . £18 million quid at the least. I just don't get it.I know English players are overrated but I don't know why the money men at clubs fall for the scam.Maybe because English talent is rare, the rarer it is,the more expensive.Perhaps clubs operate with the thought at the back of their mind, that a crazed Blatter might manage to persuade EU pols to change the Law and thus render English players,a neccesary commodity. |
Staying on the subject of unworkable ideas. What about playing Premiership games in Shanghai? I heard this idea being implemented in Israel, fans get to pick the players and vote on the subs. There is a coach who gets to handle day to day training, but the fans, watching via live broadband links, determine who plays and who gets subbed in games. What about female footballers playing in their undies? Blatter suggested it first. . . .I think. |
@JKPretty Any relation to the real JK? ![]() |
debosky:They don't need to,if it was possible to persuade 14 Premiership Clubs to vote for it,they can tell the EU to f*** off.Obviously, most Premiership clubs won't vote for this so their only realistic option is to lobby the EU. . . . but you never know. |
loyika:Rule 1 about posting in bold capital letters,be sure about what you are saying. In practice, without EU support, the Blatter won't work but theoretically,EU Law doesn't need to be changed. If 14 of the 20 Premiership Clubs support this measure,it will be implemented irrespective of current EU Rules.Ignoramus ![]() |
Tornadoz:Your unholy interest in my posts is disturbing, verging on the perverse. The irony of a man,who cites Neo-Nazis,complaining about O'Reilly is hilarious.Like I noted,if Bush of an IQ of 125 is an idiot, what does one make of the Black race with an average IQ of 70? PS:Bini Viewer, there is nothing like an IQ OF 70%.I have always advised ignoramuses to consult Google before posting. |
The FIFA Plan won't work. The EU is just about to pass the EU Reform Treaty and it won't contain any concessions for the Blatter Plan.Compare the Prem to the early 90s when there were a huge number of local players and you will see that the Prem is better with the influx of foreign players. Under Blatter's plan,Ryan Giggs,Roy Keane and Eric Cantona would have had their opportunities restricted. The standard of the Premiership has improved with influx of foreign players.Long gone, are the days when English football was notorious for the "long ball" system.Domestic players lacking the technique innate to Continental players, resorted to hoofing the ball into the opponent's 18. Nothing improves standards in any field of life as much as competition and the restriction of competition has a deleterious effect on quality. The English National Team was crap before the influx of foreigners and the recent influx of foreigners has little to do with the state of the national side |
Njambi NgunjiriThis name dey very funny ![]() |
RichyBlacK:The above was the 2nd Installment of An Idiot's Guide To The US Budget Deficit. Your peroration of piffle doesn't deal with the glaring flaws I pointed to.Let me use a simple analogy.A man in 1960 on annual income of $10,000 spent $15,000 annually.Indeed, this trend was the average for the next 40 years.Forward to 2000,on annual income of $100,000,he spends $125,000.To make the analogy simple, lets ignore what other assets the man may have. What RichyBlack would do here,in his infinite stupidity, would be to simply produce a chart showing that this man had deficits of $5,000 in 1960 but now has deficits of $25,000 in 2000 which RichyBlack tells, us shows that the man is an idiot, how else can we explain the chart showing a dip South in deficits from $5,000 to $25,000 ? Shown that in reality, the man has actually halved his deficit to below the average,he haughtily dismisses this, after intensive consultation with Google,as a pathetic attempt to sound savvy .Whereas $5,000 represented 50% of income,$25,000 represented 25%. Upon further clarification, the deficit looked less spectacular when adjusted for inflation, but more importantly, when adjusted to reflect the GDP. . . .hardly surprising since the deficits are below OECD average and below the US historical average. . . . which leads to the question of whether the leaders of China,Japan,France,Italy,UK,Nigeria,e.t.c are bigger idiots for running bigger deficits than GWB who is funding 2 major wars. Is an attempt to look at a deficit in the context of percentage of GDP a pathetic attempt to look savvy? Maybe,if you an inveterate nincompoop. . . . .the only reliable measure for comparing GDP over decades is to look at percentage of GDP.For instance, the EU,probably in an attempt to look savvy, sets a 3% limit for budget deficits in the Stability and Growth Pact (SGP). To produce a chart showing US Budget deficits in dollar terms and implying that it somehow shows the idiocy of GWB,despite the deficit being below US and OECD average, tells us more about the idiocy of the poster which even intensive consultation with Google couldn't obscure. If this was the way we actually compare deficits, every single leader on the planet whose country has a deficit would be an idiot, inevitably deficits grow larger in mere currency terms over decades.A 2bn Naira deficit in 1970 will look smaller on a RichyBlack chart than a 20bn Naira deficit in 2000 even when adjusted for inflation. Such is the manner of the idiot's impotent rants about a man who is inevitably smarter than he is.I once noted that given that Bush's IQ figures are about 125 and the average Black man has an IQ of 70,does that mean that Black people are retards as Dr Watson notes? As I noted earlier, Not saying that the budget deficits don't matter, only saying that you have to be an unbridled slowpoke to think that a budget deficit of 1.2%(below OECD and US historical average) shows the US President is an idiot. The irony is that those who call Bush an idiot are actually the real idiots. ![]() PS:A feebleness of mind can't be obscured even with the "power" of Google and a multiplicity of charts. |
Gettolove:I was just showing that this "home-grown economics" that we are propounding is not applied by any other nation benefiting from a commodities boom.Every single one of them is saving What is our own unique problem, not enough spending? Given that Nigerian politicians were said to have $55 bn in foreign accounts,it can't be a lack of funds. Cast your mind back to 1991 Gulf War 1 and the windfall oil revenue which we spent as opposed to save.By the end of IBB's tenure,we had,if my memory serves me well, about $1.5 bn.Did you notice any infrastructural improvement? At the end of the Abacha era,we had $7bn,at the end of the Abubakar era,we had $3bn,any noticeable improvements in infrastructure to justify all the contracts awarded by the Abdulsalami Abubakar Govt? The problem with Nigeria is not the inavailability of funds, its the way money is spent. Its better that we spend less than spend more to no avail only to be left to borrow when the oil prices fall |
Heard Gary Neville has fresh injury worries(Is he the new Saha?) ![]() |
