DomPerignon:See how quickly you have forgotten that those that brought bible came with chains. Physical chain which was used to ship as many people as possible and mental chain which is still influencing the mind of the people till date including a supposed governor who is even supposed to be a "professor". Whatever that is happening in the is purely political. |
Image123:Solomon's father left excess for him, from where he got the animals offered to God. Unlike Nigeria, these old men have finished everything. They are now eating the future through senseless borrowing. The major reason people are fleeing the country is lack of hope for the country to ever get better. |
Double your hustle and do away with him |
More reforms are needed in the electoral system if the country's selection process can never get better. I can't appoint a referee in a match that I will be playing in, and the ref won't be very sensitive to my desires. ![]() GEJ was just an exceptional man, such similar gesture might never happen against. |
Labour law only exist in paper in Nigeria. If government can be owing salaries & refuse to pay minimum wage. Private business owners will certainly do worse. Na to double your hustle to be selfreliance. |
Sadly, things like this will continue to be a pattern where formal governors would want to keep hold & control the state because of the inherent greed. |
MS247:If been prudent & smart with figures are the reasons accountants are branded stingy. Then you're very right. . . ![]() Just like the case of Oshiomhole the spender and Obaseki the economist. |
It was a total waste of time to pursue any legal battle in a country that currently ranked 120 out of 143 countries with the less ineffective legal system. |
"Nigeria is ranked 120th of the 142 countries in terms of adherence to rule of law, according to the latest global Rule of Law Index released by the World Justice Project (WJP),." |
Ironically, commissioners aren't truly allowed to even think on their own. If Local Government Chairmen that is constitutionally supposed to be allowed to function maximally are hindered by governors. It is the commissioners that came in via political largesse that would now have a say?! I call this cheap talk Mr. Governor. |
Watin concern agbero with over load ![]() How rule of law take concern Nigeria?! |
Artiiclebeast:You're wasting your precious time replying someone who hunger has damaged his sense of reasoning. |
Ready007:Actions and consequences are never properly aligned in Nigeria, hence the continuous negligence. Only in Nigeria many behave in a certain way and expect a different outcome, perhaps as a result of either an overdose of religious pill or due to lack of the rule of law. Even high rise building without proper restrains aren't idea for high school leavers. |
Business language is profit & loss. Meanwhile, he is currently enjoying his share of the super highway economy. |
Lenting7: She's doing everything possible to get attention since the so called BBNaija didn't do much for her in that regards. |
EdiskyHarry:Even INEC doesn't take themselves serious. |
rdsco:Sometimes I wonder if politics is all that must be used to blanket logical reasoning. If wrong doing is accepted in no time there won't be any limitations to what will be allowed, thus lawlessness will abound & constitutionaliszed which will in turn affect all irrespective of political, social or ethnic afflictions. Governance is all about the people, and if he been chosen by the same people is so far away or doesn't dwell within them, how then can he "feel" their true needs. It is him & his fellow politicians irrespective of parties that have bastardized the system to only favour those in power, leaving little or nothing for others. If there is a functional system that cares for all, most persons would leave office when their health fail or the office task is too demanding. |
Just dey ask jamb question. Nor do watin already dey your mind |
Isokotolopia:Only a religionist will do that. A true Christian will stand for love & humility as Christ will do. |
BadMaster:You can't blame a businessman who isn't tightly regulated. It's a clear leadership failure & rot in the system. All these men fund every politicians and have them as close friends. This is a smart move to always have their business interest secured. In a sane country, you shouldn't be making that high profit margin especially on an essential product that can cause housing deficit. Well, since there isn't any patriotic "political leaders" the people will continue to bear the burnt. |
Good |
DominusPrime:Even the devil has faithful followers. What you consider barbaric is what gives some joy. Even in war, some are cashing out. |
Shinjawest: una too get mouth for this online self. It's like one pentecostal church don show am shege banzar lately. He obviously didn't read to understand that it's a general religious & social event. Abeg forgive am, e go need that small prick to fornicate when that church wey dey spoil him show stop to dey use loudspeakers ![]() |
RajahBaltazar:The guy is reacting because that isn't even obviously a remedy yet. Why not address the main ready there was shortage in the first place, which is improved welfare for the serving health personnels, conducive working environment, etc. Enticing some already exhausted old guys who are better of cooling with their grand kids across the world and playing the role of an adviser to be actively involved in service is a low blow. |
Godfullsam:He is a clear example of someone ready to work & build his profile. Not that one that is just filling space as a core politician. Nigeria need someone like the current minister as the president, one who is very smart, innovative, young, positive thinking, has the welfare of the people at heart, the energy to closely monitor & be involved in the process personally. |
Good |
He will obviously need more to keep up. |
004gist:That is the game |
004gist: Well, they can only scam some Nigerians not world bank. WB won't finance or loan Africa money that they aren't sure wouldn't be looted. The intention is to keep the countries indebted for continuous easy control. They don't expect productive use of the loan. |
Too bad |
BOSSkesh:Same reason some people from far and near load ships of crude oil and sail freely with heavy security on guard. Those are the real criminals |
Very unfortunate. |
