And yes, the burden of decision is on ASUU and ASUU alone. FG will only ask for more time in that meeting, if ASUU refuses and decides to embark on a strike, you and I can't do nothing about it.

Citizens will voluntarily begin to show Optimistizm when government become more responsive to their duties and obligations.

Open cattle rearing is a culture and proposing a change in this culture must be approached as sensitively as other important cultures of the other tribes. One does not expect that a culture be abandoned overnight, nor that laws guiding a country be entirely insensitive to the peculiarities of the people bound under it.
As in developed worlds, these are the kinds of problems that are confronted by Political scientists, Economic analysts and sociologists, putting forward a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of THE PROBLEM OF HERDERS in the country.
