ok,on d m/card website,JUST CLICK NEXT[orange arrow i suppose,it is not difficult 2 c].u'll b asked 4 ur card no,fill it & submit,anoda page comes up,it'll ask 4 ur name as it appears on card,d activation code,a secret word,congratulation message.fill accordingly & u'll just b fine.

The problem is simple.This is what you should do.It should not take u more than 4minutes with a good internet network.
You will have to activate ur card for online transactions like this.
This is what u'll do.

Log on to GTB online,click on get activation code just by ur lower right hand
(c first pics).
Click on ur the card u want to activate,put ur card expiry info and using ur token get the activation code.
Copy it on a note pad

Note there is link that says "click here (infact the link in the last sentence" within the instructions given before you select
ur card (c 2nd pics). Go back and click on the link.

It opens another window,type ur card no and follow the easy directions
and then you will be good to go.

like this "@name"(just what I've done above)and make ur post.

My guy,it is a scam.I paid for a similar item May 2011, two for that matter for $181.52 shipping included.
Immediately I paid, something asked me to check out the merchant properly only
to find out that people have paid for that item and have not received,infact they could not track the item.
I quickly raised a dispute and the vendor said my item was on the way and I blatantly refused that I did not need them

Anyway after a week,I got my money back.I think the merchant was discovered to be a scam and the listing was removed.
It is way too ooo cheap to be true.

Vitex chasteberry.It has no side effects I know of.

Pls could you tell me what you took in correcting your prolactin.I will advice that your hubby runs another fluid test to know his level of improvement.
For you, you will have to correct your irregular periods by supplementation and eating healthy fertility boosting foods.

I just did a pelvic scan which showed I have multiple fibroids. This is not news to me cos I have always known. The scan was only a prerequisite for the commencement of a fibroid nature cure therapy I have subscribed to.

@ issfat,to answer ur questions, your periods can be restored without drugs you only need supplementation.But I will suggest you eat foods that can help you regulate ur hormones.Vegies, fruits are great.Avoid sugars.

What is ur weight like? There are underlying reasons why ur period have not been restored.I will not say ur breastfeeding has caused the delayed periods as there are other factors.My boy was a yr old about 16days ago, he still breastfeeds and shows no sign of stopping but my dw has started experiencing her periods since feb (If I remember well),infact she is on now.

Get going on vitamin like b6 and take enuf vegies in ur meals and infact more of ewedu less potash.
And of course u can start making for another baby right away.

You should have taken the pills.The pills were given to you to enable you regulate your periods and breakthrough bleeding.

I do not know ur definition of eating well.Do u eat foods that enhances fertility? There are various reasons why you have not seen ur periods lately and above all includes stress and possible hormonal imbalance.

But on the other side, other factors could be low body weight, low body fat percentage, very low calorie or fat intake, emotional stress, strenuous exercise or an underlying medical conditions and illnesses.

I want u to consider these and improve on ur lifestyle or c a doc for proper evaluation.

How long has it been this way? My advise is simple,see a dr immediately for proper evaluation of underlying conditions,this is not normal and there could be a cause or various causes eg anemia and should not be taken with levity.

Have you and your hubby undergone any test?This is important.Well, I will not prescribe any drug except Folic acid for now and maybe prenatals.All you need to work on is improving your diet and taking more of fertility foods inorder to improve your chances.

There is this pain i normally ve in my lower abdomen most especially when am menstrating, and during that period if i wnt to go to toilet is a problem it will look as if my private part 'll pull off. But after d menstruation stops its will disappear. So the problem now is that am not menstrating and dat same pain just came for d past 4days now, and i was suppose to see my period may be on d 4th or so of september. Because of that i hard to purchase accurate for pregnancy test to check if am pregnant but it shows negative. Pls doc. Can u tell me what could cause that? thanks

Please let us know if your menses finally showed up and if the pain came with it.May I ask how long have u been going thru this experience?

It is not normal since it had not been so from the beginning.
But you will need to see a doc.It may be an indication of sexually transmitted
infections such as Gonorrhea (condition referred to as PID) that have caused the inflation of the uterus.
And sometimes the cause is not too clear.You will have to c a doc for proper diagnoses.

callola: Pls doc in the house, i have been xperiencing egg white discharge every week all thru my cycle. I noticed it in april this year and i saw the discharge for 2wks non stop. Vitex can help too.But I will also add that you improve ur intake of vegies especially ewedu and vit b6.Get fertility blend as it also contains vitex.
