So many questions since my last log in.I had to be unavoidably absent. Good to be back. Honestly I do not know where to start from but maybe I'll pick it from here and tackle each one gently especially those that have not been answered before.

I noticed that my dh fluid flow out when he pour into me. Early this year my mc though regular would run for 6/7days and usually heavy the 2nd day and start with a pinkish brown discharge. Though @ june cycle it was normal. Using an ovulation calc, I am to ovulate btw 14th and 19th but I did not see any sign of ovulation. Pls what do I do?

With respect to your ovulation.If you fail to ovulate again in your next cycle.Pls go for hormonal assay on day 21 of ur cycle.

It is important that you remain lying on your back after intercourse.Infact I will suggest you stay that way for another 30 mins.No going to pee or going to the rest room.I will also add that you have a pillow under to give your backside lifting.

You may need to c that dr again.I'm sure you have done that.I will also suggest you get castor oil packs and massage evenly.

In Barnawa PHCN station,they charge a fixed charge of N800.Infact it is boldly pasted on their walls.
If the fixed charge is now N750,the sub station charges N50 extra.
As far as I am concerned,this is extortion,not minding that they have increased unit per kw/h charge.

You may need to see a doctor again as you can not handle it on your own.klebsiella is resistant to antibiotics and it will only take a doctor to help.I am thinking gentamicin may help.But see a dr.

Which of the tubes was affected?
Your ovulation is mid period but there are signs to know its arrival such as
Increase in sexual desire
Increase in cervical mucus (You may notice more discharge on your underwear, which resembles raw egg whites.)
Softening and opening of the cervix
Ovulation pain (Ovulating is not usually painful, but some women feel a cramp or sharp pain in their side)

150 mg for a single oral dose.You should read the leaflets that accompanied the drug.You should continue usage until you are through with your prescription or else the fungi begins to grow again.

Sperm Count 1 million cells/ml

From the result, the sperm count is low.He has to improve on the quality of his fluid.

Ovulation test is essentially to determine if during a particular you ovulated.You can run such test at home using OPK or the saliva test.Hormonal assay done on cd21 will be able to show if you ovulated during the cycle.

Both are hormones and from ur quest being low means it falls below normal values and high means it falls above normal acceptable values.Best time to do hormonal assay cd3 and cd21.To test for ovulation outside hormonal assay may be at home using ovulation predictor kit.(opk)

I had a positive opk result on the 16 of June cd 20 at 7pm and the following day about 3 hrs after I took diclofenac tablet I felt serious pain in my lower abdomen . I don't know if it is ovulation cramp or as a result of the diclofenac I took.

Although I and my Hurby bd on the Thursday morning then the day after the positive opk which was 17th of June 2013

Am ttc

Possibly a side effect of the drug.Take drug after meals if you are not doing so.And if it persists,(u know now)pls see a dr.

Yes it should restore your periods over time under normal conditions.And for the high prolactin make sure you also include vegies in ur diet such as ewedu and take vitamins like b6 and u should be fine.

As short as possible,the solid mass visible is a subserous type fibroid and Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID)is detected.I believe it is clear.

Lerin: Either cope with the pain or terminate the pregnancy in other to do the surgery but my own fear is about all the various strong pain relieve I hv been taking not to affect my baby. Drugs like tramal retard cos from my reserch it shouldn't be given to a pregnant woman at all.

Why fear are you the one that will sustain the pregnancy? You have taken those drugs out of ignorance except if it was prescribed to you by a dr.Any decision you take finally should be advised by ur dr.

The pain is quite horrible,right now am even scared of anything happening to the formation of the baby cos of all the strong pain relieve I ve been taking before I discovered I was pregnant. The drugs are tramal slowpoke, declofenac and some other ones I can't remember and I was told surgery cannot be done now to remove the stone cos of the pregnancy,am so scared let my baby not have any deformity. pelvic inflammatory disease is mostly as a result of untreated or improper treatment of STI and of course u know what fibroid is.PID can be treated using antibiotics and of course depends on the degree of infection and its response to antibiotics.
You will need to see gynae for proper examination.Though there are drugs that you can use to alleviate your condition.

I will like to ask how or what did ur dr do b4 he diagnosed ascites,was it through an ultrascan or what? And to answer ur question,depending,u may have to seek proper treatment and not assume it will go like that.Nevertheless, you can still be pregnant.But it is important that u do something about that thing....

Buy a pair of dark glasses (N150), a flat plate (N35), chinese balm (N120), a marker (50) and a slate(N50), write on the slate 'HELP ME' (free)...rub the balm in your eyes (to force tears out), find a walking stick and take a nice spot around Ojuelegba area (preferably under the bridge because of sun)...use the remaining money to feed till business starts to boom. Mar July: Hello Dr, Is this normal, atimes my buttocks feel hot and even where i sit. Doc i also observe that i use to feel pain inside my cervix especially when i enter gallop or on top of bike. This occurs like 1-3days, 1wk or more before my period. I dont know if it has to do with changes or position of my womb. The pain is not much, just that i feel. Hope is it ok.

I will advice you see ur doc for examination for proper diagnosis.

Absence of your period this month could be an indication that you are preg especially if you do not experience irregular periods.If your periods are regular and you do not see ur period you may go for a test.

Yes,hydrotubation (flushing)is the BEST way to get started.If it does not unblock,then you may seek alternative measures.
