Over the past weeks, the internet has been awash with several reports of our youths storming INEC offices for their PVCs.
This is unparalleled in the nation's history and reflects thier genuine quest for good leadership.
Today, my friend based in Ghana shared a hilarious twitter post comparing the PVCs rush to a character in the Lord of the Rings Triology -Gollum and his obsession with The Ring ("my precious"wink.
The tweet and hillarious replies it got sparked my imagination to create the Gollum themed scene below. I used Pixel lab and it's my first time using the app.

That sneaky look on Gollum's face should tell typical selfish Nigerian politicians they better watch their backs because youths have plans to overhaul the narrative with their "precious" PVCs.

The same thing happened to my colleague at work on Wednesday, the guy spoke with the woman to send her account number,they sent her a code which was requested back from her, but gave them the wrong code...looking and behold they debited this woman 2k instantly..it was just like a dream that...the most funniest part of the story is that the number is still going through after they have debited her..the guy told her to calm down that they are testing her account..

In most modern vehicles, when there is an engine or transmission malfunction , it displays the check engine light, this switches the vehicle from standard operating design, to one that limits power output and protects the engine or transmission from further damage that could result in continued use in that state.

You would notice things like

check 4WD

Traction off

VSC OFF

And so on.

In certain circumstances the engine would be limited to revs below 3000 rotations per sec.

Irrespective of the presence or absence of a catalyst, an engine or transmission code will cause a vehicle to run less optimally which in turn would mean the vehicle consume more than it should.

Avoid errors on your vehicle at all costs.

Asuquo Ekpe, the scorer of Nigeria’s first ever goal at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Since Nigeria made her debut in the 1963 AFCON in Ghana, there have been a number of memorable moments. However, one of such moments was Nigeria’s first ever goal in the competition. This feat was achieved by Asuquo Ekpe, earning him a place forever in the history books.

Asuquo Ekpe made his international debut for Nigeria on 6 Oct,1956 against Togo. He played his club football with Welch XI, Lagos Railways, Secretariat FC, Ibadan Lions, and Western Rovers during his active footballing career.

Asuquo became the first Nigerian to score in the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring on the 73rd minute in a 6-3 defeat to United Arab Republic (Egypt). Nigeria also lost her second game four nil to Sudan a result that confirmed Nigeria’s elimination from the 1963 Afcon in Ghana.

The Nigerian eighteen-man player to the 1963 Afcon was led by Brazilian Jorge Augusto Pena who was the head coach of the Green Eagles as they were then called.

Asuquo Ekpe won "24 caps,14 goals"for Green Eagles during his career that lasted from 1956 to 1963.

He was the older sibling of another Green Eagles star Effiong Ekpe and nephew of the famous Etim Henshaw, Who played for Duke Town Primary & Secondary Schools in the 1940s-1950s and was captain of the first national team that tour UK in 1949. In the match against Dahomey on 2 Feb,1963, they ( Asuquo & Effiong Ekpe) became the first siblings to play for Nigeria in the same game. The went on to play together for Nigeria a number of times. This earned him the nickname "Ekpe Senior".

Asuquo Ekpe died on 30th of January 2016 in calabar.

Even if you keep a friend that do dread or all this crazy hairstyles your parents will not like you to be moving with such person because of his crazy hair cut. And to the ladies how many of us do date this guys Few cheesy and your parents will always question the type of guy you are dating.

Don't let him try it. My friend lost Thier dad's land in a high brow part of Uyo under similar circumstances. The elderly dad gave the first son money to survey the land, unknown to his siblings, he used his own name in the papers. Eventually, after thier parents died, he secretly sold off the property and used the proceeds to live posh with his wife and kids. In the process the seeds of a generational rift was sown.
