personally, i like all african features, particularly ivorian/mali. i'm somali and i'll tell you guys something some of these western somalis or anyone has mentioned. somali's themselves are different. there are 2 types, northern somali's(consisting of 2 clans which share close common ancestry, isaaq/dir clans) and southern somali's( who have intermarried, throughout the generations with people of west african descent). northern somali's or somalilanders/djibouti tend to be lighter skinned and have more indigenous features, similar to that of ethiopian/eritrean('tigreans', the light skinned beautiful ethiopians being posted. majority of ethiopians are 'amhara' and look nothing like the ones being mentioned. i don't want to be racist but southern somalis are generally darker skinned and have nappy hair. southern somalia is the somalia the media usually portray. war torn and desperate. most people don't know this but we somali's don't even mix. we look different, have different customs and cultures. blame the british and italians for colonial segregation.

i've lived in northern somalia for 2 years. and although it's true somalis are generally 'pretty', they are just that, pretty as in they have delicate features. i personally don't find them attractive(although you'll see the best looking somali girls not in europe or america, but in hargeisa city at sunset), it's like finding my mother or sister attractive. it's the features,

blah blah, sorry for bumping dead thread but what i'm trying to say is, we're all different and it's time we stopped arguing and celebrated are differences(cliche). i find west african girls got more sex appeal if you know what i mean,

there is this popular believe that ladies are move by words more than looks.However based on my own experience I think the reverse is the case.I dont waste so much time talking to a woman trying to convince her, it is always instant even before I open my mouth.I've lived in Nigeria and now in the states and my experience seems the same.ladies everywhere seems to like handsome men at first contact. If they cannot control themselves they may end up doing the toasting. Does anybody here agree with me?

I don't like skinny girl cos am slim, not skinny but love moderate lady, not fat, not skinny, jus right in the middle, the front intack the defender all right

Being fat, i mean FATTTT is physically, mentally, emotionally, securitically sustainably not okay, research show that.

The problem is that most of these ladies are moderate before marriage, after that, the BIG slam THEORY set in motion in their bodies, ladies please work out pleeeeaaaaassssseeeee.

Sleekch1k, work out and you'll also have that flat belly you have always wanted and stop hating on slim girls. I also like food (just ate rice and stew, banana, yogurt and chicken nuggets  ) but I have chosen not to make it an addiction like you did!

The peculiar thing about those mentioned above is that they are always in the Romance section. Sometimes they make sense but most times they comment solely to be seen and heard without anything objective to say. These are the ones i can remember for now:- bLefulefu ( creates senseless threads and silly comments and he derives joy in bashing Naija girls.), Mr. Cork ( just because he claims to be in the UK, he thinks he's in heaven sitted on the left hand side of God.), [/b]Freecocoa ( seems intelligent & at times sounds polished but most times, talks like a tout. She's got the tendency to ecome a female thug.), [b]190 ( Most times, appears very dumb and silly but since he went off some weeks ago, he seems to have matured since his return.) Im not dissing these people but truth be told, they just love seeking attention and they seem to have made nairaland their Living room. Though they are more than these. Whenever i remember the others, i'll let you nairalanders know.

I hope this thread won't make a target but then i needed to create this thread to let the nominees know that the attention they desperately sought for is being given to them through this thread.

One of the main criteria for picking these names is their ability to derail thread, create senseless threads, post silly comments and also pick fight with almost everyone once their comments or opinions are not taken or supported.

If you think you have reasons why any of these names should not be up, please state them or else go ahead and vote. (this might help them to turn a new leaf come 2012)
