Good day people.. sorry for the long story
I’m in my early 20s
Please I need help .. I noticed this problem in 2017.. I’ve always been a fluent talker.. I can talk without getting tired ,people referred to me as a talkative with sharp mouth ..
Infact when I was little my family even advised me to study law because they saw how vocal and active I was .. But since 2017 till presently my mouth is always feeling heavy.. Whenever I talk my mouth will be gathering spit.. I’m always swallowing spit and most times I chock on my saliva .. I find it difficult to speak cause I’ll just be blabbing and stuttering.. It’s as if my Brain is clogged. There was even a time I couldn’t speak out.. words will be in my mind but to say it out will be so difficult..

I don’t know if it’s because we moved into this environment.. Could it be spiritual problem from this environment I moved into in 2016 or someone is on my case??

Because of the spit issue .. I went to a doctor who told me my issue was worm. I’ve been deworming on a steady still yet I can’t communicate with people effectively.. I’ll just be looking dumb when with my friends meanwhile I’ve lots of things to say in my mind!!
If I say let me open my mouth and talk I’ll just be stuttering and stammering and it has affected my self confidence massively.
Please I need help .. What could’ve gone wrong with me ?? Is it spiritual or medical.. Please medical practitioners come to my aid ..
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know about this kind of problem?? Please I need a solution.

Honestly speaking am really worried, have dated my fiance for sometime now. So we finally decided to tie the knot.
She suggested we do it this year November and I concurred, so we've been saving towards it ever since.

Last 2 months I made my intentions known to her family, that I will like to marry their daughter. Due to the conversations I had With her parents, I told them I wanted it small.. because am not financialy buoyant.

But To my surprise, her dad said I shouldn't worry about it, they are going to support me ( which is most likely Normal)

(They gave me traditional rite's, which I sorted out by myself)

With the traditional right drawing close, last month I learnt from my fiancee..her parents are planning to buy 2 cow for the traditional and white wedding. (I was surprised)

The following week, the hall she choosed for the reception of the white wedding, has already been paid for by her dad which was about 500k excluding the decorations which they also took care of ( even though I opted we could have done the reception in the church)

But my fiancee told me her dad is inviting alot of well-wishers home and abroad to come celebrate with us.both his fellow staffs and all.

* I bought 2 bag of rice and groundnut oils

* We paid for the cakes

* We paid for drinks

* We sorted things out (invitation cards, pre shoot photos)

But was surprised 2 days to the traditional marriage, more expensive drinks were rolling in.

On the d day of the white wedding, I realised, they cooked more than 8 bags of rice ( coconut, jollof, banga and fried) meats were surplused.
Alot of people came from her family's, while my own families were just there.. they did get the message.

Someone even said it to my mom face. THAT THIS GIRL PAPA TRY O.

please, I don't want to sound like am a bad person or I don't know good.
Offcus I appreciate her parents efforts, but am just a little bit worried.

As a man, won't this come to haunt me in the future?

I will make this short and simple. Recently I got an advice from an elder bro. He told me never to let a guy know that I am single because he would barely take me serious. He would lie and just want to take his own shots. He also said it's a good way to test if a guy is single and wants something serious.

So, he told me to tell anyone asking me out that I am in a very complicated relationship but I am looking to take things slow and I am open to starting something new soon but I shouldn't even focus on the part that I am looking to get into a relationship soon. He just said tell them you are in a complicated relationship.

Even me too. I missed it and I called their hotline in Abuja and Lagos,they told me to wait when they start another Verification maybe before the year ends. Even the customer care agent don't know when they will start. I went to my LGA and they said it's closed. Am not the only one actually,we are up to 3. So just wait and put your ears on the ground. I've been going out with her for a year. She's great. But i'm just getting sick of how moody and unstable she can be sometimes.
She gets angry over the smallest thing and will blow it in to huge proportions. Example: I run out of toilet paper. She comes out screaming. I tell her ok I'll go right now and buy some. She starts calling of immature for not having toilet paper apparently. I tell her ok. I'll get some now. She won't stop. I obviously get upset. But don't say anything. She starts saying "I'm gonna go home," I tell her fine. She goes home. Get's mad i didn't stop her. I tell her this is the millionth time you do this. Can't keep running after you everytime you threaten to leave.

Don't know what to do anymore with this girl.
She does have great things about her - She's sweet, Extremely beautiful etc...
But she got out of control emotions that are making me just miss being single again.
