UBA and sterling bank are duly licensed and recognized banks under the regulation and control of CBN.
Kuda and these other loan shark companies are operating under NDIC regulation.
They might have access to customers bvns for confirmatory pursposes, but they do not have direct control of customers bvns for such operations such as blocking or any other punitive measures.

What if they've License like other commercial banks the other day CBN gave Flutterwave License so I don't think to acquire CBN License hard like that....

Nobody will blacklist your BVN; the only issue you have now is that if they report you to credit bureau, it will affect your chances of obtaining loan from another lender

But you know banks now take repayment from other accounts that as money linked to your BVN....

if they're licensed by CBN they can use that approach and retrieve dere money from his alternative account...
