Money in your pocket or at your reach with minimal interference from another being gives inner confidence/peace of mind especially if your wife knows she's capable of earning a wage but the two of you have mutually agree that she should be a full time housewife!

I remember 2 young men in the late 80s who swindled one white guy of his money with the pretence of business despite family members' advice. Most quote they will give you will be layered with extra material that you may not need. Even though the contractor will cheat you; aim at reducing the fleecing!

Your old man is on point. We started the BQ first and we are using it currently to store building material for the main building. It also serve as a learning curve for us since this is our 1st building.
