Most VOs do not understand how our business account works here, so using business account as sponsor raises some flags for them but it is not impossible, if the sch has strong transaction history and heavy balance then taking out N11mm to sponsor you might not be a red flag, but if the balance is like 12m and they want to use 11m for you then it is not a reasonable expense.

Good day everyone, I need an advice.

I want to start my study permit application with IRCC but I don't know what to do with POF matter. I work with a Government organization and I am also a proprietor of a school. I have more than 11M+ in my school account and the sole signatory but my salary account is less than 500k, I am married with a child and I want to apply first and use them as home tie and some other properties I got.

1. With the issue of business account for POS, can I transfer the money into my personal account as I want to apply as a self sponsor?

2. What will be my explanation in my SOP for the money transferred from my business account or would I say it's a gift deed from me to me😊?

3. Educational administration is the course I'm going for because of my school and my years of experience as a teacher working with secondary Education Board and I have PGDE with 4.36 (2022), I'm presently 43. Can my application fly?

For Ur first visa denial, it seems the VO knew u were not prepared hence his/her statement. By Ur recollection of how the interview went, there must have been something in Ur application that didn't sit right and Ur unpreparedness helped to make her decision. What was/were the things in Ur application u felt were inadequate and she/he reteirated on? Pls get Ur copy of the visa application and go thru it once again to know the grounds u have to correct in this new application


Sadly, travel history of African countries count less in the eyes of the VO as they are mainly developing countries but it's a good talking point. What were the purpose of those trips? Am guessing the last one in December with Ur daughter was for holiday.

It seems Ur new work place isn't good renumerically as Ur former bank job......meaning the role u have is not mid-level management to upper. It's best u use Ur school ownership as Ur new employment and that u co-manage it with Ur husband. Ur husband will be footing u and daughter's vacation expenses and he will be in-charge while Ur gone. Questions will be asked about how long u have been at this new role, size of the student population and what duties u perform. Except if the company u work for is a global/US known brand, stick with Ur role in the school u and Ur husband own which as u stated gives u more financial hedge.

Sincerely,many things kept me pondering about the case of rape in Nigeria. Yes, for a woman,a mother, a wife to speak up, it takes enough courage. However, what is *RAPE*? Truth be told, we can not be wiser than our past and the fact that most of the time, we ladies usually make ourselves available for immediate and present reward not knowing what the future has in store for us, watching the video and all, my interpretation to the explaination made was very direct, at a time, you surrendered to fate not because you can't speak up but because of immediately and temporal reward. Yes, you might not be courageous to talk the first time due to the SHOCK but drinking all sorts and not been able to tell him the truth afterward as BOLD as you claimed then made me feel you were not cheated on @18

Bros, I av never seen anybody who want to settle for a teaching job but if you can put your mind in it against all odds, you will never regret taking this decision.I left banking job for a teaching job in 2012, though it wasnt easy at first because the salary was nothing to write page about but I m glad today for making that decision. I have my own school now and I am doing well. The risk is worth taking. Secondly, you can be doing that while searching for your dream job. It is well with you.

The castor oil truly started labour for me but the speed was too much. It got to a stage they were asking me in the hospital if I used something because I couldn't control the pushing which the doctor said could have led to something else. Labour just started with full force. Nothing like 30mins apart or 20mins apart. It was just going non stop.

Pls,7months old baby needs more than breastmilk 2 survive o,babies are different as we mothers too are,just know what works 4 ur baby n not what's working 4 others.my experience though...My LO is 8months. she rejected breastmilk from her 1st day of existence,we (DH,MIL,My fam)thought it wont happen but lo n behold,it happened.She has 8 teeth now n has neva been sick 4 once,no sign of teething.She eats all kind of food+ her tombrown which i started when she was 5months. Pls Ma,your baby is unique, just relax,d poo wil stop,it is a phase n it will end in praise.
