LaudGuy:My brother, shows the level we are, and hopefully in the next 30 years we will move from this level and start talking about other things. Nigeria has been sleeping all these years and this is just one state. This is why pictures from Lagos state keeps making rounds. The basic startup for development is infrastructure and we do not have it. We really cannot start talking about science and technology when we do not have roads. You cannot have dependable electricity infrastructure without link roads. That is why today's technology is on the queue as far as Nigeria is concerned. When today's governments overcome the challenges of setting up infrastructure, future governments will begin to think of other things. But we will almost still remain very backward for years to come. |
Wallets Jotters & notepads Cyber cafe browsing The PC It has also not only made photographers out of almost everyone but has also introduced many to things they would naturally have very little access to, like books, news and world information. Ability to edit music movies and photos, study and experience some virtual activities, simulation etc However it's worthy to note that in all these devices mentioned, there are still pro models for portables with features that the mobile phones cannot offer. There are portable voice recorders, mp3 players with features that allow you to connect to many other professional devices, carry studio recordings and video to live shows etc. Hand held GPS devices with route tracking that can be used for foresting, in the desert or out at sea where there are no roads or phone network. Professional gaming is still enjoyed best on PC or consoles but these gadgets are not just for anyone as they come at a price. |
ARTtitude:What do you mean by that? That's too much a time. I say that by 3071 innoson will be building some of these. The concordsson ![]() |
I do not think it is right to show a corpse like this. It may be against the persons will or the family's desire. People need to be very careful with the idea of being the "first to post". You have no right in most cases to announce an individuals death. There are cyber laws, though I know nothing is working in this part of the world. Maybe I am just old fashioned anyway. |
snowland:I just tire for the typo-mental hiccup! |
I don't understand the comments or the attacks are coming just from one perspective. Maybe this girl does these things for her bf herself. So this time, she is broke and her guy gave her 20k. She was able to do those things she normally does for him. She didn't say she didn't have a job, she didn't say she never spent 20k in a day before, she told us nothing else about herself but that she was broke at the moment and her guy saw this, She didn't just have cash this moment. Make una calm down abeg. |
Challenge to our politicians, celebrities and pastors. Own a tank now to show off. Jets are no longer in vogue. |
Just the same way they lied about militancy, terror attacks and kidnapping, till every one is affected. |
Another failed police tactic, so the policemen couldn't engage their own without shooting. that's how they kill innocent people. And the deceased probably was not looking like a policeman. |
Who are the real Nigerians who go out to vote? Personally I wish I could. But I will dare not be in a place where violence can erupt at any moment then probably get myself hurt. So are many other people who would rather sit at home where it's safe than take any risks on election day. But what we really need is a political coup. We need to take power from the hands of the current people who are making us suffer in our father land. These same people have their machinery in place already and they know how to rig elections, get the poor people just to make up the numbers they need to win. While people like me sit and watch the wrong person being sworn at the end of it all. |
Even fufu maintenance facility will rot away in Nigeria. Aircraft maintenance, sounds like 'NASA going to the sun project' in the ears of our leaders. |
ubox:....faster most times, that's what makes it good travel, not just getting there, but getting there safely in record breaking time. |
Their technology gets better because its made in china. Nothing here can get better until it's made in Nigeria. So kidnapping and yahoo yahoo boys, ritualists and slay queens are getting better. Bob Risky, Charlie boy and his daughter are getting better. SARS is getting better in what they do best because they are made in Nigeria. |
On all the cars put under our noses for years, we cannot copy the brake pads or light bulbs. Black man is the end user. |
Who send them to do zoo? If you cannot do it right then forget it! Lion abi vulture? mtcheeeeeewww! |
The victim is lucky to be alive to a petition. These men have killed people and labelled them robbers after huge extortions from their victims. |
It would have been better siphoned by PDP abi? |
The political parties are owned by these people just like Nollywood is owned by those every movie actors. Ruling Nigeria is their private business. Else why should any political party today be unable to source for new vibrant talented candidates than circle around these old goons only looking for how to retire as ex presidents. Nothing to offer our country. |
I wonder which God that pastor worships, who cannot save the old woman. |
And this is the sort of elections our government expect sane and peace loving people to come out and vote in. Go out at your own risk on election day. Our polity is already in wrong hands and I am not sure what can be done about it. |
This country is slowly eliminating her youth. It's not completely their fault that they derailed. It's not completely their fault that they could not grow up in a law abiding society where they believed in hard work, fair play, decency and honesty. We need to massively rehabilitate our youth. Herdsmen, terrorists, cultists, drugs addicts, kidnappers, militants, robbers, fraudsters, prostitutes, thugs and ritualists. They all need help through a nation wide campaign bigger than any political campaign. This must come from the same society that couldn't give them anything else to hope for. ##Stop the killing of youth## Arrest them, lock them away, show them love, but let's slow down the killings. |
What are they hoping to steal from Corpers? |
Target identified. All ladies be on the lookout! Suspect a soft spoken hot like fxck handsome, Uber driver. If seen, colonise immediately, bleep bleep!!! #@$**@$##*@$-#@$ End of transmission... |
Austema:Maybe another President coming. |
Radiant1020:What language was that? People fail to realise that these abbreviations are best used on social media, with friends. But on NL, such text don't fit in. Wen, have anyone, u, etc.. |
jaxxy:She will maybe sweep the house a bit but cannot even cook. So the most decent conversation is "come to the other room" ![]() |
fatymore:I am sure you meant daughter. |
They girl simply tried to escape in the confusion but unfortunately drowned. RIP |
Thank God for his speedy recovery after being thrown out of a moving vehicle. He is soon commissioning projects. Scammers everywhere. Any trickster cannot be trusted. |
itchie:Can anyone tell the difference these days? They look like today's women to me. |
In any emergency, brave people count, They help in saving lives, reduce the risks involved. God works through brave men. |
“There was trench around the base, but they confidently approached the gate and we opened it thinking they were troops from Gubio. They started shooting and we engaged them before they overran us,” he said. So there was no signal in such an area, if troops were expected at the base or not. A very simple movie styled method of invasion, Always be on alert. There should be several checkpoints before the base. |
