Ever since I got a federal government job,

my relatives have been disturbing me for money.

There must always be an issue that involves money which they want me to solve.

Recently, my mom become sick.

To the question. Are you the only child? If no, why are your relatives the one looking after your mum instead of your siblings.
You also didn't tell us whether your relatives were the one who raised or offer support to train you in school.

The following could be risky.

Whenever someone decide to use other people's account and theirs is not blocked. It is almost always
for a fishy business. You still haven't considered that the parents didn't give him the right to share their
account number to strangers.

It would have been a different case if the money was to a random person's account and they refuse to pay.
In such a case, I would have advised he goes hard on the stranger.
Using somebody's account for business without their consent and still feeling justified is not right.
