This is the most reasonable anti-grazing bill I have ever seen.
It effectively places 100% responsibility and liability on herdsmen found flouting the law.
No more free farm produce for cows or illegal grazing.
I see herdsmen leaving Oyo in droves when the law is signed into law.

Neighboring states should start their own bill asap.

Good day guys,
Just wish to share this on here, My apartment was robbed in the midnight with all my home appliances gone and they even entered my bedroom took my wife's Phone in fact we were inside the same bedroom sleeping
They used car jack on the burglary before they could entered ...All I know was that the door I closed before going to bed was wide opened when I woke up around 5:30
I am of the opinion that this is not physical.

Anyone with such experience should Pls share
It is physical.
You were sedated before they entered.
They used your key to open the door.

You were lucky they are just thieves and didn't want something else.

Next time, don't leave your windows open or keys in open places.

Fake news is not freedom of speech.

Can you send me the official requirement?
It seems only a select few are allowed to see the requirement.
It will be interesting to see someone with a birth certificate from a mosque gets turned back.
Actually, I don't think Mosques issue birth certificates.

US violated that with the killing of Suliemani.. didnt you read the last report of Iraqi parliament summon of its prime minister ?

anyways to break it down, Trump asked Iraqi prime minister to summon Suliemani for a peace meeting in Iraq(since Suliemani is very respected in Iraq for fighting ISIS) on arrival after checking customs at the airport and entering Iraqi provided convoy, he was murdered by a US drone , this made Iraqi feel betrayed
Stop lying.
Trump didn't ask for Suliemani.
Suliemani is a military man not a diplomat or negotiator.
Even if that were true Suliemani is not a fool that would have responded to a US-sponsored summon.
This is not the first time Suliemani is entering Iraq to coordinate the activities of Shiite militias.
He just happened to have visited at the wrong time the last time around.

Car Talk › Re: Young Men Who Own Cars Have More Sex – Study Reveals by ivolt: 1:46am On Jan 06, 2020
lastchild:
wrong, in the western world, owning a car doesn't classify you as rich, listen there are too many companies walking up and down looking for someone who will come carry a car and be deducting it from his/her salary

These things happen in Nigeria and African countries, that is why any Nigerian that made money abroad won't like to stay there to enjoy his money because he knows no one worships him for owning a car

He'll quickly run down to this place to spray dust and fvck all the girls while answering titles like "akunanwata 1"

If you look well you go even notice that some when it's time to go back they feel bad knowing that the respect and all the worship they just received may take them another few years which is when they come back

See, if the way life is in Europe (Madrid Spain where I have been) is the way life is here too many people that is rich today won't be rich, too many oyibo people don't even wish to be millionaires, every time they are crying that all they need in this life is happiness and you wey be naija go dey wonder wetin again dey give joy if no be money, that's when you will realize that you are from a different coast
You are wrong and are avoiding every point that shows you are.
What constitutes poverty or riches in spain?
Don't avoid the question in bold.

I have seen many people who managed to escape Nigeria become
an overnight expert on world affairs.

Your same paradise Spain has 40% child poverty rates according to the country's standard.

Same Spain is known as the "brothel of Europe" with prostitution running wild among women
who supposedly don't care about money.

Not even in the center of capitalism in London would you find such a level of trade of the human body for money.

In every part of the world, most people don't want to be super-rich because they don't want to think about it.
They just want to be comfortable which is realistic, though they wouldn't reject a lottery winning.

Politics › Re: Nigeria Is Sinking Under The Weight Of Debt -olusegun Obasanjo by ivolt: 9:40am On Dec 28, 2019
Bankowner:
My take on this matter is simple.

It isn't really a bad thing when a country's debt profile rises as long as those loans are utilised for what they are intended for. A nation does not go out to borrow money to satisfy her consumption cravings or make money available for looting by politicians and bureaucrats in the civil service. That is tantamount to mortgaging future generations.

However, a nation that borrows for long term infrastructural development, capital projects and. people oriented economic empowerment programmes without anyone shortchanging the process will find it easy to pay back such loans because over the years there won't be any need to allocate so much funds for these projects and.such funds can be diverted to debt repayment and servicing.
All debts are bad unless you have a high income and a repayment plan.
Whether you use it for party or car is irrelevant.

Countries which gets away with high debt are highly productive with the private sector driving a large part of the economy and not the government dependent economy we have in Nigeria.

Another flaw in your view is that infrastructure is not a one time investment. Nigeria does not have the budget to build a long-lasting infrastructure.
All roads currently being built will start to decay in 8 years or less after an administration have taken credit for rebuilding them.

I have even seen some new portions of Abuja-Kogi highway already breaking up even before the whole project is completed.
This means that the next administration would need more funds to fix them.

What this government want to do is borrow so much that subsequent administration will find it hard to get credit.

Our debt servicing budget is already higher than capital project budget. What would happen when the $30 billion is approved?

Merely building infrastructure does not translate into economic boom, you need the basics in place. The Chinese understand the positive and negative aspects of this as many of its developed sites have become ghost towns.

Don't be cynical, she isn't seeing anybody in Akure.
From his narration he hasn't been offering her anything so by

Well, you may call them low life in your own narrow way of reasoning but in far broad societal expectations, they are far from what you call them until the time of consequences of their actions, if at all there will be. Baba it is not in my nature to compare my self but at some point of protracted hopelessness, you spontaneously find your self in d habit of putting your life in retrospective assessment and measure against the societal expectations and those things you see all arround...
First of all, your heading is wrong.
It impossible that all your friends are successful fraudsters.
That can only happen if they meet after been "successful"

They are likely hiding other criminal activities they engage in from you.

With this comment, you have likely decided on what to do but just looking for validation.
Good luck in your endeavor but remember that it impossible for all groups of fraudsters to be
lucky.

But if I am wrong, think of what you can do better than those your "friends".
Find where such skills are needed. That is the way to make it.

am also surprise with his annoying comment, defending a known thief just to show his hatred for Buhari.
Sowore was once like you who believe Dasuki deserves being locked up for alleged corruption.
Now, he has seen the light and realized that a lawless government doesn't care about innocence or guilt only vengeance and propaganda.

If you have the time, just visit any prison. You will understand better why every suspect whatever they have done should be treated
with dignity until convicted.

We have people in jail for several months accused of crimes they know nothing about, some were randomly pciked up by police nad
tagged with a crime, some are even locked up for petty crimes
such as fighting with their neighbours. No trial, Nothing. All these injustice happens because people like you believe in jungle justice.
