1. When the counteroffensive comes as an element of surprise.

Without surprise, Russia do not fall under the listed categories.
Time is not on the side of the Ukrainians, infact time is working against them, because while zelensky was rallying around for weapons for this offensive, the Russians were building up defensive positions.
