Now run along and tell her you gave it to a certain neighbour but didn't want to make the neighbour out as "Mr Knackson" and close the thread. Do you have to be titillating people with your s*excapades while we are still reeling from the pains of the plane crash. Life goes on definitely but ------what can I say again?----no mind me Ojare. |
We share the pains they bore. May God console their families and the families of every other person (they all matter) that died in the crash. Amen, Alleluiah! |
freecocoa: Nwanne'm for real,I'm not all that okay i tell ya,I just can't stop thinking about it,to even find out the Ayene's are related to my younger sister's friend is just too painful.I dey-o-o Ojare, we don dey mourn our deads now while near-covering our heads in shame. Wetin person go do? Inside one country, in one day---a fatal plane crash and some fr*aking id*ots busy bombing churches and people at the other side of town as if they want to bring down hell fire on the people. May God protect Nigerians. |
freecocoa: What kind of fact are you people looking for again?Nne people are angry and unhappy, asking questions, musing about it all----this thread beckons and thinking that one can find some answers to it all---one comes clicking only to find no answer to that tragedy. How can such number of people die like that in one swoop of an afternoon? It hurts to think of their pain my sister. How you dey Ojare? |
betrani: 2 days nw I keep wondering wat feeling those passengers in d plane had, on being aware their deaths were imminent in 2 minutes! The imagination of what crys, terror, fear, the awareness as well as closeness of their deaths brought to themis not wat one shld even desire for an enemy! May God grant them eternal peace, Rest and Forgiveness! The thought of the bolded just made me finally crack with tears over this crash, a big thing happened to us. IFE MELU!. This account did not assuage any desire or wonderings why these helpless ones were not helped immediately they crash landed which would have left some still alive but I guess anybody can be scared of nearing an airplane that just landed for fear of explosion. Can you imagine one fifty something helpless persons in the belly of that plane at the throes of death and unable to help themselves, these our brothers and sisters went through a sorrowful and heartwrenching ordeal-----to think that while they were burning our nation couldn't provide enough water at that moment too----sighing----- THEIR DEATH SHOULD BE THE BEGINNING OF THE REFORMATION OF NIGERIA, A NEW NIGERIA WHERE THINGS WORK AS THEY SHOULD, WHERE WE ALL DO OUR JOBS AS WE SHOULD. LET US ARISE AND MAKE THINGS WORK PEOPLE! When people get elected into offices, let it not be all about the benjamins, let us have the "People" and "Rendering service" at heart too. If the NCAA aviation authorities are doing their job well, we won't have "Pregnant-death-tombs" flying around in our country in the name of planes. We all admire and extol developed nations like the US and the UK but most of their people have "people" and "patriotism" in their heart while working. If we have a good number of fire stations dotted around the city and an effective water provision, quality fire retardants, running pipe borne water scheme---we would have helped ameliorate this tragedy. These measures are not beyond us, we are plain too-caught up with money. It also hurts to think about the other casualties who got hit while in the comfort of their homes. This is one hell of a big wound in the heart of Nigeria---to every bereaved family whose loved ones died in this crash, we mourn with you, we share the pains they bore. |
Accept our sympathy brother Richie! Don't mind the person here that is having fun over the pains of others. |
realwale: I just left d place a few minutes ago and i can tell u dat rescue work is yet to start 3hrs after d crash.most of d nema, airforce, police guys on ground are just acting like confused pple. D fire is still on yet d fire guys have ran out of water. What a damned nation.notin works.Didn't I say that they may have water problem? We must even all start doing something to make things begin to work in Nigeria as they should. The govt of the state is aware that there is a crash and no effort was made to have water delivered well by all means to that area. How will they even recognize the dead ones? Jeez! Ivynwa: Shouldn't we be thankful that there are two working firetruck that were able to make it, one hour was even fast. The question should be was there water and other fire retardants for them to use, did they help douse the fire? I mean what works in our country? |
May God console bereaved families-o-o-o! This is massive! The persons quarelling here and getting on one another's neck should be ashamed of themselves, some Nigerians will definitely be quarrelling when the world ends and while on their pathway to heaven. Ouch! People are here mourning and sorrowing and some are showing "I know it more than you" and bickering.... eGuerrilla: "Two firetrucks and about 50 rescue personnel were at the site about an hour after the plane went down. A military helicopter flew overhead.Shouldn't we be thankful that there are two working firetruck that were able to make it, one hour was even fast. The question should be was there water and other fire retardants for them to use, did they help douse the fire? I mean what works in our country? |
sollygirl: NCAA has confirmed that there were no survivors in the Dana plane crashJesus Christ! I can't even see any station to watch it in CNN are busy showing me some monarchy persons enjoying themselves in the water doing jubilee. I don't need to watch fr*aking that! Mtcheeeeeeeeeew 153 persons! that is massive and some damn persons are busy bombing churches too? Why are they frustrating an already frustrated Nigerians, where do they want them to run to? What more can one say? 153 brothers and sisters of some persons. Heartbroken families, widows, fatherless and motherless children. It's massive. |
Somebody tell us o-o-o if there are survivors. 153 persons?? They can't be all dead. What with these persons that got hit while in their homes? Jesus Christ! |
Jeez and we are still reeling from yesterday's crash. Why do such crashes come in droves? 153 persons, I hope there are survivors and 153 persons won't have to go like that. God have mercy! |
Didn't they check out his name before going to his church? What's that his name again? Sign Fireman? Trashy name! Ouch |
@Poster I think I now understand where the pressure to settle down and have a family is coming from---You already did the introduction with her. Take things easy, everything will be alright. Having a means of sustenance and legalizing your stay abroad are also important. |
manheem: this is my defence, i feel my initial lack of financial independence was the major cause of all this (if i had a job or business close to her, this would not be happening, i felt there was pressure on me and i needed to provide, my inability not to get a job should not be an excuse,i felt i couldnt sell a business to someone who never believed in it so the only way to do it was to show her the success, i believed my business was growing as well as my capital so i had to do everything to make my visa work so i could continue my business, and if i had told her my sponsor walked out she would advice i come home, first i cant come home within 4 days as my sponsor went blank then, so i had to send something in so i dont become an overstayer, and i didnt want to go back naija the way i went the during introduction with little, i need to go home with something to start a family with, i put her into all my thoughts and also thought about her health issues as she worries alot too, i have actually denied my self all loads of things just to raise this capital,i could live better than i am doing in the UK at the moment but i started this to achieve a goal, at some point i told her i was going to send some monet towards our plans at home,i sent little but sometimes cash is tied down, also i figure if i had halved the money and sent it i would not have raised all i did. to me it was a loose loose situation whether i told then or not, but the excuse of having nothing was what i never wanted to give again if i got home. What is the rush to return home when you already narrated how difficult it was the other time you returned and searched for a job? Is it your fiancee that wants you to return or has it to do with the paper issue. If the car selling business is yielding profit for you, you did no wrong in holding onto it when she disagreed with it. You did not lie to her, you are struggling for yourself. It's very sweet of you considering her feelings, what with the way you are cuddling her notions of things here. She is nice and lovely but seems a bit overbearing (I'm not cancelling her out as a bad person) from what you are narrating here. She should let up a bit so that you can handle your paper issues, I hope it turns out positive for you---in that case you can organize yourself and help her come over to be with you in the UK. Should you get a good job in Nigeria and decide to return--good all the same. All in all, I can sense some frustrations on both of you over the distance between you. Such distance does affect married couples and intending-to-marry couples like you and your fiancee, there shouldn't be much bickerings that can get on nerves that are already heaved down with worries/stress of job search, paper rectification, desire to marry and birth etc. I hope things fall in place for you guys so that you can be together soon (if that is your wish) and have a good source of livelihood too. |
You sound like a decent young man, your partner should take things easy and not mount too much pressure on you so that you don't break down from the whole work/business/survival stress. Calm her down and talk to her lovingly, you need to be walking together and supporting each other. It's a good thing to be married and have a family with her but do it when you want to do it, it is not fair on you to be pressured into it so you guys don't get into it and be at each other's neck. I am a lady and I understand that the nurturing nature of us women makes most of us wish to have families and make babies, it's a sweet thing for a lady to find a compatible partner to make a home with but it's not right for a young man to be pressured into it. If you on the other hand is interested in starting the family now that you have started earning some, you can plan small and wed and stuff but organize yourself good dear and be sure that you can feed kids when they start coming, it won't be easy when you have children that must eat so be careful in making your decisions. |
Awww, the great Maclatunji is in lurrrveee! ![]() When's the big day?
Yes girl, it seems ;Nice poem. Yeah boy get your romantic groovy on! Go Tunji, go Tunji, go Tunji Hahaaaaaaa ![]() |
pendo89: Thank you Ivywa,I still rem you from Perx thread.Girl nothing hurts like losing a loved one, I never knew the heart is capable of such pains until I lost a family member years ago, how that pain manages to subside----I don't even know. This poster must be going thru pains, may God comfort him. It was touching reading about your brother, I understand that part about crying your tears over your plate of food on remembering that a loved one can never eat like you. Loving them still even when they are no more. Accept my sympathy over your brother. Gotta run and get an early night, my cousin is getting buried in less than 20 hours. She was almost the elder sister I never had being the first daughter in my home, the only person in this world that has shamelessly shared the pains of her heart with me. When I heard that she died, I experienced anger along with a few tears after which I have been strong. Now that I know that she is going down the earth, it's painful----for the past two days thoughts of her clouds my eyes with tears. My cousin that has the regal mien of a princess that she truly is yet unbelievably humble and modest. It is well, it is well with her soul and ours too. Amen. |
Emysandy: you have a visible story to share... I know how feel to lose someone you love, but you have to be stronge. I work in the hospital and l hate to see expectant mothers or pregnant women die, that is the worst, if you may ask cause the baby and mother is gone... I'm in tears already,PLZ GOD HELP!.Thanks dear. I truly felt for her mother who lost her only child as well as her grandchild. I was angry at how my cousin can just die like that but God knows why it happened, his ways are very different from ours. God has a better notion of death than we humans do. The death of a loved one hurts us as humans but to God it may just be a webline in his action plan. |
"Bruk it dung" by Mr Vegas [flash=425,344=425,344]" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hx6gVk6CdGc?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315"[/flash] Bear with me, can't help sharing these fantastic dance whenever I watch them, I mean dancing that are on another level altogether. These jamaican ladies are something else, nobody can wine and gyrate like them. Physically fit and flexible! Where's Mzdarkskin? Girl come bring more of these outrageous Jamaican wining for me to check out, don't I like them? |
pendo89: Am so sorry.I hate acting like I know how, even though I have been through that road before.(losing a dear one)The bolded is a good one Pendo, you are such a sensible lady that your reasoning and composure has endeared you to me when I don't even know you. Seeing death from a different angle will go a long way in the healing process. It's relieving to consider the dead one as resting and free from worries and pains. I lost my closest cousin recently and I was mad angry without knowing who to be angry with. I was angry because she was an only child, has always wanted children, has had one or two failed pregnancies and just when she was finally about reaching full term with her last pregnancy she died. I mean we were all looking forward to the birth of her child, her parents were looking forward to their grandchild. She married men that treated her terribly---she left the first one after he started seeing and holidaying with his secretary. The second husband left her alone in Nig & went to Europe only to return years later, was a bitter person too (I remember once having to defend her and talk back to him when he was nagging and heaving on her over the phone right from Europe----freaking man!). My sweet and good cousin that can't kill a fly, so spoilt and pampered as an only child that she talks, walks quietly and very modestly----she left when she couldn't condone his tongue and maltreatment. She had much unhappiness. I tried my best in consoling her-----set up mail account for her, encouraged her to get better mates,I even set up threads here in the forum to matchmake her with others and encouraged somebody here in the forum to chat her up etc She will be buried next tuesday, it hurt that she is there in the mortuary right now yet it's relieving that she has no more worries, fears or pain above all it gave me a better picture of life and I hardly worry over a thing. When she passed away I posted in my facebook page to all my friends for them never to worry, stress or fear over things of Life because it's not worth it. I think we take life too seriously really. |
A marriage based on lies is better annulled or something because he deceived his partner, put her in the family way when he is incapable of taking care of a family. If I were her I will not feel comfortable enough to get on with that lie-lie posy-posy marriage. Your family better be ready for more surprises from such drama king of a husband. How can her parents still tolerate such a person that deceived their daughter as a son-in-law? They better help the girl save herself from that crocodile before she gets swallowed beyond salvation. Who tells such lies in this time and age if not a man with a serious complex problem? The marriage is based on lies and should be annulled. Actress Stephanie Okereke got her first marriage annulled because according to her, the ex-husband told her lies and did not inform her that he was married to somebody else abroad (the man denied that, I don't know the truth in her case but just saying that hiding the truth and lies can lead to the annulment of a marriage). Your cousin should return to her parents and have her child, is she not better off with a sane husband that she can put heads together with in making decisions as a family than with that snake in a green grass? Your family should sit together and deliberate wisely on this issue, the girl can return to her parents temporary and give him space to put himself together, you guys may test him and support him with a little fund to see whether he can show seriousness, pull his stories together and return for his wife with a serious mind. If not the girl can get the marriage annulled. He comes from an affluent family?? Onye nyelu ya? Onwelu family?(Who gave him? Does he have family? (My question is ridiculously funny but I learnt it from some of my Igbo people that use such sarcastic retorts that make me laugh. Please laugh. )Seriously, are you sure that the people he showed off to you guys as his family are truly his family? A person from an affluent home has no need to pose up himself that wickedly and deceitfully. Bad-a-s-s lie-lie con-smiths that have the ability to show off a big company as theirs and recruit persons to act up like their employees in order to pull fast ones on the people they are playing mugus on. Are you sure that he is not eyeing her parent's wealth----to take stuffs from them all and take Ben Johnson, make una dey there. As una don read page 1 finish, una know wetin dey the page 2 of his action plans. A person that can play this kind of expensive deceit on another has a twisted mind. Watch out! Please your cousin needs a good lecture from you on how to be studying/weighing/balancing/investigating the things concerning her. You give good advice here in the forum so you are in a good position to educate and stimulate her thinking. How can she get deceived like that? I bet she has been excited that she nailed an oil company husband and may have even been tripping to her friends like " My sweetheart works in an oil company la-la-la". huh! Some of our young women should begin to think "I can achieve big and be a big success like some men are" and quit jumping on the shoulder of men that they think are successful for them to carry them unto success. Isn't that why some of us women prefer rich men? |
Oh dear, may God console your heart. The death of a loved one is one hell of a painful thing and I can't imagine how painful losing an entire family will be. Be strong brother. It may help to change environment for a while if you were all living together before it happened, this is to help you cope as being in the same space you have shared with them will keep reminding you of their absence each time you turn around for one thing or the other. Immersing yourself in something that can keep you very busy may also help. What are the things that bring you joy? Doing them may help too, like listening to whatever music that strengthens, inspires and cools your heart. Fellowshipping in church or mosque (whichever one you attend) may help, the warmth and support of your church members will be good for you. |
BrotheR18: ^^^What am I hearing? Nnaa biko don't let them man handle or is it woman handle your wife. What are they going to do? Rupture her abdomen and turn around/position her womb. Scary! I hope you and you wife were having intercourse at the times she is ovulating. I have seen a couple that only realized that were not putting the "right timing" into consideration while trying to have a baby and it was when they got worried and visited doctors that they were enlightened. Anyway, I am sure that you and your wife already know that. This your situation is a tight one o-o-o. You got good advices already about making more effort and employing other avenues available. I hope that works. I must say that the first time I saw your thread, I refrained from posting after thinking hard about it all. I only posted now because what you wrote that you are about to engage in is somehow scary. It seems that people should begin to define their marital terms before getting married the same way they write up pre-nuptials. I mean if they can give money its place in marriage, other different factors why different people engage in marriage should be defined too. It's a tough one brother, hugs to you and may God in his infinite mercy grant you your heart's desire. Alleluiah, Amen! |
shymmex: 'Bredrin' is a london twang..Of course I know that the slang is pronounced as you wrote, just saying that it's actually "brethren" they twisted so, some even call it beljin. All in all, we are only calling ourselves buddies with that slang. Cheerio! |
Ee-e-e-e-e-m (clearing my throat) I hope this is not another accusation of a man embroiled in domestic bacchannal with his wife and just accusing her of getting impregnated by another man to score against her? ![]() How can a person come here and write that he is facing such issue (without explaining stuffs and how he backed up his accusation with evidence and facts) and expect us to arise and tell him how to stone the wife to death. I have checked the thread and did not see any full explanation or detail so this story is one sided and lacks credibilty for now until something convincing enough is said. Is it today we started hearing of bitter/nagsome husbands that accuse their pregnant wife of being impregnated by another just to hurt her? Right now one of such women is in a critical condition as she got burnt up after the accusations too. Abegi! |
Jeez! He did no wrong in divorcing him/her because the s-h-emale shouldn't have withheld such important info from a spouse.
Lmaoo!!! JD!! JD!! Akika fada! ! ![]() No Divorce oh. . .for better for worse. Divorce is a sin. He has married him. . .her. . .shim. May God bless their union with shèmàlè babies!! Amin!
Hahahaha |
shymmex: Hmmmm, I can't believe the infamous 90love gave me a very insightful advice...It's "brethren" you know? Good to see you making up with Miss 90love. It will be lovelier if you can go wipe out those angry word stuffs about "starving children in east Africa" etc because the truth is that when non-Africans look down on us Africans because of that, they look down on all of us Africans including you too. Get it? (Hey I ain't trying to incur your wrath) Emabinu----how do they say that? ![]() You need to chill out a bit at the rate of finishing people with your mouth on NL, is that how you will be finishing up the woman you are going to marry? Looks like you and your ex had something good going but that fighting/getting physical part is a no,no. Can't you guys work around it without the fight or abi she strong pass you sef as she dey fight with you so? If she strong pass you abeg run-o-o-o-o. We no want make you dey cry everyday for the marriage. In one of the trending threads I saw where Sexkillz got told by you the poster that he writes like an Agama Lizard and laughter wan kill me, I actually came to this thread to laugh at that thinking that it was here you said that. Hahaaaaaaaaaaaaa Abeg no vex for me-o-o my brethren. Ivynwa nudges clenched knuckles with Shymexx the way real brethren do it |
stillwater: Every time I see this thread, I end up hummingThe song appeals to me too, right now I am watching an American Idol episode in which one of the contestants sang the song with another musician. I'm staying And you, you, you 're gonna love meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee @Poster If you are staying (I'm actually singing this) then you you you gotta love himmmmmmmmmmmmmmm You seem to have grudges dear, free up your mind Babes. |
is the gateman no longer sleeping with her, or why is she aiming for so many lovers at the same time? ![]() anyway, why not hire your own maid so you can stay at home. full time job sha (if na true story)- doing all the housework plus extra at the school yet finding time to service so many men and still seduce more in between.
![]() Tpiah girl, your "hit em up style" retorts nowadays brings me sweet laughter. |
@Poster Please don't worry too much so that you don't hurt yourself or your baby. Don't feel threatened by that nymphomaniac and her apple b*tt*m. You've already drawn your husband's attention to her by harping on her, a girl like that can poison a person-------be more careful with her. She is better off a friend to you than an enemy, try being a bit friendly with her and she may not have the heart to "keep showing your husband her profile" for him to check out. What is that stuff you said about your husband being s*x starved for 6 months counting? You need to find other ways to satisfy his natural urge. How do you expect a married man like that (who is used to getting his doses of s*x) to be making out? He may easily fall for that Ekaette and her seductive moves that is if he is not man-handling himself sha?(No offense meant). Guess that is part of your concerns too. You can still make him reach o-r-gasm without s*x and while in a comfortable posture too so that you don't get stressed out. SeanBell: At the risk of sounding crass, there are maaany things you can do to your hubby to stave off the s e x starvation..Bj,Hj...You said it so well coogar: [her religion restricts her from using her hands and mouthI didn't see where she said that---same hands that has been touching her husband all along, how did it suddenly become evil to work those hands now. |
The pictures of her standing in her two feets (in the link where her feet were separated) had me shouting Alleluiah for the medical knowledge and determination that all worked to give her feet again. Praise God, somebody. |
