Collected our passports yesterday(20th Dec). Sumitted on 10th Dec. Didn't get a call/message to come pick up but got a mail that the profile had been updated on the 17th of Dec. Checked the profile and saw the update, visa number and visa duration so I nudged hubby to pick up after like two days and not hearing from them again. I guess if you've got the mail that your profile has been updated then you could just go there with the necessary pick up docs.

You can say it again sis. Those Mr I too know thinks hiding properties and money will make them more wealthier. They prefer to use the money to carry ashawo, spend money on girls as they want, help their own family members etc. Eventually, any day the woman sees the wealth, she will quietly poison him. Be open to your wife and she will be the one over protecting the money self

It may be very difficult for members of this forum to determine why your visa was declined.
You have posted a transcript but the transcript is only a fraction of many factors visa officers take into consideration to issue a visa.
Things we dont know are your demeanor during the interview, we also don't know if there is a red flag on your file ...

You may have a great transcript but we don't have all the elements of your application.

When you say "little" what do you really mean?
Cos I know for sure Asians are the biggest beneficiaries of immigration benefits via medical tourism and boy those guys don't pay $3200 for childbirth look up simple videos on YouTube and help yourself on travel channel.

I responded earlier. I came here seeking for advice. I just lost my dad. I haven't seen my mother in almost 3 years. She needs the change of environment as i think it is going to help her get over the grief asap. I explained my current situation and my wife is sending out the invite to her. To come visit us. A friend i know, who is also in the same situation, his wife invited her mother in law and brother in law for their wedding and they gave them the visa. He was also undergoing AOS.

My mother can't stay here forever because i still have very young sisters back home and they can't be left alone. Hopefully this is a tie back home. Her business is also back home and that's what we all survive on. I wanted my sisters to come along with her but then i was worried that they may deny all of them thinking they all want to immigrate or something.

So please, any tip or advice on how to make this work?

I applied for Visa with my wife, daughter. My wife has once been denied so she had a profile.
Created a profile for myself and daughter together but unfortunately wify wasn't interviewed with us cz of error on her application no.she rescheduled her interview but was denied.
My daughter and Myself got our Visa and I visited the US mid this year and back just for 2wks as stated in our DS 160.
Now I want my wife to reapply. She'll go with my passport (eveidence that I travelled and back) and my daughter's passport as we intend going for our anniversary next year in the US.

What does she need to do differently pls.
