My God, in You I put my trust, During this time of waiting, help me to guard this new life carefully and do nothing to hurt him in any way.
Almighty Lord, Your word also says, “Truly You have formed my innermost being. You have woven me in my mother’s womb. Psalms 139:13
According to Your Word, let my baby grow normally with all his requirements fulfilled, take away all complications from my baby and me, grant me and my baby good health, let my baby be perfect as You are perfect.
Lord Jesus, You have been present with me during all this time this baby grows and even now as he's about to come into this world...Lord Your Word says “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I sanctified you" Jeremiah 1:5.
Please grant me a safe and normal delivery, position my earthly divine helpers as I bring forth my child on that day, all medical personnels, caregivers and anyone I shall encounter, shall work in accordance with your word for my good and that of my baby! Take away all blocks and barriers that are hindering this blessing in my life.
Lord I also pray that You lead all pregnant women who are reading this prayer to safe and normal delivery. All this I ask through Christ Jesus, who is Lord , now and forever. Amen!!!

Maamas ehh, my own wahala now is my episitiomy site o...Upon d sithbathe and everything,e dey comot something like slimy pus... I now went to do oversabi and looked at it with a mirror... d site is horrific!d stitches are disintegrating sha but d hole in d butt side jex looks like it wouldnt come back together again, like I have to be restitched. Am so scared of even looking at it again... plz those of who had d courage to look at your episitiomy sites, was d hole dat big? did it bring out little foul smelling slimy pus?

From the date of my last menstrual flow till now is 22 weeks, I was told that due to the spotting issue I may cross 9 months unless its stop now, and I was sent to untrasound to verify further, but due to time factor, I was reschedule for next appointment. I want the spotting to stop before going for the scan. and am here to know if there is any drugs or injection that i can take to stop the spotting. thks

The info u are giving is a little confusing? Like Zaynie asked, how did they know the fetus was "small"? There is no competent doctor that works with LMP alone, but in addition to early ultrasound scan.
If ur case is being treated as an high risk pregnancy, I see no reason why ur appointment was reschedule to a later date, time or no time, 1st things come 1st.
On the other hand there are "lots" of women who bleed through their entire pregnancy and birth healthy babies.
I'd say you look for a proactive Doctor Who can tell u if it's possible to stop the bleeding or not and if it's worth the worries!
The explanations of carrying part term don't add up 4 me o!

Yes u can get it from any reputable pharmacy without prescription .
Can't remember d exact price for duphaston. But cyclogest is between 10k-15k for 2 weeks dosage, depending on where you're buying. Last I bought, it was 12k.

Advice is based on most commonly used treatment for "similar" condition.
One thing for sure is this... The best advice/treatment is gotten from a certified medical doctor from a reputable hospital, not from nairaland!

Remove the thought of ur pregnancy being threatened from ur mind, affirm positively.
Likely reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy is either old blood from d uterus, bruising on d cervix from intercourse, and also low progesterone levels.
Was it a doctor that placed u on bedrest? I am of the opinion he/she should have placed you on some form of progesterone support (duphaston or preferably cyclogest) if u can afford it, I'll advice u go get cyclogest pessaries and insert vaginally nightly till after ur 13th week.
Leave house chores be for now, stay away from hot spicy foods, pineapple, pawpaw, alcohol and SEX.
Drink lots of water at least 3-4L daily.
Relax and pray!

Always getting this almost debilitating pain on my right hip/bum after getting up from sitting or laying down. Plus feet also swelling up a bit.
Counting it all joy and I can't wait to meet my little angel.
Had my Cerclage removed a few days ago, so I have officially commenced countdown
We're 37 weeks, I still can't believe I have come this far, God has been compassionate ,merciful and too good to me, typical case of turning my captivity and it all looks like a dream (deut. 30:3, psalms 126:1)
I'm grateful to you baba God!

Team June how are we coping with the pushing and waddling? The good Lord shall make it easy for everyone one of us, and we shall come out with songs of praise and Thanksgiving on our lips! Amen!

mamas didn't explain what virginal examination is very well oo, so discomfort although not painful, I trekked so much on Monday been public holiday now, I started having BH with back pain and DH is not around, I managed till Tuesday been my ante natal day, explained to doc he said they should call the nurse that he will do virginal examination, I started thinking what's that oo, naso the man put glove, I shouted, since then I have been thinking if once is like that what of many times. God have mercy oo, I want to be 7cm before I get to the clinic so that they won't do much examination for me.

I think d VE thing is a matter of how u can manage pain/discomfort, plus d hand/finger of d examiner. Lol!
Better go hospital on time b4 u go born 4 house o
