Nicoleswizzi, yes it's possible to lose one's mucus plug at any particular time in pregnancy but it's not normal when you aren't close to being due yet.
My advice, bcoz of ur recent past history, get those feet off the ground and bedrest for a couple of days /weeks, good thing is that mucus plug "regenerates", how fast? I don't know, but it does grow back.
Most importantly call ur doctor if any medical attention is needed ,or if u need to have an ultrasound to have a cervical length measurement.
It is well with you, God didn't fail before, so be expectant that he won't fail now!

Painless cramps? I am not understanding o, cramps are supposed to be painful na.
I complained to my doctor yesterday about cramping and heaviness(which he said was all in my head) in my lower abdomen, he said it was normal between d 3rd -5th month as the uterus is expanding, ligaments are stretched. No cause for alarm, except theres bleeding or fluid.
I told him d Polar bear position has really been helpful in reliving me, he laughed & said if it helps me feel better, I shud continue.
Funny enough today I haven't really felt anything. Lol.

Callola & Opejulie10 please don't entertain fear or negativity, focus all ur attention on God, the author and finisher of our faith! He says to call upon him in times of trouble and he'll answer us.

God wants His people to live a lifestyle of gratitude. In the book of Judges we read, when it was time for the Israelites to fight the battle with the Benjamites, God instructed them specifically to send the tribe of Judah first. ‘Judah’ in Hebrew means ‘Praise’. Let praise and thanksgiving go forth first before every trial or battle you face, including your pregnancy.

Praise and thank God in advance for what is yet to come. Thank God for a beautiful pregnancy and a healthy baby that’s on the way. Thank Him for a normal delivery and for the wisdom that He will provide the doctors.

Embrace the changes in your life joyfully. Start visualising good things for you and your baby. Put joy and songs into every little thing you do - whether clearing the laundry or sweeping your kitchen floor.

Every morning when you get up, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to smile, to love and most of all to birth a new life. Make time to do things that you enjoy doing. Go for walks with your spouse. Talk to God about your pregnancy. Tell Him how you’re feeling and ask for His wisdom in all the decisions you make.

How about making a blessing book concerning your pregnancy and childbirth? List down all the provisions that you have been blessed with, write down your testimonies, stick the praise reports you receive from your doctor and likewise, and you will be amazed at how beautifully God has been carrying you through.

I know most of us would like to rely on our memory however I can tell you from experience, when you write it down, it not only becomes easy to recount the blessings as the years pass by, but it will also strengthen your faith as you realize that God’s faithfulness and grace overshadowed you every step of your life.

Remember being happy or joyful doesn’t necessarily mean everything is ok, but it does mean that you have made a conscious decision to look beyond your circumstances and trust God. So be joyful in Him!

I believe God let ur baby come early for a good reason!
