As much as the feeding is backward, it is something.
That is why i still believe and insist that there is very little a state can do as regarding economics policies from above.
The only issue with that policy is that 1000 people will be have party chairmen eating half of the slots. Infact, 1000 people is insignificant in almost all the LGAs.
Lets see how it goes sha. |

I entered uni at 17 so they guy may have been 4 to 5 years older than me. Maybe I am wrong, and i apologise for stereotyping, but places like Festac and Surulere have a lot of idle youths who are not into crime, and are jobless. It's true that life happens, but it is common in those places The reason is because they all have a place to sleep for free; Probably houses their parents won back then. |

nihilistjnr: I'm not in Nigeria so you can take this as advice from a wicked Abroadian, but this naira crash has led to the availability of cheap resources for foreign purchase.
Nigeria's biggest resource pool is the labour market. YOU are the cheap resource. However the 'cheapness' of your labour exists only within the context of the going rates abroad...
You guys will probably never find a better opportunity to significantly undercut the going rates in Yankee and Europe if you have the skills to offer. If you don't, I strongly recommend finding a way to acquire valuable skills as quickly as possible.
if you can build a portfolio of previous deliverables and past clients, and if you're prepared to put yourself out there, then there might be bountiful rewards to be reaped as a freelancer.
This message isn't for everyone and quite frankly some of you might either be too stupid, too lazy, or both to see the vision. Some of you might not even be lazy or stupid, but just unfortunate in life.
But I promise you that there is a vision, and there's an opportunity to cash out for the talented and driven amongst you, I urge and implore you to take significant steps to make that vision a reality. |

descarado: Has nothing to do with cbn. Tinubu is simply recouping what he spent in dollars during electioneering and court case.
Until he is done, expect more. When people were demanding for free dollars so they can support a politician, this is what we get. We seem to forget soon. An average local chairman contestant spend more that 5 million dollars not to talk of Tinubu that was highly controversial. Greed is our undoing. Very frustrating. WhoDeyHause: Make person translate for us wey no be ndigbo abeg. I just know what he said will be nasty. Actually, that is originally an Igbo gospel song. It was actually sung in the form of telling a story. The song is the story of Elijah and the prophets of Baal So, according to the lyrics, it was. From morning till night, Baal did not answer them From January till December, Baal did not answer them From ages to ages, Baal did not answer them. Keep calling Baal, maybe he went to the market Keep calling Baal, maybe he went for omugwo Keep calling Baal, maybe he travelled So, he just replaced Baal with BAT. If you know the original song, you will actually find it funny. |
