How many cars are currently on both major cab hailing services. Uber has how many cars or drivers registered same goes for Bolt. Does the app cover the outskirts /semi urban areas of Lagos. Again how many other cab hailing services are there operating in Lagos

Good afternoon house pls I really need ur help pls,a friend of my work on Uber and one of the passengers he pick made a report that his car have issues and they never respond to him or sent him an email on the day of payment which was a weeks ago he never receive his money he want to Uber office to find out what happened and they told him a customer said his car was bad which was the engine sit that he should fix it and bring it back so they we inspect it.and meanwhile his account was not block oo he still get requests on Friday he took it back to the Uber office they said he can go this week still no payment he want back to them and they said this happened and this happened that he should find them something,I want to ask does Uber hold your money for 2 good weeks
