That's why Nigeria-trained doctors easily slide into their hospitals like say na Instagram DM.

Please stop posting falsehood. Do your research if you must. Nigerian medical schools aren't amongst the best in the world. We just have smart students that get trained in poor or average medical schools. We make extra efforts and dig into our 'smart boxes' when we take foreign exams

I didn’t say MDCN did something wrong. What I'm saying is the IMGs are exactly dunces for failing Nigerian exams since it wasn't their fortes. Nigerian docs also fail PLAB and USMLE too. Its how medical practice is structured

They didn't send them there. Those foreign docs are actually Nigerians who trained abroad, and decided to work back home

When I read this, I marvel at Nigerians. How many docs have you interfaced? Can you explain how they were pompous? If if actually those you met were pompous, are you aware there are pompous individuals in every profession? Even some wheelbarrow pushers are pompous. It doesn't mean the IMGs (International Medical Graduates) are dullards. It simply means we use a different yardstick here. Those IMGs satisfied their foreign trainers who based their assessments on pathologies endemic in their environment, and some management regimen obtained in their climes.
MDCN conduct their exams based on tropical diseases with Nigeria as a case point. Example is Cystic Fibrosis. Its almost impossible to see a Nigerian with this. But its common in the UK etc. So UK trained docs would be quite comfortable managing it. Thus their exams would consist more of such cases. Now look at Sickle Cell Disease. This is endemic in Nigeria and kinda rare in Caucasians. We know how to manage it and thus our exams (and this MDCN assessment) would feature it hugely. A IMG would not know much about it.

There is no media gagging in the US, unlike what we have in Nigeria. Any media outlet in the US can report any news, even news indicting their presidents and still go scot free. You can't try that in Nigeria. NBC would shut you down. Besides NBC has actually cautioned news outlets in Nigeria to reduce terrorist reportage. The FCC of the US wont say that.

May I also remind you that more people die from terrorism in Nigeria than the US from gun violence acts. The difference is that of Nigeria is intentionally underreported.
About gender identification issues, I don't like the way the gender identity issue is panning out in the western world with people identifying as non binary and what not. But then I sympathize with them. Why?
The human sex is not just male and female. These 2 are just the extremes, there are interstates between them. Even some people we call males may not physiologically or anatomically correct. I have seen many babies with so many genital ambiguities in my practice. But the affected parents chose to assign the most desirable genders for such babies. These ambiguities range from testicular feminization to Klinefelter to XXY etc. So what sex would you call them? Some of these people grow up and follow the gender assigned to them by the society and in an ignorant and religious society like ours, they dare not speak up that they are different. The stigma and hate they cop is unimaginable . And of course they can't procreate. Some of them dont engage in premarital sex and spring a trap for their intending spouses in the marriages. We see them in fertility clinics. We just counsel them to move on and forget procreation. These patients in the western world have found their voices and speaking out. And its their voices youre hearing. Unfortunately these voices are tinged with miscreants like trannies who I feel have mental issues(my views, not the medical community views)
