My comments are not for those who have international passport. My comments are for those who don't have international passport. So, why does he quote and tell me that an international passport is a form of ID?
I didn't say you can't present an international passport as an ID. I said people who don't have international passports can use other forms of ID to board domestic flight. So, the guy's response to me has no logical connection to my comments. Immortalclown, making simple things look cumbersome... Unnecessarily. |

Aderewah: North will step up their agriculture. They’ll feed southern Nigeria and neighboring countries. They’ll still be poor but the division will force innovative thinking. Abuja will remain capital and they’ll develop Kano and kaduna. They’ll build the strongest military in the region.
South south minus AkwaCross will form Niger delta, to the anguish of SE. They’ll remain oil rich and full control of revenue will allow improvement in infrastructure. However many tribes will fight for dominance, encouraging corruption. They’ll struggle to build a vibrant economy and employ youths outside oil. Their infatructure drive will improve tourism. They’ll be well off. They’ll stay in their region.
South east will improve from current conditions. The gas reserves will help earn forex. They’ll all move back to the region in a flurry of emotions. However, in less than five years, they’ll start struggling to move back to west, south south and north. They’ll not have freedoms they used to have in Nigeria and they’ll complain everyday on social media. They’ll start trying to takeover lands in the SS. SS will fight back and ask for help from powerful west and north, which may create another Ukraine situation. People who fought for Biafra will be entitled to power.
Southwest will prosper. Industries in Ogun, power in Osun, agriculture in ekiti, oil in ondo, services in Oyo and tech and tourism in lagos will bring a lot of wealth. They’ll quickly build a road amd train connecting west Africa all the way to Senegal. It’ll without doubt be the best alumni region out of Nigeria, leading in tech, security, economy, jobs, shipping, transportation etc. Without oil revenue, SWest will be useless. Their economy will lack forex. They will end up borrowing to fund their budget, which isn't sustainable due to lack of foreign. The SS will be the biggest beneficiaries due to small population and huge forex inflow from oil and gas from the NLNG. The foreign missions and embassies will relocate to the SS. Other sectors like agriculture and manufacturing industries will spring up due to liquidity. Financial institutions will flee Lagos and run down to SS. The Ports in SS will be developed and fully functional. The Yorubas will run down to work in PH. |

MrBrownJay1: the important question IS....why not? i love South America and after living extensively in both Argentina and Brazil in the past, i knew i was gonna come back to live here eventually. Europe is just too cold, too bland, too expensive for NO value, too white (lol) for me. Also, Colombia's economy is down right now so cheaper to live/biz here, Medellin has fantastic spring weather all year long (Cartagena is too hot and too "touristy" for my liking), the nightlife is great, and lets not forget, women are second to none. if Venezuela wasnt as fukced up as it is right now, i would have gone there instead. Medellin is like Miami, without the beach and expensive price. PERFECT FOR ME!
to give you an idea, for the price that i paid in Copenhagen for a place to live, i get a place 3 times as big, in the best neighborhood in town. I know when you finished NYSC. Keep lying. |

SmartPolician: If you have lived in Nigeria long enough like I have, you will have learned that government officials only respond to issues or react when those they consider important speak up or criticize them.
How oil theft plays out would probably have been coming knowledge in Niger Delta, but no top politician from that region has ever spoken up against it probably because they are also beneficiaries.
If I am wrong, show me a link of where a top politician in the Niger Delta criticized top oil majors or government officials of crude oil theft.
However, Peter Obi has been speaking about how oil theft plays out in Nigeria and this is the outcomes of his criticism. https://www.nairaland.com/5190422/wike-accuses-goc-engaging-illegal.https://www.bbc.com/news/av/business-24165062.The real koko of this renewed anti-bunkering drive is the sale of NNPC to private business interests. The Private interests were the people who operated this bunkery when NNPC was owned by the federal government. They used Industrial-scale bunkering to enrich themselves and save up money to Purchase NNPC for themselves. Now that they have bought NNPC, they cannot the bunkering to continue else it becomes a huge business loss. They know the whole pattern and styles to the business and are now actively ensuring it ends. Peter Obi comments has absolute zero influence on anything. |

christejames: Obviously that's the stark truth but the government (who themselves are culpable) keep tilting the attention of the masses towards the Niger-Deltan youths that just engage in little petroleum 'scooping' which they call bunkery, making it look like the billions of stolen dollars from crude oil is by these youths
Peter Obi said it, that those stealing the country's oil are in the government also. What exactly do you mean by Peter Obi said it? Something that has been going on for decades and everyone who lives in the Niger delta creeks have complained about is what you're attributing to Peter Obi? Common knowledge is what you're mentioning Peter Obi. |

I ended up studying microbiology in one private university (all to stay away from maths as much as I could)
But today, I just lost a juicy job opportunity because I was not good with figures.

He's just pained that Atiku is moving without him.
The best Wike can do is to reduce the number of votes Atiku will get from Rivers and I bet him that Atiku will garner more than 47% of votes from Rivers.
Let him continue to waste our collective resources. How will Atiku garner more than 47% of votes in Rivers state? Are there hausas native to Rivers state or what?? I know you say you be Ogoniman. Una sabi think go left. |
