Your company will never need to attach their bank statement to accompany your visa application because their status speaks clearly.

Not all companies has that recognition.

I guessed as much.

GOod day all. I picked up my passport today and my Visa was denied after 3months of holding to my passport.
The reasons I dont have strong ties to Nigeria more so I didn't include my personal bank statement even if the company I work with are the sponsor of my trip. The ECO said he isnt convinced I will come back to Nigeria. Pls @justwise and others.
I want to reapply next month this time I ll include my personal bank statement.
Pls what other documents shud I include thus increasing my chances of getting

That's interesting. I don't put any bank statement - even personal - for visa application for official travels to the UK.

Just a letter from my company that they will sponsor the trip.

I prefer to see it as touching.

One "easy way" to earn a good salary (even top 5% salary in UK/America/anywhere in the world): Study mathematics/physics/comp sc/any quantitative course (4 years), make a high CGPA (anything above 4.5. The closer to 5, the better), go to Stanford and do a MSc (2 years) or PhD (5 years) in math, physics, finance or economics...In total, you spend maximum of 10-11 years. Assuming you started BSc at 17, in 11 years, you're 28.

Join Google or any of those tech firms, or join a hedge fund (rentec) if you're lucky or other financial services.. Work for 5 years. At 33, you will be taking home a total compensation of around $25K per month.

Am I being realistic? Yes, I'm. I know of boys and girls earning this and more.

Are there other ways to make it? Yes, there. Ball, sports, entertainment, etc. Dem many. But as a book person, I focus the returns some people get on their educational effort!

Note - this does not apply to naija oo..No firm will pay a 33 year old person $25K per month. That na about 9.5million. That was my 3-4 years salary when I was working at a good place in naija.. Naija no easy.

I have an issue I need help with. I was refused a visitors visa early this year and later reapplied and got the visa to UK. Travelled and came back.

However, I now applied for Visa recently, a Tier 2 Visa and mistakenly ticked NO to the question: Have you ever been denied Visa. It was js an oversight, just realized I didnt see the question well when applying online

I have done biometrics and all. Please how has had experience concerning this scenario. I heard about the ban but does it apply for someone who has gone to the UK and back. Please what is the next step to folllow too

I mistakenly answered "yes" instead of "no" to the question "Is your wife traveling to the UK with you?" In my last application.

I just printed that page from my form, cancelled yes nd wrote no and made a small comment that it was a mistake, and put it as part of my supporting documentation.

I got the visa.

You could have done this if you had known before doing your biometrics.

I am still surprise of how they did my application before 14days instead of 15days standard time, because I did biometric on 28th of August and yesterday 14th I was sent an email to come pick up it up.Although I filed the time of travelling for 14th Sept. Could that be the reason for rushing my application or they just rush it and assumed I didn't get it.I am really worried because I tried my best this time to give d best doc and promotion at work with good salary and travelling experience,answered all reason I was rejected.Plus the fact that my brother in UK was not contacted before.I just wish it ends in praise when I pick up.. or else I go vex..lol

It happens very well. In fact, this is the first time my application passes 15 working days. All past applications were less than 15 days even without priority.

Nothing to worry about.

Lol. I see no reason why I will be denied UK visa.

I go there in October every year (since few years now). My company's Head Office is in the UK.

I dont even submit bank statements or payslips.

Just a letter fom my company that they will fund the trip and a printout of the email between me and my British boss (who is in London office) on why I should come.

And I have travel history to other countries in addition to a decent income confirmed by my employer.

I don't even think of being refused visa to UK.

Picked my passport few minutes ago.
