Very poor. Even my 9A that is giving me an average of 10hrs SOT is still not good enough considering its 5000mah battery because I used to get 12 hrs SOT on my infinix hot 5 that was just 4000mah.

So i finally updated my redmi 9a from MIUI 12 to 12.5 android 11
From what I've noticed so far is the added flagship feels to it yeah, but its kind of buggy and freezy yeah, the android 11 update I'm not used to from the floating bubble and boxy icons from the notification panel i really don't like it i prefer the fluid android 10 notification grouping and quick replies this one is just kind of a stress way too many taps for you to view and reply damn! Welp Gaussian blur is now available on the notification panel and control center though i think third party themes enhanced it yeah. Battery drain is minimal and it last longer. That's all I've noticed there are minor cool features though, i think MIUI 13 will fixed other things up.

Ouuu i forget there's memory extension too.

Part of the problem we are facing in Nigeria today is as a result of overpopulation. Majority of our graduates are unemployed because we are too much for the available jobs. This wasn't the case in the early 70s and late 80s when employers use to visit Universities and other higher institutions of learning to persuade the new graduants to join their company But today the reverse is the case. The competition is now very high and stiff due to our outrageous population.

Yeah, most of these technologies we see as new have been available a long time ago but maybe due to poverty, most people couldn't afford it especially in this part of the world (Nigeria/Africa). VHS was produced in the late 70s, followed by CDs in the early 80s, and DvDs in late 90s then Blu-ray in early 2000s.

Dvds became popular in Nigeria around 2004 and was seen as a new tech, but it was already in existence about a decade ago. Even VHS and CDs became popular in Nigeria a decade after they were produced.

Dont worry, technology advancement have really slowed down when it comes to optical media. Almost a decade and nothing to replace Blue Ray Disk yet lol, in comparison it took less than a decade for the cassette to DVD shift.

Exactly, it started during the days of VHS. CDs don't last like VHS because it starts Skipping after a while unlike VHS that can remain as long as possible.

It didn't favour them much because immediately piracy gained enough ground people didn't see the need to go about renting from them anymore when they could just buy and own a CD for #100, mind you before piracy a CD cost at least #1000 or so which was why people go out to rent from these guys back then. Meanwhile one could pick about 5 movie CDs and and not pay up to #500 for 3days or so.

Even the so called video rentals were killing the Nollywood business. That is why most of the veterans have little or nothing to show for their many years in the industry. Thanks to technology today, piracy and video rentals are no longer lucrative because most of the movie producers now have channels on YouTube and they also collect royalties from satellite broadcast channels.

You have said what every logical human being will say but one thing I have come to realize in football is that winning or losing depends on a team's approach and disposition. The team that shows more hunger and grit is the one that wins. Chelsea will definitely approach the Liverpool game in a different way. They will most likely take it as a do or die affair because that's the only hope they have to win a silver ware before the end of the season and it is an opportunity for them to also avenge their carabao cup loss to Liverpool so its gonna be "bloody" . Redmi phones are wack. We told you but you wouldn't listen and their marketers are all over the place on Nairaland trying their best to convince more people to buy.
Visit their thread in the phone section, you will see that it is full of complains from disgruntled users. If you talk, they will call you a Tecno or infinix marketer meanwhile Tecno and infinix are more reliable than the trash Xiaomi are dishing out.

You are very correct. I bought one (Redmi 9A) and I am currently regretting it. In my own opinion, I think infinix and Tecno are much more better than them. Their marketers will soon flood this thread now and start attacking everybody anyway I don't blame them, it what they are been paid for. Just wait and see...

Yeah, it damaged the battery of the second android phone I bought. I used it for about 2weeks because our transformer was bad. During this time I noticed that it doesn't last as long as when I used PHCN. When our power supply was finally restored, I charged with PHCN supply but the battery had gone bad already. Since then I don't use power banks again.
