Accidents do happen.

It's the speed at which they occur that makes the difference.

An impact can bend your fender and break your traffic signal light, leaving you alive and royally pissed at the other driver. The same impact at 140km/h will leave several people dead.

Now this Adeleke is not likely to get into government house. In the unlikely event that he does, then Osun State is screwed. The man is not qualified for the executive branch. PDP is already leading with over 300 votes before the rerun on Thrusday
APC has already lost Osun State before the Rerun
