Look at these smartstingy men, abeg allow us to reap what we didn't sow in peace jor  grin We women take a ton of crap from society everyday, get less than men, the way I see it, my enjoying his money is just God's beautiful way of balancing the equation  cool

On a serious note, though I'm against prenups in general, I guess someone of Tiger's stature has to have one.

A subjective view that happens to be held by a vast majority of people all across the west. This is not a coincidence Ibime. Mosques make people uncomfortable in this era of terrorism, its unfortunate but true.

why didn't the pats adjust in the 2nd half? Isn't that what bellicheat is known to do?

This is not the same Pats D that won 3 superbowls in 4 years. Rodney Harrison, junior seau, bruschi, asante samuel and seymour are gone. The flaws that were there early in the season are still there. This pats defense can't be trusted.
We need to get over the patriot mystique. They are a good team but their era of dominance is gone. The pats are a team that can only win by outscoring you. this was obvious when they went for it on 4th down in the 3rd quarter.
angry I hate that that is true. This is the first real year of this group of defenders playing together, I said at seasons start they needed six games to get accustomed to each other, I think it may be an entire season, hopefully by the playoffs they'll be a solid fence. And we also need to buy or lease a running game, dreadlock slim and Taylor ain't cutting it.

It looks like there's a mighty wind blowing in the windy city . . .
  Brian Urlacher:
We used to establish the run and wear teams down and try not to make mistakes, and we'd rely on our defense to keep us in the game and make big plays to put us in position to win," Urlacher told the Web site. "Kyle Orton might not be the flashiest quarterback, but the guy is a winner, and that formula worked for us. I hate to say it, but that's the truth."
Bawo, so will you be spearheading the new website campaign demanding Kyle Orton be brought back? grin

Says I, and a few million other Swiss citizens.

Political correctness cannot correct that unfortunate truth which is that any icon or symbol of middle eastern/islam origins will invoke equations to terrorists/terrorism. Me I don't want any mosques in my neighborhood - whether or not that makes me intolerant I could care less, na them sabi.

Foreign AffairsRe: Swiss Vote To Ban Minaret Construction by JeSoul(f): 5:33pm On Dec 03, 2009
Even if they want to ban mosques or churches for that matter - that is their business.

As long as the process was democratic and the citizens of the country voted, then no biggie. Personally I don't want to be driving around seeing those minarets or whareva rising up from the landscape, unfortunately they are symbols of something associated with evil and make me nervous!

But on a serious note, I would love to be more informed on the political climate back home and even participate. But I get the impression, those of us who left and have since settled elsewhere are neither wanted nor needed. I have a relative 30+yrs here, went back and got into politics, soon after hired thugs paid him a lil visit at his house, beat him up severely and warned him to go back to his yankee and stay out of the local politics or else he would be killed.

  He came back jeje.

only in naija do poor people shakara for the rich i was so annoyed, just came back on holiday in naija, if you see how rude these market women have become, they all need a wake up call on principles of business. everywhere i go , they all roll their eyes at me, i've learnt they usually increase the price and you have to negotiate, this lady told me a slippers was N700 and i said can i pay 500 and she says "auntie edakun e sun siwaju bata kini N500" what? i wanted to cry, at first i was confused and later realised i've offended her by negotiating,
i knew a small face powder is N25 and the retailer claims its 30 i said ok bye i'm gone and she lashed at me "is it because of N5, stingy! do they think they are doing me a favour by selling to me?

btw this was aleshinloye market in ibadan and before i travelled they always call you to buy from them but now they dont have any respect for anybody. and if a transaction should go smooth they wont even say thank you and always trying to scam you. But by the time i spent 4 weeks in nigeria even me i developed tough skin, one girl started abusing me at answani market in lagos when i stepped her goods to avoid a trailer from running me over, she goes "awe koshi lo" i replied, oshi ere ni? emi o makin sh'omo ile yii, maa gba oju e" she calms down instantly lol (i was happy to speak back in ghetto attitude as they do lol)
but i remeberd a funny one, when a boy says auntie buy my scotch egg and i said no thank you next time, and he said God forbid you catch me here next time selling scotch egge grin

sorry if you havent had this rudeness from naija market cos ibadan people are exclusively rude but i just cant help but share how gobsmacked i was at their attitude lol

After 3 whole months of careful, sober analysis, this is the strategy Obama came up with? satisfy both sides? I wish he would pick one side and stick wholeheartedly with it. If you try to please all you end up pleasing none.

Not to mention trying to work with a corrupt govt that hates America but still don't mind taking our billions of dollars in aid.

I no know wetin I do the girl o. Infact, I no know say anybody sabi say I exist on NL. Guess this is my 15 seconds of fame cheesy
and here I am, thinking I am the new age Ralph T; Mr. Sensitivity grin
Lol, you'll be suprised. I recalled a couple of truly dope posts you made in the religion section a while back (I wonder why you don't post there often). IDs of posters that make an impression with top notch posts usually stick in my mind.

And as for this
biina:
Vikes Offense v Saints Defence
AP fumbling the ball (and 20th ranked Saints rush defence dont create much turnovers in the running game) wont diminish his carries 'cos he is still the best RB in the league. With AP on the field, the saints would have to respect the running game (and not the 3 man rush, sit deep they did against the Pats). AP makes the 'play action' effective, and that is the foundation for big plays.
Favre despite his age is still one of the top 5 QBs and a post season veteran. He also has Rice and Harvin. Against minnesota and its rushing game, the saints secondary will be on their own with max of 5 backs (and not the 7-8 man dropping deep, allowing McKenzie to jump routes, that we saw against NE). There is a reason Favre is no longer an INT machine, and its because the vikes have a solid running game. So the Vikes will get their points against the saints defence. If the Pats had a solid running game and/or good 3rd & 4th choice receivers, it would have been a different ball game.

Saints Offense v Vikes Defence
The saints have a potent and balanced offence. Against the 2nd ranked rushing defence of the Vikes they would likely lose the threat of their running game.
In the passing game, the saints dont have great receivers, but rather a great QB and great play calling by their coach (sean payton). The vikes should be able to get pressure on brees and make those big plays more difficult to make. A typical down field play needs >2s to develop, and I doubt Brees is going to be having that much time. Jared Allen & Co (who lead the league with 40 sacks) will wreck havoc in the back field. An example of what can happen was Saint v Miami where Brees got sacked 5x. Against the Pats, the Saints werent as much as moving the ball effectively (4/10 or 3rd down) but that the Pats were giving up big plays. That will not happen against the vikes who are quite conservative in their coverage.

The football game is all about matchups, and in the post season, I will go with the vikes. But then Arizona (looking forward to their game next week) or someone from the NFC east can deny the vikes getting that far. The saints are more or less a sure lock to be in the NFC championship game.
. . . truer words have never been spoken in football. Your analysis of both sides is quite good I must say, I am just hoping the Saints or anyone else deny Favre, AP will get his in time. Speaking of AP, how long do you think his injury prone self will last?
