Please what kind of apartment would be preferable

1 room self contain
Room + parlour self contain (1 bedroom mini flat)
2 bedroom flat

Well, when it comes to issues like accommodation, I usually advise people never to rent any apartment that will require more than one or one + quarter of their monthly salary (if you are a salary earner) to pay.
I have been doing it while I was in Nigeria, it helped alot. Even where I am, I still pay for my Mum back home.
So bro, it's mainly about your budget and not your taste. Thanks...

So through my savings from university I went to Dubai got a good job decided to forget about him for good and started dating a Canadian guy who was really nice to me and was willing to wait but my problem with him was that he always calls me sexy and shapy, big botty girl which made me feel like he was after my body because he was always telling me he can't wait to have me on his bed because he feels am too sexy.

Yes, I have great body no doubt, I became confused of the situation and decided to break up that was when my ex started begging for forgiveness that now his working in the bank and his planning to settle down by 2020.

My grandmother died I went to Nigeria and we met I realized he has slept with different girls and was even hiding his phone from me. Acting strange so I came back to Dubai continued my work and the white guy was trying to come back that he won't say things like that because he knows am different but the truth of the matter is that I don't even have any single love for the white guy. I still love my ex but my ex keeps talking to me like am a trash, I got angry and blocked him but he sent me massage on Facebook saying am childish and called me names this is someone who can never say things like that to me before but now he talks to me anyhow without respect because he feels am desperate for marriage because I always want to get married early, am in my early 20's.

Due to the situation all the guys both white and blacks asking me out for serious relationship have said no to all because I feel I can't love anyone again in my life because of my ex I don't know if am in my right senses have tried possible ways to forget him, I deleted all his pictures on my Facebook, always watching movies yet nothing seems to work.

Now am thinking of traveling to any European country look for a good white man so I can forget about him because I know I deserve better than him. I need advice if dating another guy mostly white can make me forget him or it might make things worst since am doing it because am trying to forget him.

Did you even listen to me. The guy has no business coming to see your mom till he's ready to start the marriage process.

He should get himself a hotel room in town to spend his nights. You only go to see him at an eatery around your area and discuss with him and find out everything about him.

The rest other discussions can be on whatsapp chat till he's ready to bring his people and come and officially see your parents.

The only avenue he has to physically meet with you is in an eatry till he sees your parents with his family members and formalize his intent.

If you are married, was that the way you got married? Don't you think there is need for her to know his family, work life and kind of friends he keep and vice versa. Don't you think they need to attend church service together? Don't you think they need to spend physical time together (not love making I mean). She has the will power and right to oblige or refuse if she so will. It's her choice.
Note: meeting in fast food restaurant will never give such freedom and avenue to know about themselves. Don't you think that, both families need to know who their son and daughter are seeing before bringing up marriage issues.
Please let's be guided in giving advice.

When I was an unbeliever, I was really among those who insult men of God who owned a jet. I really didn't understand the need for a jet not until I became a believer and got to understand mission work. It's a long story that I can't share here anyway. What i do know is that if Jet was in vogue during Abraham, Solomon, Job, Paul etc time, they would have acquired Jets. These men acquired properties that were in vogue during their time. Even if it was common AC, they would have own a lot of ACs rather than stay inside the heat. You know the middle east can be very hot during the hot season. They had the best that was in vogue during their time. Even Jesus rode on the finest donkey. So imagine if it were to be now, what He would have rode on?
In as much as I hate the focus on prosperity messages in church, but having a Jet for mission work isn't wrong.
I said Mission not personal acquisition.
If you have ever gone on mission assignment or trips into remote countries/nations where it's not motorable or where you have to journey for 24 to 42 hours and more to get to where you are going to, you will understand the need for a mission jet and pray for 1 for your mission trips. Some of these missionaries even hire a small chopper or what's it called to get to where they are going when they get to a place that's not motorable or somewhere with a long distance. I think it's UN helicopter or something I can't remember and they spend up to $10,000 to go etc. Those called into mission or who are missionaries understands what I'm saying and also know the need for a jet for mission.

Well, if Nigeria refuses to go into Renewables, then the efforts will still be frustrating. How long shall we go in cycles in this Power issues. Here in Denmark, Poland and Germany, they do more renewables and still doing more. I hope they don't go the conventional way...

I think it's the average minded people (mostly in Africa) that tend to overhype the acquisition of cars and houses. This should be the basic things of life.The hardship of the country has made people to think that they have finally arrive when they acquire cars, houses and travel out of the country. And some deliberately do these things just to get back at people or make them feel oppressed. No one earns honor and respect through the oppression of others. May God give us understanding.
