Where are the books Dawkins and Hitchens have written to bash islam considering the alleged reason for their atheistic evangelism was 9/11? If a christian group was involved in 9/11 it probably would be extinct today as a religion. The same atheists who whine about how they bash islam spend their time cursing the God of the hebrews while slobbering over the muslims. I guess the urge of self-preservation is a lot stronger.

This was particularly shocking to me. How is it that "atheists" who claim to have such an overwhelming evidence of the mythology of religion be completely unable to discuss these points with their families and friends with the same zeal with which they attack christians here? Are atheists guilty of living a double life? One of affected supreme knowledge of the science that disproves God online (where they have the safety of anonymity) and are complete cowards to their real friends and family outside of here?

While reading through some writings by other prominent atheists, i realized the idea of atheist cowardice isnt quite new... take this for example - In 2010, Christian apologist Mariano Grinbank wrote:

The answers to all of the above are: "No." Rather, what they have done is sit within the comfort and safety of countries based on Christian principles and conveniently launched condemnations which are roughly quantifiable as being 90% anti-Christian and 10% anti-other religions (and this may be being too generous an estimation).[33]

think about this... how many "atheists" do you see loudly proclaiming that islam is a myth? why do they prefer to sit within the comfort and safety of the christian section of Nairaland conveniently launching vitriolic tirades at God (i.e. Jesus Christ) while paying complete lip service to allah? when questioned on this... why is the puerile excuse usually that "most atheists" were formerly christians anyway?

exactly what are you on about here, mate? is your problem that my mother has no inkling i'm an atheist, or that i don't go out dismissing islam? i think atheists are well known for making good use of their measure of common sense. my mother is hypertensive, and she believes that only god has kept her politician husband safe from two "alleged" political assassination attempts. she believes only god has kept her only son(yours truly) safe from chronic asthma and the same evil forces that seek to destroy his father. she prays before she eats the food she cooked with her own hands...she prays before she takes a pain killer or her high blood pressure medications. every single time she speaks with me on the phone, she spends at least 4minutes praying for me. what do you think will happen to this woman when she discovers her only child is a godless, hell bound heathen? i certainly don't wanna find that out. so yea, for that woman, i'll be a coward.

perhaps you should know that atheist are fundamentally different from religious people. while some of them, like christians are evangelistic, most just couldn't give a fark! if a person tries to shove islam or any other religion for that matter, down our throats, we'll promptly and rightly do battle on that religion. you did rightly point out that there's bold atheists out there proclaiming their beliefs and sh!t, but try to understand that not every atheist has/feels the need to evangelize. you mentioned richard dawkins in one of your posts....while dude has been out there a number of times sh!tting on christianity, you seem to forget that he pretty much sh!ts on islam and other religions when necessary! same can be said of christopher hitchens, sam harris, bill maher, etc etc...and neither of these guys are evangelistic atheists. i personally respect every man's right to believe in whatever made-up horseshit they desire...it's a crazy world as it is already...a few more nutcases can't make it any worse. just try not to base the laws that i live by on any of those imaginary sky-beings.

Earlier today, in his futile attempt to defend Mrs Oby Ezekesili , former FCT minister , Mallam Nasir El-Rufai derided Christians by the use of sexual epithets when referring to our Lord Jesus Christ. He simply defiled Christ on twitter

He went overboard when, on his Twitter page, today January 27, 2013, said our Lord Jesus Christ had sex with Mary Magdalene.

We see this as a very insensitive, irresponsible, and a offensive thing to say about Christ, and an attack on the sensibilities of Christians globally.

El-Rufai betrayed his lack of respect for our Lord Jesus Christ and obvious hatred for Christians. How else can one explain his effrontery and buffoonery when he seemingly jokingly twitted that Christ had sex with Mary Magdalene.

El-Rufai who aspires rule a multi religious nation, should have been circumspect in his use of words when referring to the sacred.
It is on record that less offensive things have been said about the Prophet Mohammed which led to loss of Christian lives.

The former minister has just told Nigerians that he lacks the decency to rule a multi religious nation, if he should display such disrespect for the sacred and thinks it is funny.His Tweet shows he is not a decent man.

He has disregarded the collective sensibilities of Christians all over the world by this very offensive reference to our Lord Jesus Christ.

I never buy phones through contracts, I just pay for it and move on. That way, I can afford to bear the consequences should anything occur after rooting or jailbreaking it.

Again, if I were you, I would wait a little bit if you really have to root as the n7105 has not yet gotten a much wider support as the n7100 on xdadevelopers.

Finally, since android is open source, you can achieve much even without rooting the phone. But the choice is yours though.

oh no, mine is sim-free...i don't do contracts either. so i'm planning to use Chainfire’s CF-Auto-Root package for n7105, albeit, i'm willing to wait until the results from extensive tests prove to be as positive as the n7100's.

Bros you can actually use a little utility called extsd2internalsd and which is found at the xdadevelopers website to turn your sd card to phone memory and phone memory to sd card. But you need to be rooted to achieve that.

Since I got my Note II, I have been using it for my 64GB sdxc card and I couldn't be happier. Also have had no problems so far.

So that issue isn't a big deal and Note II is a beast that can't be compared with any other currently existing phones.

yo bandit, i got that n7105 and i'm hella scared of rooting it. i've been on xdadevelopers and while there's a good number of folks who've successfully rooted their n7105s, i've heard of a fair bit out there that have experienced problems. is your note2 an n7105 and how did you root it?
