seunmsg:Please tell me, are you sure? |
limeta:I have never listened to radio Biafra. You claimed that Yorubas are united but you still wrote the ridiculous statement they 'no Christian can rule over Muslims.' Now, ask yourself, does that reflect unity. You people shout 'Yoruba's are united' only when things are going the way you want it. When MURIC spews its bigoted statements, you don't come out to criticize them for trying to divide Nigerians along religious line. Just on the eve of the Osun governorship election run off, MURIC released a statement trying to stir up antichristian sentiment in order to prevent Osun people from voting for Adeleke. MURIC even made reference that Adeleke had converted to Christianity, and implied that his conversion to Christianity is disqualifying. Why didn't you respond to such satanic statements by saying that Yorubas are united, and MURIC shouldn't divide us along religious line? |
oodualover:I am a real Yoruba man from Ogbomosho. Are you saying that a Yoruba man should be docile and not speak out when he notices a scintilla of unfairness? |
I noticed a raging trend in South West APC with regard to the nomination of the party's governorship candidates in this election cycle. APC has been choosing Muslims only as its governorship candidates in the South West and this is happening with Bola Tinubu's consent. I am not posting this to fan the ember of religious discord, and neither am I a bigot. However, it is appalling that in the whole of South West, a region with religious parity when it comes to numbers, the APC has no Christian flagbearer in any of the states in the South West in this election cycle. In my home state (Oyo), the outgoing governor is a Muslim, and he and Alhaji Ahmed Tinubu have worked to make sure that Alhaji Adebayo Adelabu, a Muslim, emerged as APC's governorship candidate. In Ogun state, the APC has adopted Alhaji Abdulkadir Akinlade as its governorship candidate. Need I also remind you that in the recently held gubernatorial election in Osun state, Tinubu and Aregbesola worked to make sure that another Muslim, Alhaji Oyetola becomes the governor of the state. The only Christian whom the APC has as a governor is now being kicked out to make way for another Muslim, Alhaji Babajide Sanwo-Olu, to become the governor. This trend seems to be a deliberate agenda to subjugate Christians and Christianity in the South West. I am sure that if it was the other way round, if the APC had been nominating Christians only as its governorship candidates in the South West in this election cycle, MURIC would be all over the place crying that APC has a Christian agenda. MURIC would insist that APC must also nominate Muslims as candidates to create religious balance. But now that APC has nominated Muslims only as its governorship candidates, the only thing I have heard from MURIC is a defeaning silence. This is blatant double standard from an 'organization' that claims to be working for religious equality. For those who might be ready to berate me for pointing out this trend, remember, when President Muhammadu Buhari's senior special assistant on media and publicity wrote an article titled "Fayose Is A Street-type Thug And Is Now Facing Political Extinction," Mr Garba talked about the importance of the 'politics of inclusion.' I concur with Garba that the politics of inclusion is right, however his party is not practicing it in the South West, and even the country as a whole.

ASPIREX: ASPIREX:I advise you to consider either Canada or Australia as both countries currently have programs that welcome skilled immigrants only. There are prerequisites put in place that must be met. So long as you meet the prerequisites, Canada and Australia can welcome you. Trying to relocate your entire family to the US legally is not realistic at this time. Even without the prevailing tough immigration policy of President Trump's administration, you can't easily relocate your entire family to the US. There are restrictions. So consider Australia, Canada, or New-zealand. |
nwakibie3:It's direct primaries. If it were indirect, that's when delegates only will vote |
iammo:It happened to him shortly after he retired from the Army. So he no longer had all the retinue you listed. Though he could easily have requested for armed guards, General Alkali was reputed to be a General who moved around alone without security. And on the day he disappeared, he left Abuja for Bauchi driving alone. That was what made him vulnerable |
globemoney:If Tinubu and APC betrayed Omisore, he deserves it. He needs to regret his unwise decision to work with a failed government |
ChiefAzubuikeh:Stop trying to be a negative person. Such things are not inevitable. They happen in advanced countries. Just about 2 hours ago, I sent a video of an American F-15 pilot who ejected and didn't survive to a friend. If you want to talk about the Nigerian pilot's factor in this, he did his duty well. He activated the ejection, the chute that failed to deploy was more a technical issue. |
Dogalmighty17:But what you said here has nothing to do with old age. My comment was in response to the comment that implied that the crash was due to old age. There are elements of truth in what you wrote here, but none is attributable to old age. AVM Iya crashed shortly after the planes were brought to Nigeria. At a time they were still very new. I think we shouldn't be buying Chinese jets. |
ChiefAzubuikeh:Please, stop running your mouth. He ejected successfully, but unfortunately, the parachute did not deploy. It is one thing for your ejection seat to eject, it is another thing for the chute to deploy in order to bring about a controlled landing. If your ejection seat ejects successfully but your chute does not deploy, you would be subjected to the force of gravity. It's as good as a man jumping down from the world trade centre without a chute. The next thing is to plunge to death |
donkilidon:Unfortunately, we already have a fixed opinion that everything about us is bad. The aircrafts that crashed today were not old aircrafts. F7s are new jets not old planes. I knew when the F7s were brought to Nigeria and I know the first officer in Nigeria to fly the F7s. The officer is still in service. He is now an Air Vice Marshal. Not all plane crashes are attributable to old age. While I agree that new aircrafts are better that old ones, an aircraft can crash the very first day it is rolled out of the factory. May the Almighty just protect us from mishaps. |
shakmati:He is talking from the position of ignorance. He doesn't even have to be trained in the US to be a proficient pilot. The NAF has a standard procedure for training its pilots before allowing them go solo. How could that poster suggest that someone who isn't qualified would be allowed to fly a fighter jet. If only people know how the NAF system works, they wouldn't be talking trash |
squash47:Don't let hatred becloud your reasoning capacity that God gave to you. There is no pilot in the Nigerian Air Force who didn't go through flight training before being allowed to go solo. How could you suggest someone who lacks flying skills would be given a fighter jet to fly |
FarahAideed:Alpha jets were not involved in the training that led to the crash in Mpape. The one that crashed today was F7 not the Alpha jet. Hope you can also see from the attached photo that it's the F7
|
FarahAideed:The aircrafts that crashed were not Alpha jets. It was the Chinese made F-7 |
seborrhic:What you said is true but does not apply to Wike and Fayose. It applies to Kwankwaso, Atiku, and other recently decamped politicians. Fayose and Wike have always been with the PDP right from the beginning |
This is not beheading, it's obvious she had an accident on that damaged motorcycle. |
mrphysics:Thanks for this. I like men who have standards when it comes to relationship with a woman. The society expects women to be choosy when it comes to relationship with guys, while expecting men to be okay with poverty stricken girls. No, guys too should consider a woman's financial state before getting married. |
Nbote:They fear jail time more than anything else |
Felixalex:Nigerian universities don't offer aeronautical engineering |
Naijaguy12345:Speak for yourself only, not the whole of Yorubas. If PDP has no place in Yoruba land as you claimed, was it ghosts who gave PDP more votes than APC in the last gubernatorial election in Osun? |
berryford:That's not just the case sir. In a country where we have a very large percent of uninformed population, the best will hardly become president because there is a group of uninformed electorate that will prefer a candidate with whom they share ethno-religious commonalities to a more competent and intelligent candidate. And this is the reason why no matter how bad things are in this country, the north will still overwhelmingly vote for PMB in 2019. It is also important to note that it is not only the north that is guilty of thinking and reasoning from an ethno- religious view point. Those who do that cut across every geopolitical region in Nigeria. But it is more pronounced in the north due to the high rate of illiteracy there. |
nanakgh:No any evidence against Kavanaugh yet. The only thing is Christine Ford claiming she was molested by him in high school. There could be some evidence but none is out yet. To me, I think Democrats are just trying to prevent the confirmation of a conservative judge who was nominated by Trump. However, they will end up shooting themselves in the foot because if they are able to prevent Kavanaugh from being confirmed, Trump will very likely replace Kavanaugh with Judge Amy Coney Barrett, an avowed conservative who is openly anti-abortion. At least Kavanaugh has consistently say that he respects roe vs wade. But as for Judge Barrett, she will unhesitatingly side with other conservative judges in the supreme court to overturn roe vs wade. Moreover, she is a woman, nobody will be able to accuse her falsely of sexual assault as they have been doing against men, while lots of male "woman wrapper' rush to defend the liars. |
Rottymy:It's very proximate to Abuja. There are civil servants who work in Abuja but are residents of Suleja. And the road is good. Suleja is not a big city, so public transportation within Suleja town is usually with motorcycles. Accommodation too is also cheap. Suleja, despite it's proximity to FCT is under Niger state, so cost of living is equal to the cost of living in other towns in Niger state. If you are to board a vehicle from Suleja centre to city centres such as Wuse, Area 1, etc in Abuja, it won't cost you more than N250 - N300. But, if you are going beyond Abuja, e.g. from Suleja to as far as Nyanyan or Mararaba in Nasarawa state, the highest you will pay is N500. I boarded a car from Suleja to Mararaba about two weeks ago for N500, and I remember my co-passengers who were more frequent travellers on that road said it used to be less than N500. |
aragon4realz:Women like blackmailing men with 'If you love me, you will do it for me'. And weak men fall for the blackmail. Okay, what if you also say that if she loves you, she should also leave her church for you. Why must it be the man who must compromise for love. Why can't she also compromise. Anyway, don't be confused as you said you are. There's no reason to be confused. This is a very simple issue. If she says she is not doing, then damn her and leave her. She is not God and your destiny does not depend on her. Never never leave your church for a woman. Being a Catholic is not evil. If you ever want to leave your church, leave because of your personal conviction, not because one girl with a false sense of superiority over a man is giving it as a condition to marry you. That is a ridiculous demand. |
Rottymy:The positive side: very affordable cost of living (the affordability I am talking about is in every area). The only negative side I can point out now is the rough and dirty environment. |
IyiolaOwabumowa:You can also reach out to Sapphire Scents. Selling his products on your online store will help |
Cupidkc:No, the trip was suspended |
wittyt98:Thank God you don't have a pussy |
zlantanfan:Sir, while it is true that Northerners usually support themselves, Namadi Sambo and Sule Lamido did not join any campaign against Goodluck Jonathan. There's no need subscribing to any conspiracy theory just because you want to claim that Jonathan lost because he was betrayed by the Northerners who were in his party. Namadi Sambo was 100% loyal to Goodluck Jonathan. Anyone who knows Sule Lamido knows that someone like Lamido will never support Muhammadu Buhari to become President. Both of them are not on the same political and ideological wavelength. |
Tobanks:Yes of course! |
why these market women and street boys
